Hello Admin(unisi),I would like to know the kind of
accommodation options we've got as students. Are there
double/single apartments for rent?.I am just trying to get
everyone of us informed just in case the DSU scholarship doesn't
work out for everyone. what other options have we got?.Thanks.

I saw something in the region of 230eu per month for rooms in
university accommodation. What it didn't state though was if the
rooms where single/double or ensuite. Anyways I remain
optimistic about the DSU scholarships, nevertheless, it is
always good to prepare for any future eventuality.

       Dear Fweaky,
Every year probably 90% of the students get scholarship from DSU
Toscana. If unfortunately anyone didn't get the DSU
accommodation, we recommend you to stay in the DSU paid hostel
with €230 per month for couple sharing. But unfortunately we are
unable to provide that accommodation to the students who didn't
get the scholarship for the academic year 2013-14 due to lack of
places in those residences. We offer you to stay in our Santa
Chiara Residence which is exactly in center and just 1 min walk
to engineering department. For this residence you have to pay: €
310 per month for double sharing room or €425 per month for
       single room.
We have our own channel where you can find a lot of
advertisements regarding rental houses around siena with a
negotiable rent. You can subscribe to our channel from the

       Dear stephen,
Usually those paid rooms will be allocated by the availability
basis. Probably those will be a double room.

Thanks for the clarification @admin and your
contribution@stephen.@admin,one other thing that I would like to
ask is if there is an english version of the DSU website because
the last time I visited,it was in pure italian.

Dolapo...... I'd suggest you use a Google chrome browser as it
automatically detects the language and translates it to your
computers default language. @Admin...... Thanks for the
clarification, hopefully we're all going to get the DSU
       scholarships that'll cover accommodation.

Admin I think I'd like to get an information piece from you.
First of all, can I get a brochure of UniSi in English? Secondly
what are the documents usually required by the DSU for
       applications?
