       Accomodation facilities for exchance students

       Hello friends :)
       Me and my best friend caught a change to be erasmus students in
       Siena University for the next semester.But we have a problem. We
       applied dormitories of the university. However we havent got a
       return from the officers. In order to take Italian visa, we need
       to have an accomodation document. Otherwise Italian Consulate
       General does not give visa. Moreover our departure date is
       coming. I have sent so many mails to incoming@unisi.it address
       but again noone have returned to me. What should I do? Please
       help me.
