       Dicing Rules -Fucked

       [center]these rules are set in place so no arguments happen at
       the :dicezone anymore. these rules are final and must be
       followed. tell a staff member to sort it out if someone is
       scamming or refusing to pay.

       1. if a 1 or 100 is rolled it is a reroll for the person who
       rolled the 1 or 100, not the other person. (however, these rules
       do not apply on blackjack or 55x2)
       2. both of the dicers must agree on the game time before they
       begin the game. for example both of the dicers must acknowledge
       it is first to 3 in dicedueling
       3. before the match begins, both of the dicers must decide on a
       payout which is fair and equal, they must both acknowledge that
       they must pay if they lose and also, they must have the items
       before they play the match.
       4. Scamming is not permitted and if one is caught scamming they
       are jailed and muted for one 10 minutes, if they are caught
       scamming twice they are jailed and muted for 2 hours, if they
       are caught scamming 3 times the account will be instantly
       banned. also, if you are caught scamming you must pay up or you
       will be jailed for double the time.
       5. the clan chat for dicing is always 'none'
       6. re-logging is not allowed in the middle of a game, if this
       happens it will result in an instant loss and you must pay up.
       if you disconnect in the middle of a game you will not lose, you
       will resume playing from what it was before you disconnected.
       7. refusing to pay because you 'didn't know' or 'i'll pay later'
       will result in a level 1 scamming punishment (jail and mute for
       10 minutes).
