A few days later

A couple of days later everything seemed to be back to normal at
the Awesome Aries training center and it was another special day
as they prepared to celebrate another birthday. This one for So
Yeon Ryu. The celebration began when the Korean girl arrived at
the gym with her fellow Korean and friend Hee Young Park and Ai
Miyazato who had helped set up the celebration. It was a
special surprise for So Yeon who thought that everyone had
forgotten her birthday since no one had said anything leading up
to this day. When she arrived at the gym she was treated to a
Happy Birthday chorus followed by cake and ice cream before she
was asked to say a few words.
So Yeon Ryu: I really thank you all for the wonderful
celebration. this has been a great start to my day and I have a
lot to be thankful for. First off I have some great friends
like Hee Young Park and Ai Miyazato who work out with me on a
regular basis. I truly appreciate their friendship with me and
I hope that i have been a good friend to me. I also am thankful
that I have stayed healthy through my whole life and especially
my short career here with this team. As for this stable, I am
thankful for some great management who have set the rules here
and keep everything running smoothly and have given not just me,
but all of us here, the chance to compete and stand by us even
when we may not be the best. I also thank our leaders Jennifer
Love Hewitt and Taylor Swift who are leading us and getting us
prepared for each event i compete at. I am still new to this
organization and I have made some friends here like Katharine
McPhee and Rio Natsume who lead the way with their successes in
their matches as well as my other friends like Sandra Gal and
Summer Sanders who like me are still new but we are growing our
careers here. All of you have become like family to me so I
thank all of you for helping me when I am not at my best.
Thanks all of you.
Jennifer Love Hewitt: We have a great organization here girls.
I can speak for management when I say that we dont expect
perfection from anyone. We do expect for each of you to go out
and put out 100% all the time. I know that So Yeon and many of
our other new girls have come in and really showed some
incredible improvement over the last few month's. Lets continue
this and get better every day. Finally I do need to mention
this because of what has happened with Ai Miyazato. If you see
anything that is strange or you don't understand. Please
address that with anyone of us. Management has an open door
policy and that stands for all of us. Please we dont need any
distractions. We are coming up on some new things that will
improve our organization and we need all of you to understand
the changes that will be taking place. Over the next few weeks
there may be changes that affect each and everyone of us and we
thank that those changes will make this a far better team and
organization so we all need to stand together. We will be
meeting with each of you individually about these changes so
that you will understand better. That's all for now. Does
anyone have anything else we need to discuss at this point. If
not lets get to work.
With that the team comes together for a quick prayer and they go
off to their individual workouts. As they begin their workout,
Chloe Grace Moretz is working out with Keri Russell and Keri is
concerned because Chloe has not been herself over the last few
days.
Keri: Is everything ok with you Chloe
Chloe: Not really, I think that I saw something that i wasn't
supposed to see the other day after Miyazato's birthday party.
Keri: Did you want to talk about it with me.
Chloe: I don't know what to do or who to talk to.
Keri: Okay im your friend and I think that we need to address
this because you are obviously not yourself lately. How about
if we go talk to Michelle Yeoh and see what she thinks.
Chloe: Sure, I trust Michelle and I really need someone to talk
to.
With that the two search out Michelle Yeoh and ask to talk to
her in private. Michelle takes them back to one of the offices
and closes the door for privacy.
Michelle: Okay girls what is the problem?
Keri: Im sorry Michelle, there really isnt a problem with us
but Chloe here has a problem that she really needs to talk to
someone about and as her friend i was just wanting to help her
out and get her some help.
Michelle: Okay you both know that im here for you so if you
want to talk about this problem, I will see if I can help you
out.
Chloe: Thanks Michelle, I want you to know that i truly respect
you but i am not sure that you will be able to help and i really
dont want to get anyone in trouble.
Michelle now shows concern: Ohhh is it that serious do i need
to get Jennifer or Management involved:
Chloe starting to tear up: Like I said I don't know what to do
and that is why I am here with you to get this off my chest.
Michelle: Okay sweetie, lets talk and if i need to I will talk
to Management for you and we will get this taken care of.
Chloe with Keri's arm around her for support: Okay here goes.
The day after we celebrated Ai Miyazato's birthday, I got to the
gym a bit early so that I could talk to Sandra Gal about her
workout preparation but she hadn't arrived yet so I went to the
locker room to change when I heard something outside. It
sounded like some arguing going on so I decided to open the door
to the back alley and saw something that I really don't
understand.
She pauses for a second giving Michelle a chance to ask: Okay
what did you see and who was it.
Chloe: Like I said i am not for sure. I saw one of our girls
being confronted by two masked girls who I did not recognize and
that is where my problem is.
Keri: Who was it?
Michelle: Lets take this one step at a time Keri. Are you
saying that one of our girls was abducted in the alley.
Chloe: No that isn't it. I saw an envelope being passed to our
girl and then they left. This all sounds so innocent, and that
is what is getting to me. With what happened to Miyazato, I
started to get concerned and now I can't sleep and I have been
getting sick in the mornings and now i need to talk and get it
off my chest.
Michelle: Wow, I really think that we need to talk to
management about this, This could be very serious. First though
i need to get a name, Who was our girl out there, I promise that
this will be between us so Keri I hate to ask you to leave for a
second but I think this should be kept as safe as possible.
Keri: No problem but if I can help I would like to stay for my
friend.
Michelle: Okay Chloe, Its up to you, do you want to reveal this
now or would you feel better in private.
Chloe: I don't want to get anyone in trouble but Im scared and
I want this to end.
Michelle: Okay, Keri you can stay but this stays between us
until Management talks with us about this.
Chloe and Keri nod their approval
Michelle: Okay the quicker we can investigate the better off
all will be so I need you to let me know who it was out there.
No one will get in trouble I will see to that.
Chloe tentatively and with tears beginning to stream down her
face: It was Musgraves, Kacey Musgraves. She is my friend too
and I don't want anything to happen to her. Please Michelle I
just want this to end. Its scaring the devil out of me.
Michelle pulling Chloe and Keri into her embrace: Okay this is
very serious I think. I need you two to keep this very quiet.
I will talk to Jennifer and Management about this and let them
put an end to this. It may be nothing but with the situation
involving Miyazato, well this could get very nasty. I need you
to keep this between us. If you need to go back home to calm
down, I will take it from here. Thanks Keri for helping bring
Chloe in. but im deadly serious, This stays between us. If
word gets out, well I just don't know what will happen. No word
to Miyazato, I don't know how she would react if she found out
and if this turns out to be nothing, we could have a problem so
no word to no one. Jennifer and management will take control
and this will be taken care of.
Keri: Thanks Michelle, I knew you would know what to do and we
trust you with our lives.
Chloe: Yeah thanks Michelle, I feel a bit better talking with
you. I think that I had better go home though so I can get some
rest.
With that the three get to their feet and embrace tightly as
Michelle promises to take care of this.
