Dear Stephen, which brochure you would like to have in English.
If you specify which brochure like courses, fee, etc., we will
provide you. Or else please visit English version of our
website.
To apply for DSU's Scholarship you need the following
documents(Certificates):
1. Family Composition
2. Family Income
3. Property(Movable and Immovable)
4. A rental lease if, don't have an immovable property.

I would love to know if I am supposed to authenticate these
documents nevertheless I haven't heard about some of these
documents before. Would inquire from my high commission about
it. Also I would love both the course and fees brochures. Thanks
a lot

All these certificates must be taken from your
country/State/City municipality or the governing body, who have
a right to issue these and translate them to Italian and
legalize by the Italian diplomatic authorities of your
respective county.

i am fro Ethiopia and i got the acceptance letter for Computer
and Automation Engineering. hve u information on:
I think the scholarship result will be announced on October
15/2014.
But the class starts on October 1/2014, enrollment before
October 1/2014 and the visa process before that.
so,
my question is:
1. How can i process my Visa, enrollment, class start etc.. if
there is no any scholarship result announcement before?

Hi Tad,
This issue is actually one that got me thinking also. I have
been quite worried for a while but I spoke about it at lenght
with my cousin in Italy and I think I have it figured out now.
The truth is that you have to show sufficient means of
sustainance in Italy for the duration of your studies when
applying for you visa and since the DSU Toscana scholarship is
actually posted on the 15th of october, you definitely need to
prove you can cater for yourself just incase you do not get the
scholarship. My humble advice would be that you get a family
member to support you for studies just incase you do not get the
scholarship, but if you do get the scholarship, the person would
not need to support you other than the first few days in italy.

The affidavit we were talking about is for the DSU toscana
scholarship and probably the visa application so the answer to
your question is "No". It doesnt have to be before June 30, 2014
but you should probably get it before the DSU scholarship call
is out.

Dear Fweky,
For the students enrolled in computer and automation
engineering, the university is in the center of siena just a 5
minutes walk from the city center and adjacent to Porta Romana.
Usually students would prefer to stay in center where the dsu
have different student dorms in center like Residenza
Piccolomini, mattioli, sperendia, fonte branda, san marco, XXIV
Maggio etc., You can choose any one from this. These are very
feasible to access the university and the canteens as well.
