Daniela Hantuchova and Katharine McPhee were warming up in the
cage ready to take out the frustrations of several weeks of
bickering between the two superstars since Daniela had joined
the team at the first of the year. When both were ready Suzuka
Ishikawa who both had agreed to be a referee motioned for the
two to come in and she reiterated the rules that the two had
agreed to which was basically that it was a fight to the finish
and Suzuka would not interfere unless one girl looked to be
hurt. Daniela confidently moved in and the two circled one
another warily for a few seconds throwing an occasional jab to
feel one another out. Katharine then seemingly frustrated
stepped back and again motioned for Daniela to come on and
fight. Daniela took that opportunity to throw a long straight
jab that caught Katharine in the mouth and she quickly stepped
back with a smile on her face and said how was that. Furiously
Katharine lunged at Daniela with a powerful series of punches
that Daniela mostly dodged and countered with a few well placed
jabs that were making Katharine even more furious. Within
seconds, Katharine's power caught up to Daniela who suddenly got
caught in the ropes and Katharine pressed her advantage with
some hard and powerful punches to the sleek Daniela's body.
Daniela did her best to counter Katharine but Miss McPhee kept
her pinned against the ropes and continued to punish Miss
Hantuchova with a relentless pummeling.
Several of their teammates knew what was happening and had
gathered around the cage to watch as the two girls tried to
settle things between themselves.
Katharine landed a short punch to the side of Daniela's head and
the slim built blond dropped to her knees gasping for air.
Katharine stepped back and began taunting Daniela to get up so
she could finish her off.
Daniela suddenly shot one of her long legs out and swept
Katharine off of her feet and then mounted Miss McPhee as she
started slamming a ton of punches into Katharine's face and
body.
Katharine was not impressed and landed a hard backhand that
caught Daniela off guard and Katharine twisted Daniela over and
mounted her with an equally impressive Ground and Pound attack.
Daniela tried to cover up and protect herself but Katharine's
punches found their mark.
After a few seconds of this, Suzuka moved in and pushed
Katharine back to allow Daniela to get back to her feet.
Both Daniela and Katharine were splashed with drops of blood as
Katharine bounced around knowing she had the fight won but
Daniela was no quitter and Suzuka motioned for the fight to
continue.
Daniela moved in throwing some long wild punches which caught
Katharine stumbling backwards and into the ropes where Daniela
gave Katharine and taste of her own medicene as she landed some
long hard punches to Katharine who was off balance and trying to
protect herself.
Katharine though used the ropes to help her regain her balance
and after taking a couple of headshots Katharine angrily shoved
Daniela away.
Daniela then swung in with a long sweeping kick that caught
Katharine squarely in the jaw and dropped her to her knees.
Daniela moved in with more punishing punches before Suzuka again
moved in to push Daniela back so Katharine could get back to her
feet. Katharine was completely furious and she charged back in
with blinding fury throwing punches left and right wildly
missing most as Daniela kept her distance with some damaging
jabs that made Katharine stumble. Suzuka didn't know what to do
as she watched her two teammates battling wildly and punishing
one another mercilessly. Then Katharine managed to push Daniela
back into the ropes and Katharine pressed her advantage as she
fell into Daniela attempting to clinch her hated teammate.
Daniela tried to free herself but Katharine had the advantage
and she picked Daniela up and slammed her to the cage floor.
Katharine sensing victory stomped down on Daniela who caught
Katharine's leg and rolled into her bringing Katharine down to
the floor. Before Katharine knew what was happening, Daniela
twisted Katharine's leg painfully behind her in a painful ankle
lock. As Katharine screamed in pain, Daniela called for her to
submit. At first Katharine tried to twist away from Daniela who
put even more pressure on her submission hold until finally
Katharine screamed and submitted to Daniela.
Daniela released the hold and rolled to her feet nearly falling
into Suzuka who went to check on Katharine but Utada Hikaru had
already leaped into the ring to check on Katharine and as Suzuka
moved to help Utada shoved Miss Ishikawa away saying she should
have stopped the fight a long time ago. Suzuka charged back and
shoved Utada saying that she needed to stay out of it.
The two Japanese referees glared at one another but by then
Michelle Yeoh and Harumi Nemoto had jumped in and warned both
girls to step back and think about it before someone got hurt.
Suzuka turned away and exited the cage feeling frustrated and
went to her friend Natasha Yi who was also a referee in the
UMMA.
Suzuka: Did I do something wrong in there.
Natasha: Come on sweetie, lets go get you cleaned up. You did
everything you were asked, This was between Daniela and
Katharine and they had agreed to the rules and you did exactly
as they asked of you. Now lets get this blood off of you.
Suzuka; Thanks Tash. You are a great friend.
Natasha: I know.
The two then walked back to the locker room to clean up as Utada
watched them walk away vowing to get both of her fellow
referees.
Inside the cage Katharine was still furious and had to be held
back by Harumi and Michelle who told Daniela to leave so they
could get Katharine calmed down.
Daniela glared at Katharine but finally left the cage and headed
to her locker room while Michelle and Harumi got Katharine
calmed down.
Aries Manager had witnessed the whole thing and he told them to
get to his office so he could talk to them to find out what this
was all about.
In his office a few minutes later Katharine had a chance to
clean up some of the blood that was splattered on her but she
was still not happy.
Management: Okay Kat what is going on with you, You haven't
been yourself these last few months and now this. Please tell
me what I can to to get you back to your old self.
Katharine: Well for one maybe its time that I had a change of
venues. This stable is not right for me. You bring that
Hantuchova girl in here and you expect all of us just to love
her. Well let me tell you that she just is not much to love.
She is nothing but a cancer that will bring this stable down if
someone does not stop her. So since I had the chance I took it
in my own hands and I would have finished her off if someone
hadn't stopped me from beating on her.
Management: Why did you not tell me that you had a problem with
Daniela, Why did it come to this where you two could have hurt
one another
Katharine pointing to her leg that Daniela had twisted: I think
that she did a pretty good job of that. She could have broken
my ankle.
Management: Well I think you did your share of hurting as well.
Katharine with a mean looking smile: Yeah I did do that didn't
I.
Management: Okay if that is what it takes and you want out of
here, I will let you transfer membership to the Wildcats since
you still have good relations with Miss Hewitt and it's only
because I still think that you have a lot of good things to come
your way.
Katharine: Thanks, I do have a good relationship with Jen.
Just keep Hantuchova away from me or I will finish what I
started. Oh and by the way you might want to talk Madeline Zima
and Kacey Musgraves because they are not happy either.
With that Katharine gets up to leave with a slight limp leaving
Management to wonder about Katharine's last work
Michelle: What was that about. Kacey has not said a word and
Madeline has been showing some good things.
Harumi: I don't know maybe Katharine has swayed them to leave
as well.
Management: Well find out what is going on. I am not going to
lose control of this team.
Michelle and Harumi in unison: You got it boss, anything else.
Management: I will talk to Daniela later. You two get on Kacey
and Madeline, Find out where they stand.
Thirty minutes later Management has Daniela and Suzuka in his
office
Management: What is going on with you Daniela.
Daniela: What are you talking about. I have been working with
Miyazato and I thought everything was good, Katharine though
seems to think otherwise and she has been itching to fight me so
we finally agreed to settle it and since I know you wanted it to
stay in the cage, I agreed to fight her only in the cage and
with a referee. We agreed and Suzuka here was nice enough to
abide by our rules and referee our little grudge fight.
Management: Suzuka I applaud you for that but why was I not
notified about all of this.
Suzuka: We all know what you expect from us. I agreed to stand
in there only if they agreed to let me do my job and they
agreed. I did not want to see either of them get hurt so that
was my only expectation. As for not letting you know well all I
can say is I am sorry.
Management; It wasn't anyone's fault i think we just need to
move on from this but before i let you go I need to know what is
going on with you and Utada. I thought that her leaving our
stable would end this situation between you two.
Suzuka; I am completely confused about her. I think she is
unstable and needs help.
Management: What do you mean?
Suzuka: I have done nothing to her but now she is attacking me
and I am going to stand up for myself.
Management: You dont need to do anything stupid. I will talk
to Jen and find out what she is going to do but I won't allow
any more shenanigans between you two so don't let her get to you
Suzuka: No problem as long as she stays away from me.
Managements lets them leave just as Michelle and Harumi return
Harumi: Okay boss good news and bad news.
Management: bad news first.
Harumi: Well it seems that Kacey and Madeline want out, they
are not happy but did not want to say more.
Management: And the good news.
Michelle: As far as we know they are the only three with a
problem. Everyone else seems happy for the time being.
Management: Fine I will let them go and Jen can decide if she
wants them in her stable. I hear she that she is having
problems with Miss Spears and she is going to have to handle
that one herself.
