Team meeting

The Awesome Aries stable was starting to gather in the
conference room at the Aries gym and training center. The word
had spread quickly to the whole team what had happened the
previous morning and we find Danielle Kang and Hee Young Park
just outside the conference room door.
Hee Young: So I just heard what happened with Ai and Kacey.
Did they really try to kill one another.
Danielle: Sandra and I were the first two there and i swear on
my grave that I have never seen anything like what happened
yesterday. Ai and Kacey were going at it hard and Sandra and I
could only watch for a few seconds while the two pummeled one
another. Then Kacey took Ai off her feet and thats when we
stepped in to try and seperate them which wasn't an easy task.
Ai may not be the biggest girl in the world but let me tell you
what, She is strong and fearless and is one hard person to hold
onto. We did manage to seperate the two at first but Kacey got
away from me and attacked Ai and they fell back to the floor
fighting wildly. Se almost got them apart the second time when
Ai got free from Sandra and was all over Kacey. It was brutal
and intense and if Jennifer and Michelle hadnt showed up I
really think that there would have been some serious blood shed.
Hee Young: Yeah I saw most of the end and me and So Yeon tried
to help get them seperated. What do you think started it
Danielle: All I know is that management is not happy and really
laid into Ai in his office. I have tangled with Ai before and I
know that she is as intense and physical as anyone in the
business, and I am really glad that i can call her a friend.
Hee Young: I have worked out with her on a few occassions and
she has really taught me some things. I just wonder what the
meeting is about.
Danielle: We dont have much longer to wait, Here comes Dennis
and Jennifer and they don't look happy.
Hee Young: Well here goes.
Dennis goes to the front of the conference table and starts the
team meeting
Dennis: Well lets say right from the start. Im not happy with
what happened. Who here can tell me what the number one rule
for this stable is. Moretz, what is your answer.
Chloe Moretz: We settle all disagreements in the ring.
Dennis: Warren you are new here help Miss Moretz out.
Estella Warren: We talk to one of our leaders and try to talk
things out. if that doesnt fix the problem then we settle it in
the ring.
Dennis: Good but that is not the full answer that I want. Yeoh
finish the answer.
Michelle Yeoh: We never ever for any reason let this get out in
the public.
Dennis: Great, now does everyone here get that and understand
the meaning.
Everyone nods in agreement as Dennis eyes each and every girl on
the team.
Dennis: Just in case any of you don't know what happened
yesterday, all im going to say right now is that Miyazato and
Musgraves broke that rule. Does anyone know why that really
disappoints me.
Sandra Gal: Speaking for myself, It disappoints me that they
had a match signed and agreed to at Open Fight Night in a few
weeks and this could have hurt either one or both of them.
Dennis: Good Sandra you are a good friend of Miyazato so i can
appreciate your thought. But that is not all. Swift you are
her team leader what do you think.
Taylor Swift: Well im still new here and I missed what started
all of this to begin with and why they signed their match. My
honest opinion is that both girls are highly competitive and due
to what happened at Team Warfare, both girls tempers flared out
of control and neither could back down from an insult. Im not
blaming either Ai or Kacey, but this is not a pretty situation.
Dennis: Good point. What Im most concerned about is the
welfare of both of these girls. I respect both Ai and Kacey,
Both are very headstrong and we are in a highly competitive
sport. Number one, i was disappointed that neither girl said
anything to me about what was happening. Number 2 after talking
with both Ai and Kacey, I was very disappointed that both girls
decided to ignore my rules and try to settle this disagreement
personally. What would have happened if Ai had been injured,
What if Kacey had been hurt or injured. Why would either of
these to girls jeopardize their careers her by attempting to
settle things by themselves. At this point I am debating with
myself on what to do to make you girls believe in me and in what
we can do together. Ai and Kacey will be talked to and as far
as I am concerned, their match at Open Fight night is still on
and if they hurt one another then so be it. Second on my mind
is what happened to Miss Miyazato at Team Warfare. This
investigation is not going well as we find out more about what
has happened. None of this leaves this room am I understood
about this.
Again everyone nods their agreement
Dennis: Great, Now for some slightly happier news, I have been
contacted by other managers about our upcoming tourney at Open
Fight Night and this is looking to be a great opportunity for
our girls to stand up and make themselves heard. I will be
finalizing very soon the competitors that I have chosen and
there will be some of you who will be left off the final list.
I dont want anything made of this but when I talked to each of
you who volunteered to sign up for the tourney, I was able to
see who was going to be willing to make that next step and
become great with this stable.
I will be speaking to each of you about my decisions on this
tourney and i hope that all of you understand my thought
patterns. Before i let Jennifer add some final comments, I
need each or you to look inside and ask yourself if you really
want to be with this stable. Im not going to allow another
scene like yesterday to happen. I have talked with Jennifer
Taylor and Michelle and let it known that they will be
responsible for getting this stable started back on the right
track. Thats all from me for now. Please if you have any
questions or concerns, address them with one of the three
mentioned or myself. Jennifer or Michelle who wants to go next.
Jennifer: Ill go next. Girls we have a truly great, honest and
capable owner and we really need to stand behind him like he has
stood behind all of us. There is not one of us who does not owe
our management leader a lot. Me personally I have been in
several meetings with Dennis about every single one of you when
he has asked my opinions. I have shared my input and thoughts
on all of you. For instance when Dennis asked who I thought
might be a strong person to act as the teams spokeswoman, I
never hesitated a second to recommend Michelle for that spot.
When asked about bringing in new talent, I was the first person
to recommend looking at Miss Miyazato and Sandra Gal. I stood
up for all of you and though we did not agree on some of the new
talent, he gave me the benefit of the doubt and agreed with my
assessment. Now its time for us to show our respect to Dennis.
My office is always open as is Taylor's and Michelle's as well
as our management office. We are asking for all of you
including your three leaders to step up and make this stable one
of the top stables in the organization. Now Michelle has
something before we wrap this up.
Michelle Yeoh: Girls you know where I stand. Im here because i
want to be here and because I think that with our leadership we
can all become stars. Its going to take a lot of work and even
more understanding than any of us know. You may not get along
with someone but we ask that you bring it to us. If you see
something that you dont understand then bring it to us and we
will get you an answer. Before we leave we all know that it is
time for Open Fight Night around the corner. If you want to
make a challenge bring it to our attention so we can get things
set up before the deadline arrives. Oh and by the way just in
case you were not aware, Miyazato and Musgraves have been talked
to and we are working to figure out how to allow both girls to
work out and prepare without another violent scene. Thanks all
of you
With that the meeting adjourns and each girl goes her own way
with some talking in pairs as they digested what was said in the
meeting.
