Sergeants that want to volunteer and rank up will be helping the
ranks of 2 & 3's. This is how you find a well trained
replacement. This will be your headquarters! Communication Is
very important. Please let us know if your interested in helping
out. (the LTs of deception))
Dont just send them a msg telling them what they need. Get to
know them!!!!! Teach them there job, teach them your job. Be
sure they are able to run practice or custom game nights. Teach
them how to post online. Teach them how to rank up. Make sure
they are in uniform YOU ARE TRAINING THEM (Please post even if
they do not respond)

EvilLynn71 and me partied up and played we also talked she wants
to get to know the clan and stuff right, but plans on ranking up
after a while.

letting them know i am their new SGT sponsor. I also sent Blind
Cave Dog a message asking if is wanting to rank up as the other
two said they would like to. Waiting on a response.
