The leader did it

Nearly a week has passed since Harumi Nemoto was officially
named the leader of the Awesome Aries stable. Her very first
job as the stable leader was to sit down with Ai Miyazato and
Kacey Musgraves to see if she could get the two girls to sit
down and talk to hash out their differences. She now sat in
Management's office after being called in to give an update on
the situation. Harumi sat alone but with absolutely no look on
her face as to how things were going with the two Awesome Aries
stars. Management meanwhile was sitting in his office with
Michelle Yeoh, Katharine McPhee and Taylor Swift and seemed to
be trying to see if any of his leaders might have a clue how
things were going but none of them seemed to have a clue.
Finally after dealing with some team business for the two teams
in the stable, he sent all but Michelle off and called in Harumi
for her update.
Management: Okay Harumi its been a week and no one here has
seen any progress with Ai and Kacey. Matter of fact we havent
seen either of them for a couple of days. So what is going on?
have you made any progress.
Harumi: Well as a matter of fact I sat down with both of them
yesterday and they were talking as if they were old friends.
Michelle: How did you do that when we could not get those two to
even be in the same room together without causing some kind of
scene.
Management: Okay you have said that but we have not seen any
results maybe you can produce some proof.
Harumi: Okay but you will have to wait until they get here.
Maybe we can talk about something else while we wait.
The three talked for about 15 minutes about other stable
business until they were interrupted by Taylor who barged into
the office claiming that Miyazato and Mugraves had just arrived
and were talking and giggling like a pair of school girls.
Management told her to bring them in with Katharine in case
anything happened and they could talk about this. Ai and Kacey
were led in and Ai went to give her friend Michelle a big hug.
Management got everyone to sit to begin the talk.
Management: Okay lets have it what is going on here. Harumi
you were behind this lets get this going.
Harumi: You got it boss. Well i went right to Ai and Kacey and
had them sit down with me to talk and figure out why they could
not get along. Just like has happened with you all I had a hard
time getting them to sit together without bickering and trying
to go after one another. So I tried a different tactic and
talked to them individually and I was starting to feel like I
just was not going to be able to accomplish my task. The most I
got was that the two just plain had never been able to just go
at it and fight it out like the two professionals that they are.
So I got the two to agree that if I let them do that would they
be willing to bury the hatchet and get along. I explained to
both that if they could not agree to this then I would have no
other choice than to have one or the other removed from the
team. Both agreed that if that would happen they could be in
the process of making up and getting along. So late that night
i got the two together in the cage and I let them fight it out.
Let me tell you boss i have never seen anything like it. These
two went at it like a pair of wildcats smelling blood. I was
really afraid that they were going to kill one another, thats
how hard they were going at it.
Management: Is this true, either one of you.
Both Ai and Kacey smiled before either responded.
Kacey: I will speak for myself and say that Ai is one tough as
nails gal. She took everything I had and she just would not
back down or quit.
Ai: It was not pretty, There was a lot of stuff between us and
both of us just wanted to beat the heck out of one another.
Harumi: I repeat these two were really going at it and neither
backed down an inch. They fought for a good 10 minutes until
out of the blue Ai caught Kacey in a nasty looking hammerlock
and I thought she was going to break Kacey's arm before Kacey
tapped out. That was not the end boss, They both got up and Ai
offered her hand to shake and Kacey would have nothing of it and
she attacked Ai. The wicked fight continued for another 5
minutes and again Ai caught Kacey in an arm wrenching arm bar
submission hold and again Kacey tapped out. I was not surprised
to see that neither of them got to their feet as they laid on
their backs trying to recover and catch their breaths. Finally
Kacey got up and offered her hand to Ai to help her up and Ai
accepted.
Management: so that was all it took. Why didnt we think about
doing this. I thought that a match at Open Fight Night would
settle things between these two and I did not want to see the
two hurt one another. My congratulations Harumi. and
congratulations to you Ai and Kacey. Both of you may have had
your job here saved.
Harumi: Im not through yet. So i had them go get cleaned up
and get a good nights rest and meet me the first thing the next
morning. I saw a lot of good things in that fight. I saw the
heart of two championship material girls and I hope that you
give me a chance to work with these two. Both Ai and Kacey
showed some really good moves and not to take anything from
Kacey, Ai showed that she had a couple of really nice submission
holds that really need some work and I think that she will be a
Fighter to be contended with among the Bantamweights.
Management: Im really glad that you saw that and you did not
just look at this as a fight. You have impressed me with how
you handled this situation and got something out of it to help
both girls become even better. My next question is how are you
two feeling after nearly beating one another to death.
Ai and Kacey looked at one another with small smiles and both
commented that they were still sore and hurting from the
experience but otherwise both were feeling good. Michelle
hugged Ai and Kacey as did Taylor and Katharine and finally
Management got a hug from the two before letting them leave.
The team leaders then sat back down and after everyone was
through congratulating Harumi for a job well done, the leaders
began hashing out their next big hurdle in front of them which
was what to do with Bai Ling and the team falling apart.
