joint stable meeting

Aries Management: We wanted to bring both of our teams together
to put all of you on the same page after we had some tough
things happen back at Team Warfare. First off I want to ask if
anyone has a problem with anything going on these last few
months.
He waits for a few long seconds as both teams look around to see
if anyone has anything to say. No one responds so he proceeds.
Aries Management: Okay that is good because we are moving on
with what we have going. First off I know both stables have
been going through some changes like adding in some experience
and making some changes that we think need to be made. Here is
Jennifer to give a short update on The Wildcats stable.
Jennifer Love Hewitt: Thanks. I just wanted to let everyone
know that we are really happy with our stable right now and I
will be letting you know in a few minutes about some changes I
am making to change things up for our Team warfare team to get
some victories for our team. We have offered Katharine McPhee a
chance to return to our team and we think that she has thought
about her decision to leave our stable but found things a lot
tougher than she thought and will be resigning her contract with
us very soon. We have made some other changes to our team and
you all know who you are because you have now been with our
stable for a few weeks. Congratulations to all of our girls and
I want to especially want to thank our girls who fought at
Global Rivalry. We didnt do as well as we wanted but it was a
good learning experience for the three of you to go against the
best in our UMMA universe. I am very proud of each of you who
went out there and fought bravely. That is all I got for right
now, I will turn it back to the Aries team.
Aries Management: Thanks Jennifer, As for the Aries Stable we
made a big move for our team following Global Rivalry to bring
in Lin Chi Ling who is a good looking competitor who will add
some good things to our stable. We also made the tough decision
to drop Mia Khalifa who just wasn't rising to the top like we
wanted so it was mutual decision to drop her because she just
wasn't happy with our stable. I also wanted to thank the girls
who participated in Global Rivalry. You all looked good and
gave good performances out there and we want you to be proud of
your performance. You may not have gone as far as you would
like but you need to be proud of the fact that you were good
enough to be invited to Global Rivalry. Now for some hard news.
Over the next few weeks I will be making some decisions on our
Aries Asians team. We feel it is time to shake things up and we
don't want anyone to think that bad things about what we will be
doing. It is just time to look at the girls we put in place to
go into Team Warfare. So expect some changes. Jennifer is
doing the same with her team so we want both teams to expect
some good things and please don't feel slighted if you get
bumped from one of the teams. On the other hand don't get a big
head because you were chosen for one of the teams because you
can be replaced as well. We want all of you to know that we
appreciate your efforts out there in the cage and in your
training. Both stables have done really well and things have
been looking better for our competitors but we continue to look
at each of you and we notice when you don't perform. We think
that may have been Miss McPhee's problem causing her to leave
our stable. She has done some soul searching and we think that
she has made a good decision to come back to the Wildcats
stable. We also want you to know that we have an open door
policy and that Harumi Nemoto our stable leader is always open
to talk to if you have any problems come up as well as Taylor
Swift our leader of the Aries Asians. You always have someone
to talk to if there are problems. We can't address something if
we don't know a problem exists. With that, Jen do you have
anything else.
Jennifer: The only thing that I have to address is that I will
be stepping down as our Team Warfare leader to give more time to
our stable. I will be looking for someone to step up to take on
that responsibility. I love all of you girls, You are a great
stable of girls who give all you have night in and night out. I
have confidence that we will continue to improve and I will work
hard to keep this stable on the right track. If you have
anything that needs addressing feel free to talk to me, I
promise I don't bite and I will talk to any of you with an open
mind. Thanks for all of your work and we will make this a top
notch stable.
Aries Management: Thanks Jennifer, the same goes for our
stable. I don't bite either and I will make sure that any
problem is dealt with an open mind. Thanks to both of our
stables for some great work and as long as you continue to work
hard we will become a team to contend with in the near future
