top tip, first thing to do now is dinitrol it, dont use waxoil,

Neil, your eyesight is going- to much looking at mucky things :D
on the front is the lower mout for the linkage.
The shiny paintwork is just there to protect the repaired metal,
i expect it will end up a little worse for wear once I take it
to work. I had it sprayed with 2pack proper chemical stuff, non
of your wishy washy water based shite!
I have already decided to use Dinitrol, anyone know which one is
best for box sections on older vehicle or I will have to check
out their website?

It was that little yellow coloured bit in there that threw me.
Looks a bit like a hook to me although I think you could be
right about my eyes! :-\
I need to come up and see this shiny new work. It looks really
good in the pictures. Has your mate got any of that blue paint
left?... :D

Ahh, the yellow thing is a hook :D It is on a short chain that i
use as a safety on the dump trailer and i store it wrappad
around the front cross member.
Sorry for the confusion caused :-[
