       Description:
       Echo’s skin is a pale, icy blue like the flower she was named
       after. While petit, her muscles particularly in her legs are
       rather defined and strong from regular exercise, lately running
       and swimming. Her face is circular, with a clear jawline and
       round cheeks. Her eyes are naturally outlined in black, her
       eyeballs purely azure blue aside from large black pupils with
       white triangular slits in them. Her brows are thin, arched, and
       the same shade of fuscia as her long, wavy, and quite often wet
       hair. Her lips were small, sharp, and deep purple. Her ears were
       sharp, large, and elven like.
       Echo typically wears her high school basketball singlet,
       coloured purple with her surname and the number 31 written on
       the back in white writing; black jeans faded at the knees; white
       basketball sneakers dirty at the soles; a plain black cap worn
       backwards; and in colder environments a well-worn denim jacket.
       About:
       Echo is incredibly watchful and observant. It would take a while
       for her to trust somebody, but even then she won't get overly
       attached to them. This is mainly because she doesn't want to be
       seen as the sensitive person she is, and has a fear of losing
       anyone she becomes attached to thus avoiding the risk
       altogether. She considers herself a realist and a deep thinker,
       doing most of her thinking while swimming around Waterfall. She
       is active and often needs to blow off some steam, resorting to
       running and swimming but prefers basketball overall. She has
       meditated for years to try and control her emotions, but has
       known to spout out emotions. And when she does, they remain for
       a while.
       Brief Biography:
       Echo, named after the flower that grows in waterfall, was born
       the second child of Ray and Kelly Scottua, the first born being
       her brother Helios. They together lived in Waterfall, which Echo
       grew to love the beauty of. During her childhood her grades were
       adequate aside from sports, especially finding interest in join
       the basketball team as a small forward. However, her circle of
       friends grew no larger than her team. She would say that her
       parents cared about her, but would admit that Helios got far
       more attention than she ever had. Luckily, he would give that to
       her instead. But it was short lived. Her father Ray was killed
       during a mining accident, her mother Kelly died from sickness,
       and Helios drowned trying to find the crystals their dust was
       scattered on. All before Echo turned 17. Those events developed
       her fear of losing anyone dear to her, and made the decision to
       start her life anew. Today, she carries three crystals from
       their funerals, one purple, one white, one navy blue.  Since
       their deaths she lived as a roamer, never finding a permanent
       home, and never finding a permanent job. She would live off
       doing favours to earn gold, spending it only on the necessities.
       And at first it panicked her greatly, but as the years went on
       it turned normal and even entering a house makes her feel out of
       place.
