       monsters. Aside from that, they are able to move items without
       touching them, as they appear to have no arms. An interesting
       trait is their human-like legs, which seem to vanish if anyone
       should attempt to look under their cloth. No other abilities
       have been noticed.[/td]

       [td]This monster attends school as a student in Snowdin.[/td]

       [td]The location this monster most readily resides is the
       Ruins.[/td]

       [td]Periwinkle indicates that this monster is speaking.[/td]

       [td]Description:[/td]
       [td]Standing at only 4'9" tall, this small monster has the
       appearance of a human child with a sheet draped over their head.
       Their human-like legs can be seen protruding from where the edge
       of the sheet stops, however that seems to be all of the human
       they possess as beneath the sheet seems to be an empty void. The
       sheet is an off-color white, and two shiny black buttons appear
       to have been sown into the fabric as a replacement for eyes.

       [td]Saiph does not appear to have hands, and they do not have a
       voice to share their thoughts and feelings. As a result, they
       often borrow the voices from radio devices or televisions...
       forcing them to switch between channels rapidly to use the words
       they wish to speak. Whilst they are a student attending the
       school of the underground, they seem to spend most of their time
       in the Ruins. It is unknown whether or not the creature lives
       there, or merely plays there, as no parents have ever been
       found.
       While this monster's past is somewhat of a mystery, their
       present is fairly distinguishable. Traits used to describe Saiph
       are often ones such as friendless, curious, and mild-mannered.

       [td]No other distinguishing features at the moment.

       [td]Brief Biography:[/td]
       [td]It is difficult to determine exactly where this monster came
       from, or lives... as they are not accustomed to speech. However,
       their appearances seem to have begun around the 1st of November
       UUY 1 in the Ruins. Subtle at first, however more prominent as
       time passed. Within days, the small monster had begun their
       wandering habits and stumbled across several areas of the
       underground. Paid nearly no mind, but by a school teacher who
       inquired about the state of their education. After a few days of
       visiting, the school teacher had successfully enrolled Saiph in
       classes. Despite being a free spirit (more than literally), the
       ghost makes an effort to appear to those classes daily.
