The affidavit is for the DSU toscana scholarship application and
possibly for the visa application too. The DSU application
portal would be open by the end of July so at this moment the
answer to your question is "no". It must not be done before June
30th as it is not a pre-enrolmenr requirement.

The DSU application will be opend by the end of "July" not by
the end of "June". Please, modify your message. So, that your
friends cannot face any further problems with DSU.

I have been accepted in Language and Mind. Linguistics and
Cognitive Studies (held in English) for semester 2014/2015 and I
want to know when the classes start in this semester? I want to
