Prepping for OFN part 2:

Nancy turned and seemed ready to leave when she saw another car
arrive. Stepping out of the car she was surprised to see
Estella Warren and Mia Khalifa exit the car with Maggie Q and
Piper Perabo.
Nancy: Can i get a word with you Girls.
Piper: Yeah but lets make it a quick one.
Nancy: Sure, What are you 4 looking to show at OFN.
Piper: We are hoping to get some respect but it doesn't look to
be happening anytime soon.
Nancy: What do you mean Piper. This is Open Fight Night and I
thought that it was anything goes.
Piper: Maybe for some of us, but do you see my name anywhere on
the card.
Nancy: Well no I don't have the card in front of me but it is
Open Fight Night and you could have made a challenge,
Piper: You could unless you felt left out and no one seemed
interested in what you had to say, or you were one of the
"favorites"
Nancy: What do you mean.
Piper: Well pay attention and you will see. Estella and Mia
have matches, yeah sure but does anyone think they will be
rewarded if they beat their opponents, Do you really think that
Maggie has a chance to be a world class champion in her tourney.
Probably not because they are not the part of the "in group" in
this stable. We don't feel like we are given the same kind of
treatment that other's are given and when we try to fix the
situation we get in trouble.
Estella: Pretty much thats how we feel. Certain members of
this team get praise for their actions and others seem to always
get in trouble.
Nancy: Im really confused here, are you saying that management
is showing some kind of favoritism and getting some girls cushy
matches.
Maggie: Pretty much the story here. Just look at Piper, She is
a tough competitor and look at where she is at, No respect,
Nancy: Well maybe respect is earned.
Piper: Look Nancy, Without mentioning names like Miyazato,
Certain girls here are given opportunities that other's deserve
like myself and Maggie. We need to get inside and get ready to
go nowhere.
Nancy: Mia can I get a word from you,
Mia starts to answer but Piper Maggie and Estella push her on
and when she turns to say something, They grab her by the hair
and pull her towards the door away from Nancy.
Nancy looking stunned stood shocked until she saw A couple of
other team members heading her way. Katharine McPhee, Madeline
Zima Jamie Lynn Spears and Natalie Gulbis head towards the
entrance,
Katharine: Was that Estella Warren and Mia Khalifa that we just
saw you talking with.
Natalie: And it looked like they had a couple of bodyguards
with them.
Katharine: They will need them when we get to Open Fight
Night..
Nancy: Easy girls, I just had a very strange conversation with
those 4 and I just want to move on. How are you feeling about
the upcoming event:
Katharine: Feeling great, things have been moving in the right
direction.
Nancy: Quick question Katharine, You havent been yourself in
you last few matches. Is there a problem that you are not
telling us about.
Katharine: No just call it jittery nerves, Since Miyazato's
attack a couple of month's ago, we have all been on pins and
needles but I think that we just about have this one done so I
will be back to my normal exciting self very soon.
Natalie: Katharine is right, It has not been easy to watch a
friend suffer and you can believe this that Miyazato has
suffered. She is tough and has a lot of friends standing beside
her. Because of that we all feel the pressure and sometimes you
look over your shoulder, and sometimes that can cost you dearly.
Nancy: Good thought, I guess that is new to me and I did not
realize that the rest of the team could be affected by an attack
on one of your teammates. Anyway onto other things, Jamie and
Madeline whats going on with you two, The last time i remember
you two were battling in the cage and now look at you two.
Madeline: Lets call it a misunderstanding. I respect Jamie and
I know that she was not at fault for me losing my spot on one of
our internal teams. That was all my fault and it cost me a
beating before I could think straight.
Jamie: Hahaha. That was not personal Maddie, We all just
needed you to understand your place in this stable.
Madeline: I realize that now, it was for my own good and I
respect you for being such a great fighter.
Nancy: So what does that all mean, Have you two mended the
differences between you.
Jamie: I think so. Im sure that things will happen but for now
we have been working out together and things are going well.
Nancy: Im happy to hear that, I think that both of you are
great competitors and I know you will both become great
fighters.
They all thanked Nancy and headed into the facility. Nancy was
then joined by Gail Kim Jessica Sanchez and Ming Na.
Gail: Hi Nancy, hows things going.
Nancy: That was going to be my question for you. Im fine how
are you three doing.
Gail: Well I am great, looking forward to some great action in
Singapore. Want to join us.
Nancy with a laugh: Yeah I will be there and look forward to
seeing some great action
Ming Na: That wil be great, we hope to see you there.
Nancy: Sure I will be around and will try to talk to you all
down there.
Ming Na: Sure enough, well I have to get inside, Come on Gail,
Jessica lets get inside.
Nancy: Can i get a word from you Jessica.
Jessica: Sure, You two can go on in and i will catch up with
you in a minute. What can i do for you Nancy.
Nancy: Just wanted to ask you how you are feeling after you
have had some time to think about Blood on the Red Carpet.
Jessica: Im feeling good about my fights there, It was tough
and i did suffer a loss but I was happy with my performance and
I got some feedback from my teammates on some things to do
different so I will be working on those things so we will see
how things go from there.
Nancy: Good I think you have a ton of potential and I would
love to see you become one of the best here in this organization
Jessica: That will be a tough row to haul but thanks for the
confidence. I have to do this one match at a time and will face
some tough competition. I am up for the task in front of me and
will do my best to fight confidently and work to be the best
ever.
Nancy: Well thanks for the time. Hopefully I will have a
chance to talk with you more in Singapore.
Jessica: Sure, You will know where to find me.
Nancy: Thanks again and best of luck in Singapore.
Nancy then waits several more minutes before deciding to leave
to post her interviews from the Awesome Aries team.
