[/font]the skeleton hummed in response to her bleet before
continuing with a wink, [font=comic sans ms]"Sounds good to me.
Either way, with you there, I know I'll be comfortable."[/font]
As she looked to the side Sans' mind started to wander and allow
for the thought of them living together to sink in. He'd be
lying to himself of he wasn't excited by the idea; it'll just be
one more thing to look forward to seeing her every morning. The
skeleton could feel heat rise to his Zygomatics again, casting a
light blue hue as his mind had decided to wander a little too
much. Luckily though, before his thoughts got too adventurous
there was a gentle knock which interrupted him. Sans leaned back
and shifted on his seat so that his ankle rested on the opposite
knee; silently shooing the thoughts away as the unibunny
approached them with the food.
[font=comic sans ms]
"Thanks, this looks great." [/font]he thanked Cinnamon with a
nod, though he was more pleased that Toriel seemes happy with
their order, [font=comic sans ms]"You're welcome to have some of
mine if it takes your fancy."[/font] he offered before picking
up one of the sushi pieces with a pair of chopsticks and eating
the first one. The Sentry paused, one advantage of having a
permanent grin was being able to hide most of one's reactions.
It wasn't that the food was bad, even the skeleton could tell it
was high quality and made fresh; he just wasn't used to
expanding his food pallet. Glancing to the side, Sans then
picked up the second sushi roll and drowned it in the ketchup
before deciding to eat it. He seemed to like it better than the
last.
[font=comic sans ms]"Yeah I don't think I've seen anyone made
food like this before; it's a nice touch. I certainly couldn't
heh. I'd love to see what you come up with, your pies are
already to die for as it is."[/font]

Toriel couldn't help but to bust out a giggle or two at Sans'
first comments, gently placing a hand ontop of her chest as she
did before replying to him with, "[font=courier]You have the
cutest smile and say the sweetest things~[/font]" She would
smile warmly at his wink, "[font=courier]Agreed~ I'll be
comfortable either way as well[/font]".
When Sans said she was welcome to have some of his, she looked
extremely tempted to, but would wave a hand for now,
"[font=courier]Oh thank you! And likewise, you're welcome to try
some of these also if you wish, I'll try not to eat all of yours
though~[/font]" She'd laugh lightly, before she'd pop one of the
small, cute pastries into her mouth, she'd close her eyes as the
flavours hit her, letting out a gentle 'Mmm' to show she was
enjoying it.
Once she finished what was in her mouth she'd open her eyes to
look at Sans, "[font=courier]Mmm! These are great! Would you
like to try one?[/font]" She'd then pause for a moment, smiling
with small bits of pastry around her mouth as he complimented
her pies, "[font=courier]Awwww thank you dear~ We should make
one together sometime![/font]"

Naturally, Sans' smile remained as he hummed,[font=comic sans
ms] "Monsters say I smile alot, but this particular 'cute smile'
is because of you. Sweet things huh? I suppose thats true, but
really I'm just being honest. Looking at you, that's not hard to
do. And that's great to hear, just lemme know when you wanted to
start those living arrangements and I'll be right over."[/font]
He then picked up one of the sushi rolls with the chopsticks and
stretched out his arm; offering for Toriel to take a bite from
it, [font=comic sans ms]"Oh don't worry about eating all of mine
if you end up liking it that much. I'm already nothing but skin
and bones anyway. Well. Just bones. Heh."[/font] he continued
before shrugging casually at her offer,[font=comic sans ms]
"Sure, if you don't mind sharing."[/font]
His smile then broadened at her suggestion, [font=comic sans
ms]"Sounds like fun. Though only fair to warn you, my pie baking
skills are rather 'crummy'."[/font]

"[font=courier]Awwwwww~[/font]" Toriel couldn't help but to aww
at Sans' words, he was just so sweet how could she not aww? She
would nod though in response to him telling her to just let him
know when she wanted to start organising living arrangements.
Toriel would smile before leaning over a bit herself to take a
bite from Sans offered sushi, closing her eyes as she did and
enjoying the tastes it brought, "[font=courier]Mmmmm~ That's
very yummy, good choice![/font]" She'd exclaim after finishing
what was in her mouth. She'd then gently pick up one of her
doggo pastries and would hand it over to Sans with a smile, of
course she didn't mind sharing!
She would giggle light at his skin and bones comment, how did he
get all these jokes so quickly? He was just a natural at this
sort of thing.
"[font=courier]Heeheehee! Oh don't worry dear! I was too when I
first started, I can teach you! It'll be fun~[/font]" She would
insist, before popping another pastry into her mouth, looking
across the table at the short skeleton, "[font=courier]Thank you
for taking me out tonight Sans, this is just lovley~[/font]"

A goofy chuckle escaped between the skeleton's teeth in response
to her aww's. He then side-glanced at the remaining sushi rolls
on his plate and thought about drowing the next one he was going
to eat in ketchup as well. Sans accepted the offered pastry with
a nod before eating it.[font=comic sans ms]
"Yeah. Delicious. Though that pastry tastes better."[/font]
He then leaned back on his chair casually and let out a soft,
content sigh. The lights in his eye sockets followed her
eyes[font=comic sans ms], "Whelp, I'm not gonna deny that it'll
be fun. Who knows. I might happen to know a few monster kids who
might also be interested in learning. If you want it could
become a class, maybe?"[/font] he suggested before shrugging;
happy with whichever she preferred.
Sans could feel his soul drum against his ribcage again. A
number of thoughts and feelings were racing through his mind
despite his relaxed exterior. Soon after he decided against
saying such things and replied with,[font=comic sans ms] "Of
course Tori, thanks for agreeing to spend the night with me.
It's been real nice. Maybe we could do this again some
time?"[/font]

"[font=courier]O-Oh? You do?[/font]" Toriel would question,
sliding a bit pleasantly surprised when Sans mentioned possibly
keeping of a few monster children whom where interested in
learning.
Teaching the monster kids of the Underground was something she
had only ever dreamed of achieving, even if it was just cooking,
it was a start, and the thought of having her own little cooking
class with Sans there simply delighted her!
"[font=courier]That would be fantastic~! I'd like that very
much![/font]" She would smile before looking aside in a ponder
for a moment, "[font=courier]Is that something you think will go
unnoticed by... Asgore...?[/font]" She'd let off a gentle,
disapproving huff, "[font=courier]He is not welcome to join...
But the monster kids you know are more then welcome Sans! Your
brother is too~[/font]" Toriel would drop the huffy face and
would smile once more.
She would then nod in agreement, "[font=courier]I would love to~
Tonight's been wonderful[/font]" She would set the pastries
aside for the moment, or at least what was left of them before
reaching across the table to take one of Sans' hands in her's
again, her warm smile ever present all the while.

Sans shrugged casually with a wink,[font=comic sans ms] "I have
a lot of friends. Especially in Snowdin. Not neccessarily with
the kids themselves but, uh, I'm sure I can find a way to let
others know about it whilst keeping it under the radar."[/font]
he replied and couldn't help but grin a fraction wider at her
comment about Asgore[font=comic sans ms], "Yes ma'am. I'm sure
my bro would love it. Undyne teaches him how to cook. Their
cooking lessons tend to get a little... intense, heh."

Sans went quiet again as Toriel took his hand and he stared at
them for a moment as some thoughts ran through his mind. Seconds
later he then interlocked his fingers with hers, gently grasping
onto her, as if he was afraid to let go. He pushed what was
bothering him to the back of his mind as he looked back up to
her, still genuinely smiling,[font=comic sans ms] "Sweet. I'm
really glad that you're having a good time. You can choose where
we go next time. I'll try to be on time then, heh."[/font]

Toriel would giggle, closing her eyes as her droopy ears gave a
brief happy flicker of delight at the talk of teaching other
monsters. Meeting Sans had to of been one of the best things to
ever had happen to her!
"[font=courier]Well, a lovley little skeleton like you, it's no
wonder you have a lot of friends~[/font]".
The goat monster would smile as Sans interlocked his fingers
around her's, she didn't mind him grasping onto her at all, as
she didn't really want to let go herself.
"[font=courier]Speaking of friends, how did you meet Zarc, might
I ask?[/font]" She would question, her Crimson eyes going to
Sans' sockets, smiling again at his last part about being on
time for their date.
"[font=courier]I don't know many places outside of the Ruins
well, or not as well as you at least, but I will try my best to
find somewhere you'll like, although I'm not sure how I'm going
to top this place, you've set the bar pretty high Sans~[/font]

Sans found himself chuckling again along with her giggles;
Toriel's happiness was just too contagious!
[font=comic sans ms]"Heh. Wow. Meeting Zarc takes me waaay back
to when I was just a little bones."[/font] he began, leaning to
the side slightly as he thought back on that occasion - at least
one of them, due to the Resets he had experienced. He remembered
most of one that he was most fond of, and if he had any innards,
a gut-feeling that it was the original one, [font=comic sans
ms]"I think it was around the time when Papyrus was a baby
bones. Gaster wasn't around much and I think our mother was too
preoccupied with my brother? Aaanyways. I wandered a lot in the
Underground as a kid."[/font] he continued before pausing again
as he recollected the best he could of his memories; sorting out
what was true, what were dreams and skipping over the fuzzy
ones.
[font=comic sans ms]"I was in Waterfall walking through the Echo
Flowers. I was feeling kind bored. So I thought I'd see if they
had anything interesting to say. There were some Echoes which
had fresh conversations in them in a line between what sounded
like a father and son. So. I decided to follow them. Eventually
I arrived at a place where this kid was talking to an older owl
monster about something. They seemed to get along quite well. So
I went up to them and introduced myself. Just as I said hello
another monster came up to asking to help them find the glasses
they had lost in some bushes. So. Zarc and I agreed to help
before he got to tell me his name. As we were looking, I glanced
over to him and I couldn't help it. Just before he moved his
foot I slipped a whoopee cushion underneath it. That thing was
loud."[/font]
Sans found himself laughing before he continued, [font=comic
sans ms]"Whoopee cushions are always funny. So younger me
laughed and waved my hand in front of my face saying, 'Ewww
gross that was a loud and wet one. Good thing I don't have nose.
Are you going to help me find those glasses or are you just
gonna stand there being biggest fart master of all
time?'"[/font] he said as he did a terrible impression of his
younger self's voice.
[font=comic sans ms]"The owl monster he was with approached us
chuckling and chimed in saying, 'Now son, that's how u plant a
good toot!' That guy was hilarious. We both laughed and soon
after - you guessed it - kid Zarc joined in and roared with
laughter too. It was great to finally find monsters who found
whoopee cushions as funny as I did."[/font]
The skeleton hummed fondly at the memory as he leaned back
slightly whilst still holding her hand, [font=comic sans
ms]"From then on we hung out more. Did a lot of pranks. Tried to
keep it under the radar too with his dad around. Sometimes it
was hard to tell if they guy was ignoring the pranks on purpose
or not. I've learnt a few of my jokes from him too. We've been
friends ever since."[/font]
He then grinned at her again before mocking a sigh of
relief,[font=comic sans ms] "Oh good, if you raised that bar any
higher I won't be able to reach it for next time."[/font] Sans
jested, [font=comic sans ms]"Nah, but honestly I'm fine with
where ever you choose. As long as I have you there beside me
too. It's who you spend time with that's important."[/font]

When Sans began his story on meeting Zarc, Toriel put aside the
food and leant her elbows on the table, resting her cheeks in
her hands as she focused in on him, giving him her full
concentration as he continued with the story of how he met Zarc.
The thought of Sans as a 'little bones' was super cute though,
she couldn't help but to smile as she thought of a little Sans.
Hearing that his parents weren't all that much focused on him
when he was a kid made her look a bit sad though, but it kind of
explained why he knew so much of the underground, he had
explored it all! Among, other reasons.
She did her best not to interrupt Sans, but when the whoopee
cushion part came up, she couldn't help but to burst out
laughing at the thought. Sans laughing as well only helped her
to laugh more too.
All throughout Sans' story, Toriel couldn't stop smiling,
picturing all of it in her head as he retold the memory, she
could feel the humor and happiness that, that time would've
brought Sans at the time of it happening. "[font=courier]What a
wonderful memory to have~
[/font]" She would pipe up towards the end. "[font=courier]It's
easy to see why you two get along and enjoy each other's
company.. Say, does he have somebody that he's interested in the
same way- Uh[/font]" She would pause, going a little pink as she
blinked. "[font=courier].. The same way we are to each
other~?[/font]" She would finish, a warm smile coming to her
face afterwards.
She'd giggle again at the last part before nodding, making sure
she had a gentle hold on his hands, "[font=courier]You couldn't
be any more right in saying that~[/font]"
