Dear Oguzka,
No before September, you have to make your pre-enrollment and to
file your visa(if necessary). By the end of July you can
download or can find the notification for DSU's Scholarship at
www.dsu.toscana.it
By the way, we didn't understand your other question: "am I done
with Unisi and could go to Siena whenever I have the study visa
and start to the "economics master"? " -> can you explain it
briefly.
Thank You
[/quote]
Ok.
1) "No before September, you have to make your pre-enrollment
and to file your visa(if necessary)."
the pre-enrollment is the process which occurs at the Embassy? I
delivered the documents to them, so have I finished my
pre-enrollment?
2) the second question:
Now I'm attending the undergraduate courses here to get my
diploma and to be graduated. The courses will end on 28th of
August. Until that moment, are there something left for me? or
all I have to do is keep waiting until the end of the August.

Dear student,
You receive your Declaration of Value(DOV), and photo
authentication certificate from the embassy after completing
your pre-enrollment. If you receive these documents means you
finish with your pre-enrollment. If not you are not yet
pre-enrolled. Once you pre-enrolled from the embassy, you are
eligible to file for the Visa. To file the visa the above
mentioned documents are necessary also for the enrollment in our
university here(Siena).
For you second question you have to contact your embassy, that
whether you are eligible to file for the visa mean while or have
to wait till you complete your graduation. Because policies of
embassies from country to country are different based on your
countries educational system.

Hi,
many thanks for your assistance!
last day, you answer for my question as: "it is not necessary
to show the result of Scholarship to file your visa."
but under some of the requirements to get the visa the Embassy
asks the following:
1. Statement by a parent, assuming responsibility to transfer
at least Euro 3,000 (three thousand Euro) through the banking
system for covering the living expenses in Italy in favour of
the son/daughter applying to study in Italy;
2. Euro 2,000 (two thousand Euro) in cash (with related
photocopies) to be taken to Italy at the time of departure in
order to face up the initial expenses;
3. International insurance covering 30 days (starting from the
day of the departure), with a letter of commitment to take out
an insurance policy in Italy in order for the student to have
all medical expenses covered for the entire period of stay in
Italy;
MY QUESTION IS:
As i am waiting the scholarship which may cover such expenses,
how can i fulfill such VISA requirements???
saluti

Dear Tad
Those are the requirements for the embassy to issue your visa.
You must fulfill their requirements in order to get your visa to
be stamped on your passport.
The embassy people don't care whether you applied for any
student grants given by the university or you applied to any
other scholarships by any other organizations to fulfill your
needs here.
So, kindly fulfill their needs to get your visa. You're not only
the one have to show those documents for visa. Everyone has to
do that procedure and produce those documents. There will no
exemptions for any other cases.
The scholarship you're applying have a chance of winning or not
winning. So, in case of not winning situation, you have to show
them how you are going to survive here in Italy to them.

thanks as always!
i have a couple of questions again, and i'm sure that you are so
much helpful.
Q1. i've done the pre-enrolment procedure as they asked me but
no confirmation.
How can i know i am pre-enrolled?
Q2. I gathered immense info. Regarding the documents that may be
required for the scholarship application. And somebody write
me this:
{ 1 ) the composition of the family unit
2 ) the gross income earned in 2013 by each of the
components;
3 ) if the dwelling house is owned must be indicated
by specifying the surface , but if it is leased , indicate
speficiando the rent paid annually;
4) if, in addition to the dwelling house , you own
latrines fabricati , must be indicated by specifying the
surface ;
5 ) money held in the bank 31 December 2014. }
Can the affidavit substitute these all?
Q3. one of the visa requirements is Statement by a parent to
transfer at least Euro 3,000
What if the parental statement’s (the bank statement)
made by my sister?
saluti

Dear Tad,
well, for your first question:- If you get your Deceleration of
Value(DOV) means you got pre-enrolled.
2) No, Dsu don't accept the income and property details in the
form of affidavits. Those must be the certificates given by the
municipal authorities of your town or state or any office which
is responsible to provide those documents.
Then those documents must be apostle by the ministry of external
affairs of your country, then they must be translated and
legalized by the Italian diplomatic authorities in your
respective country.
3) For your third question we can't help you. Because that
question related to embassy. So, please contact your Italian
embassy for the better information.
Best Regards,
Admin
