       Hello everyone~
       I'm so happy to see so many faces on the forum :D Some of you
       already know how we run things, while others are completely new
       to everything. So, I decided to clear up some things for
       everyone. Please take the time to read these to have an
       enjoyable time and avoid any warnings/bans from the forum.
       Why do I have to read the Rules? Rules are boring! Or, well, I
       really just cannot be bothered...

       [li]Well, you read in RP don't you? So why wouldn't you read the
       rules of the place you're RPing in?[/li]
       [li]For one thing, this forum's setting and time period is in
       the Rules. Do not assume this is set after the game, because it
       is not.[/li]
       [li]Please note that any Admin has the right to delete an
       account without warning if any multiple Rules have been broken
       and you may need to make a new account accordingly. However,
       we're pretty fair on this forum and will most likely notify you
       either via PM or Shoutbox beforehand... so keep an eye on that
       'My Messages' tab at the top of the page. ;)[/li]
       [li]Multiple breaking of the Rules may lead to warnings or even
       being banned from this forum.[/li]
       [li]Also, if you have read down to this far, you have no excuse
       for not reading the Rules. ;) [/li]

       But I don't like the Rules...

       [li]Well that's a shame, but you do not have to RP here. We are
       looking for a particular group of RPers. People who love to
       write stories, build character development etc. If this applies
       to you then the Rules shouldn't bother you much at all.[/li]

       What is the setting of the forum?

       [li]Monsters are still underground and this is set shortly after
       the monsters were sealed away. It is after Chara and Asriel
       died, after the first six humans fell and had their souls taken;
       but before Frisk fell.[/li]

       So... why can't I RP a human? Or my human OC?

       [li]This is set before Frisk fell. The idea was to RP in a time
       period while monsters were still Underground yearning for their
       freedom. It's an interesting concept. Having humans running
       everywhere will completely change the tone of the setting. That
       and, Human Traits such as Determination is just too much for
       this setting. The concept of a mere child is capable of
       committing mass genocide speaks volumes.[/li]
       [li]If there is an issue with your character, you will be
       contacted. If you haven't heard from an Admin about it, then
       you're probably in the clear.[/li]

       But I can see at least a human or a humanoid the forum already.

       [li]Ha, this is kinda funny actually. A couple of people have
       managed to find a loophole in the Rules, and after going over
       them, Admins have approved of them for now. [/li]
       [li]There will be only very few exceptions. If too many human
       ocs suddenly pop up, their accounts will simply be deleted and
       they will have to make a new one that isn't a human. Sorry, this
       is just the setting and atmosphere of RP on the forum.[/li]

       Will all RPs be in this same setting?

       [li]Yes. Together we are building a small pocket in the timeline
       of what might have happened before Frisk fell into the
       Underground. Who knows? Perhaps we will develop stories and
       characters so well that we might make this an AU of it's
       own?[/li]

       What is an Arc?

       [li]A Story Arc is when a major event happens on the forum and
       is an opportune time for RPers of the forum to join in together.
       This isn't some random RP, it is a story lead by the Arc Host
       for others to participate in. It is also a great way for
       characters to meet.[/li]

       What is an Arc Host?

       [li]An Arc Host is someone thinks up a story for other RPers to
       contribute to and participate in. Please bare in mind that this
       is a collaborative activity, not fanfition where one person has
       complete control over everyone. If you have any further

       [li]No you don't but you will likely be missing out on a great
       opportunity![/li]

       [li]Yes actually, I've started the first arc for the forum! :D
       It's still open and you're more than welcome to join in on the
       fun too![/li]
