       Kayla,
       I really like your passion. Step right in and reach for the
       stars. It sounds like something I might have done earlier in my
       career. Unfortunately it doesn't always go your way and
       sometimes when you "Step up" you end up being taught a painful
       lesson.
       You have to start somewhere, right Kayla. I gladly accept your
       challenge and class is about to be in session.
