       Magic/Power: Fire breath, her draconic bloodline grants her a
       bit of physical strength while her sergal heritage grants her a
       faster movement speed

       Occupation(s): None at the moment, but is looking for a job as a
       waitress or barista if possible
       Residence: Moved from the Capital to Snowdin to start out her
       new life

       Description:
       Despite being half-dragon and half sergal, Neera looks much more
       like a sergal than she does a cross-breed, the only real
       physical indicators of her draconic heritage being horns on her
       head and scales running down her back and tail, as well as her
       tail having more of a dragon's tail shape to it. She has purple
       eyes, wearing a black hoodie with a pink tank top underneath,
       flare jeans with cute looking feminine sneakers.
       About: Neera is kind and loyal to her friends, but has a vicious
       temper as well as being a little on the ditzy side.
       Miscellaneous: I imagine her sounding a bit like Aigis from
       Persona 3
       Brief Biography: Born in the Capital, Neera lived a relatively
       uneventful life, raised by her parents with the usual
       milquetoast upbringing. But having a little bit of an
       independent streak, Neera found herself wishing for the
       independence of adulthood, moving to Snowdin, hoping to make a
       start for herself in the bustling snow-covered town
