Talking MMA

Hey Everybody,
I'm writing a new Talking MMA about training routines. If you
would like to have any of your fighters, their routines, etc.
appear in the article please respond in the forum. Pics would
also be appreciated.

Could you elaborate a bit more? I'm interested but if it
involves a lot of writing from my part then I must decline as I
altready have a hard time to get my TKO submissions done.

As a suggestion perhaps you could take a look at the training of
all the stables leaders.

I recently visited with Sam Boik from the Raccoon stable and she
said that she exclusively works out with kettle bells then I
would go into the benefits of kettle bells and show a pic of
Sam.
Or I could go to the stable and interview a fighter. I would ask
the questions and leave blanks to fill in.

Hello everybody. I'm working on the 6th edition of Talking MMA
and it will be about Rivalries. It could be between Stable or
fighters or both. If anyone wants to have a piece written up in
TKO please send me either an outline or if you want to write a
paragraph or two that would be great. Pics are always welcomed.

It's a shame Nadine Coyle no longer competes vs Vanessa Hudgens
and Tiffany Mulheron in the same division. Those were the two
favorite rivalries of mine!
At least we have Jessica Lowndes doing this: ;D

Talking MMA Chapter 7 will be on "Bad Decisions". This can be
anything from a premature stoppage from a referee, an incorrect
scorecard from the Judges, a failure to sign a fighter or
signing the wrong fighter, an alliance with another stable gone
wrong or wearing the wrong attire at an inappropriate time or
anything else that can be considered a "Bad Decision". This can
also go outside of the league. If you have any suggestions
please send them to me. I'll be messaging a few stables on ideas
I already have but please contribute if you can.

Travis: We have Heather Kozar from HK Dangerous Curves.
Joe: Welcome Heather.
Heather: Thank you Joe, and I'm so sorry to be getting back to
you so late, I've just been so busy with other projects and I'm
currently out of the country on family vacation.
Joe: Your Stable is unique in that HK Dangerous Curves is made
up of only 3 fighters. Are there any plans to expand?
Heather: No current plans, but I never say NO to the right
opportunity if, it comes along!
Joe: You've enjoyed success and are well positioned in the
Amethyst League. Where do you see yourself and you stable going
in the future?
Heather: On Top! And when I get there, enjoy myself and the
feeling that goes along with, as I leave a foot print saying
that I was here, it was great and I was successful!
Joe: Do you feel that you are at a disadvantage when going
against some of the Super Stables?
Heather: No because; more or, less - less is more haha... I
guess you can call it Substance over Form, Quality over Quantity
but more importantly it allows me "laser focus".
Joe: What secrets can you tell us about HK Dangerous Curves
that nobody else knows?
Heather: Well, now...If I told you that...they wouldn't be
secrets any more now...would they? haha
