A Madman? - Chapter 5
By: The Vixens Date: May 24, 2016, 10:45 am

Surprisingly enough Harvey did not view his cameras that day.
Kate had made him do some long overdue paperwork such as bills
and contract. And that had kept him busy for the entire day. And
by the time he had finished Harvey was too exhausted to do
anything but sleep.
The next morning, however, proved to be very different.
Harvey let out a huge yawn as he climbed off of his mattress and
slumped down into his chair. If his memory served him well then
Bad to the Bone had happened last night. Not that he cared
anyway. He had more important things to do.
He switched on his computer and while he was waiting for it to
load, Harvey called P.J. "Do we know how the girl died?" he
asked. No hello, just getting straight to the point.
"There are multiple stab wounds to the chest and neck," P.J.
said. "There are no fingerprints though."
"Smart," Harvey said. "This killer knew what they were doing.
Which means it'll be more satisfying to see them behind bars."
"It will for all of us," P.J. said. "It will."
"Didn't you say something about a witness a couple days ago?"
Harvey asked.
"I did," P.J. answered. "I've already sent Wilson over to
investigate. We should have whatever he uncovers before midday."
"Fantastic," Harvey said. He hung up.
Harvey leant back in his chair, his mind not-so-deep in thought.
He didn't want to know Wilson's findings. Harvey always wanted
the criminal he was targeting to slip up. He was very good at
getting them to do that.
There was one thing Harvey neglected to mention to P.J. It was a
huge deal, except it was.
He had already found the killers identity. But he didn't have
time to think about it.
His computer had finished loading up and instantly jumped into
the feedback of the cameras.
All he saw was static.
Furrowing his brow Harvey cycled through every camera in turn.
And every time he got static. Even the ones in the vehicles were
static. Which could only mean that Richelle had found them.
Three weeks and two days, Harvey thought, not bad. It wasn't the
fastest someone had eventually found them but impressive
none-the-less.
Harvey wasn't worried one bit. In fact he was excited. He lived
for these types of moments. Richelle thinks she isn't playing
his game.
On the contrary, Harvey thought, she had just rolled the dice.
