EXTRA-UE STUDENTS. Deadlines for pre-enrolment and test dates

[B]Deadline:[/b] June, 30 2014
By this date non-EU nationality students resident outside the EU
should go to an Italian Embassy or Consulate in their country of
origin to prepare the necessary documents.
Italian language test
2 September 2014: date for Italian language test (the test is
compulsory for non - European Union citizens residents abroad,
for all University courses. Students do not have to take this
test if they have a certified knowledge of the Italian language
or they are applying for a course taught in English).

[pre][size=14pt]Special procedures for laurea magistrale degrees
(Second cycle)[/pre]
Candidates wishing to enroll on a laurea magistrale degree
course (Second Cycle) must have a three year/first cycle degree
at the time of pre-enrolment at the University of Siena. As well
as the pre-enrollment application to be compiled at the
Embassy/Consulate, students applying for a laurea magistrale
degree course have their experience and qualifications
evaluated. Candidates are strongly advised to present the
relevant documents for this evaluation before proceeding with
pre-enrollment (although it is possible to deliver the documents
for evaluation subsequently). Students must have completed their
enrollment at the University of Siena by 28 December 201394.
[pre][size=14pt]Individual Courses (Second cycle)[/pre]
If students wish to apply to take an individual (not a whole
degree) course, the deadlines depend on whether the course
starts in the first or second semester.
August, 22 2014: deadline for pre-enrolment on
individual courses starting in the first semester, at the
Italian Embassy/Consulate in the student’s country of origin;
December, 19 2014: deadline for pre-enrolment on
individual courses starting in the second semester, at the
Italian Embassy/Consulate in the student’s country of origin.

Dear Admin,
Please we would love to get feedback from the email address
internationalplace@unisi.it because it seems like we the NON-EU
students have to do it all on our own and this is not nice. I
have some challenges and I have been writing several mails to
them but I still haven't got a reply. Please we need all the
assistance we can get. This phase is quite tedious hence the
international office should help we the NON-EU students as much
as possible. It is sad that we most times have to rely on other
sources that we cannot confirm their authenticity. Please kindly
help us as much as possible rather than leave us all on our own.
I am saying this as an appeal......... Please

Please leave your question here.
The work you have to do by the embassy regarding VISA or any
other document(s), we are not responsible for those cases.
If you need any clarifications regarding the lessons,

Dear Admin,
The issue I wrote about to the international place is an issue
you have addressed earlier on for me. It is regarding my
pre-enrolment without the degree certificate. I just rounded up
my Bachelors degree this June but my degree certificate has not
been given to me yet. Here in Ghana, you dont get the degree
certifcate immediately you finish but we are given a covering
letter stating that we have rounded up our academics. I informed
the embassy that I have had correspondence with you and I was
told I should go ahead with the pre-enrolment at the embassy by
informing them that i am an expecting student. The embassy has
requested that I get an official letter from the university of
Siena regarding the issue in order to facilitate the process.

I talked to international place regarding you issue, they ask
you to write an email and state your problem with the embassy in
detail. What the embassy expecting from us.

but up until this moment I bent gotten a reply from them and
that is why I decidend to put it here and see what can be done.
The international place doesnt respond to our mails. Please do

Dear stephen,
I told you that, I talked to international place on Friday
evening. The international Place will be closed from Friday
afternoon 1 p.m to Monday morning 9.30 am. So, kindly wait for
their response and as I said you please write once again to
them.

Dear Admin,
Sorry if this is not the right place to ask, but my questions
concern the same issue. I was wondering whether the same
deadlines for pre-enrollment apply for students from within the
EU? I received my admission letter in June, but I still have to
apply for my Dichiarazione di valore‏, which, as I
understand, is the pre-enrollment. Also, could you tell me when
I will receive a personal student number and/or access to a
digital learning environment. After the completion of the
pre-enrollment? And then I will be able to enroll in courses?
