The Friendship Test - Chapter 1 - Trouble on the HMNZS Dragon

This RP/story begins just after the Lingerie Invitational, at
Qwest Arena, Boise, ID, early October. It is the beginning to
what shall be an ongoing story. Hold onto your hats, folks! :)
The Friendship Test - Chapter 1 - Trouble on the HMNZS Dragon
As the media conference at the Lingerie Invitational came to a
close and the girls of Dragons Den all stormed from the stage,
stable leader Sophia Bush was quick to find her friend Briana
Evigan, who had a series of outbursts while on stage.
“Bri, you okay? I haven’t seen you snap at anyone before. Here I
thought you were going to stab Olga and then every single member
of the press.”
“Yeah, I’m okay,” sighed Briana. “I’m frustrated. And everyone
else is frustrated. And they’re all making me even more
frustrated. Sophs, we have to do something about this stable.
We’re floundering. We’re the laughing stock of all the stables.
It’s not good. Even Emmy said it’s like we’re cursed.”
Sophia frowned. “I know we have been underwhelming, but
sometimes that just happens. It won’t last forever.”
Briana was still visibly frustrated. “Well it’s been happening a
lot lately. And that tournament was weird. Even Josie lost her
first bout. That’s very not Josie. You know it’s a fu*ked up day
when that happens.”
“True, but maybe that’s all it was,” Sophia shrugged. “One
fu*ked day.”
“That’s been most days lately. And all the girls are p*ssed.
We’ve got to do something about this. There’ll be a mutiny or
some sh*t.”
Sophia was more concerned now. “p*ssed? Who’s p*ssed?”
“Everyone. And I mean everyone. Even Caroline’s p*ssed. And you
know she doesn’t get p*ssed.”
“Yeah, I know,” Sophia frowned. “I was pretty scared when she
left. She punched a locker on her way out. The door fell off
it.”
Briana’s eyes widened. “I can’t imagine Caroline punching
anything that wasn’t in the cage.”
“So, what do we do about it?” Sophia was in serious thought mode
now.
“It’s got to start at training,” frowned Briana. “We must be
doing something wrong. Something’s not working. Half the girls
said they’re not even coming in tomorrow. Sophs, we’re getting
desperate.”
Sophia looked unsure. “You want me to mix up the training
regime?”
“I really don’t think that would do it,” Briana said. “You got
any friends?”
“Friends?” Sophia smiled. “I got you, right?”
“Well, yeah,” Briana said. “I mean, you know, outside the
stable. Someone that might know how to help.”
Sophia stared off past Briana. There was only one name she could
think of. The wiliest person she’d ever known. But, it had been
so long. And could she actually help? Would she? There were
bound to be complications. Sophia knew it was risky. But, as
they say, desperate times call for desperate measures.
“I might know someone,” Sophia mused aloud.
Briana looked hopeful for a moment. “Sweet. A retired trainer
from your youth or something?”
Sophia was still staring off into space. “God no. It’s far more
complicated than that.”

I don't have a hat, but I have a helmet, is that ok to hold
onto?
