Thanks to Pye the gif I failed to post is now available. It
shows the stretching Alexandra did before her jog...including
the guy who wanted to tag along, but couldn't keep up.

Aftershocks
Pamela Anderson was thinking back on what had happened during
the various press conferences. "I don't know what got into
Alexandra Paul or why she started being so ****y", Pam mused to
herself. "I mean I showed off my biceps and for some reason she
went all psycho. Much more than she ever did on the set of
Baywatch. She started it all when she interrupted a PGG press
conference. Then for the Shockware PGG press conference she sent
that henchman, Ms. Grimm, or what-ever-the-f*ck her name was..
And I wasn't even being interviewed for the press conference.
Totally inappropriate."
The more she thought about it the more she fumed. She tried to
not let it too her but her ire was up. She had joined the UMMA
as a bit of a lark. Her frienemy, Jenny McCarthy, was a member.
They had always been in friendly competition having both been
Playboy Playmates. Both were known for their comedic abilities.
Both liked to make fun of themselves. They had even had some
physical contests: a hairpulling contest in Pam's TV series
Stacked and a fun fight in Scary Movie 3. Jenny 'won' the
hairpulling contest but Pam got the better of Jenny with a
wedgie in the movie.

Early in her life Pam had planned to be a body builder. But then
Baywatch came along and the producers wanted her to be strong
and fit but feminine and curvy. Later on she had been inspired
by Jenny's very impressive biceps and so she started building up
her muscles again. Much as Pam worked on her biceps Jenny still
had the bigger ones for some reason. But Pam worked on her legs
to make them powerful and much more muscular than Jenny's.
Anyway, Pam joined the UMMA hoping to have some fun fights with
Jenny and others like her. As it turned out they were in
different weight divisions and didn't meet.
Pam was competitive but she also liked to enjoy herself. She
didn't train as hard as she could have as winning a title wasn't
as important as entertaining others with her fighting. Her
career was lackluster and she lost more than she won. That gave
many of the women in the UMMA the impression that she was a
soft, flighty blonde - not a serious person. But Pyewacket and
Christina Applegate saw something in her and they hired her into
the PGG. Under their tutelage she was improving her record.
Perhaps some old jealousies by Alexandra's from Baywatch were
still festering. And with Pam's poor fighting record perhaps she
felt she could goad Pam into a fight or doing something
reckless. Well she had, she goaded her into this triathlon,
something Alexandra had trained in. It was time for Pam to get
serious about the training for the event.
Pam headed down to the beach for a swim to warm up. First she
stopped and visited some lifeguards she was friendly with. She
raised their flag for them.

Pam finished her swim and decided to head to the gym for a work
out on the bag. She avoided Gold's Gym as that was Alexandra's
favorite place and headed to another gym. She did not want to
let Alexandra know how hard she was working out and how much
stronger she was getting all the time. Let Alexandra find out
when it was too late. "Alexandra always prided herself on her
strength but always over estimated her muscles. We all chuckled
at her on the set whenever she claimed she was the strong and
athletic one. Why she couldn't lift have the weight I could and
she was even weaker at leg presses." Pam said to no one in
particular.
Pam proceeded to the punching bag she started off with some hard
punching. Then she switched to delivering powerful kicks.

OUCH! exclaimed Pam when she kicked the bag as hard as she
could. The one piece suit she was wearing rode up her crotch and
pinched it. That won't do. Time to get more comfortable."
Pam went to her locker and got out some shorts with looser legs
and a top that gave more supported to her boobs. She returned to
a vigorous kicking/punching combo workout.

WOW! You sure are impressive! Don't let that Alex give you any
crap. You will own her in the triathlon.

While punishing the bag Pam became aware of a training session
underway in one of the adjacent rooms. She could hear loud slams
and grunts…and even the occasional pain filled yelps by a male.
But Pam was here to train so she ignored the sounds. Eventually,
curiosity got the better of Pam and she had to know what was
going on. Not even the Private sign stopped Pam and she peeked
in. Inside, Carmen Electra was training with her trainer; she
was doing pretty much what Pam was doing by herself. Looks like
this out of the lime-lights, away from the paparazzi -gym was
favored by others as well.

Carmen was really pouring on, her powerful punches and kicks
pushed her trainer backwards with every blow. Despite the
paddings the trainer clearly felt every blow; the look on his
face was that of anguish. Her final roundhouse kick knocked the
trainer to the ground.
"Oh, Pam!" Carmen called when she noticed the blonde in the
doorway, "Come in…I'm almost done here," she looked at her
stunned trainer on the floor, "Hmm, looks like I'm done for
today." She helped him up and thanked him. Her trainer looked
relieved that the beating has finally ended and left the room,
limping and holding his side. "So how have you been," Carmen
asked and hugged her 'friend' … perhaps rival was a more proper
thing to call Pam.
"I've heard about your feud with Alexandra," she said without
waiting for Pam's reply. She took a sip of water from a bottle,
"We've been talking about it with Gena and we're kinda wondering
what you're doing. Why do you have to keep picking on her? Yeah
I know she can bee kinda annoying with all that 'I'm so strong
and athletic and blah-blah-blah!' " Carmen shook her head, "I
just let it flow out the other ear, just like we did on
Baywatch.
"I just don't understand why you want to fight her…and what is
this triathlon thing? Do you really hate her so much that you
want to take that from her as well? And why haven't you
challenged me? Or Gena? Could it be that you only want to
compete with girls you know you can win? Is that it? Yeah, I
think so… a second rate Baywatch girl beating a third rate
girl."

"Hah-hah...Ok…hah-ha… you can get off me now," Alexandra said to
Natalie.
"Why doesn't she say anything? Or move?" Alexandra thought, "Did
I break her?"

Pam hugged Carmen back. She could feel the phoney Hollywood type
hugging and kissy kissy from Carmen and doubted the sincerity of
Carmen's friendliness.
OUCH! exclaimed Pam as she could swear Carmen dug her nails into
Pam's bicep as she was 'feeling' Pam's bicep to see how strong
she was. Pam was just about to say answer Carmen's questions
when a loud voice popped up from the corner of the room.
Afraid to fight Carmen or Gena? HAH! We have nothing to fear.
It was Jenny McCarthy with the booming voice. Speaking softly
was not in her being.

Jenny had been taking notes about what was being said. Maybe she
would use the quotes in her next bestseller. Or maybe they would
make good fodder for the TKO Magazine. She got up and approached
Carmen.
You pretend to be Pam's friend but then say such nasty things
about her and stab her in the back the first chance you get.
Calling her a second rate Baywatch Babe. Everyone knows Pam set
the standard for Baywatch women. Calling you second rate would
be generous. You were always a Pamela Anderson wannabe.
You may be stronger than Alexandra Paul but that isn't saying
much. Pam is stronger than you could ever hope to be. I have
respect for Gena for she has those strong but feminine looking
muscles and her legs go on forever. But your stubby legs don't
compare with Pam's or mine. If you want to see some biceps take
a gather at mine.

Jenny got right into Carmen's face. Carmen throw a punch at
Jenny to back her off. Jenny managed to slip her head to the
side so Carmen's glove just glanced past her cheek.
B*I*T*C*H! Try that again and I'll take you right here!
Jenny reached for Carmen's hair. She curled her fingers digging
her nails slightly into Carmen's scalp and forehead.

Carmen laughed and moved back. "Calm down Jenny," she laughed
disarmingly, "I didn't try to clock you… You know I always
connect when I hit…or have you forgotten Fortress and Harvest of
Pain?" she added with hint of threat in her voice, "have your
ribs healed yet?"
"You're right, I and Pam might not be good friends, but I've
always considered you a friend. Remember all the fun things
we've done together? Remember how we used to fight for fun all
the time…" she giggled, "Remember how you liked to carry me
around… and how we partied together?"

Carmen fell silent, "Perhaps she doesn't want people to know how
good friends we are…were," she thought. She had to be careful,
she was confident she could take either of them, but not both at
the same time. A bit of flattery might be in place…
Carmen reached to squeeze Jenny's arms, "Not bad, almost as good
as Gena's, but definitely better then hers," she said nodding at
Pam. Carmen liked how Pam had been completely sidelined; it was
not something Pam was used to. "Did you know Pam sees you as an
inspiration… that she wants to be like you?" Carmen looked
straight into Jenny's eyes and continued to caress her arms,
"…and she's really bummed that she's not as strong and tough as
you are…" She giggled, "I find it cute that she thinks her tiny
biceps will at some point measure up to yours... or mine for
that matter," Carmen said and flexed proudly her own arms.
"I think Pam admires you just as much as Alex admirers her,"
Carmen looked at Pam, "Don't look so surprised – we all knew she
had the hots for you during Baywatch. And still does. All she
does is talk about you!" Carmen shook her head. "That's another
thing that annoys me about her, but she is my stable mate…so I'm
obliged to defend her." Carmen looked at Jenny, "How would you
react if someone bigger and stronger would be bullying Pam?
Wouldn't you defend Pam?"

Sorry, Carmen, I just got excited when I heard you trash talking
Pam. You started out OK but then called her a 2nd rate Baywatch
Batch and made fun of her muscles. You act like a friend to her
sometimes but then go and say things like that. OK, so you say
you were just sticking up for that creep Alexandra Paul because
she is a stable mate. Then you turn around and say nasty things
about her also, saying you can beat her and Pam up. I was just
sticking up for Pam because she is a team mate and a stable
mate.
I also feel I must set the record straight as you said some
other things that weren't true. You blamed Pam for starting the
current feud with Alexandra, for wanting to fight her, and to
agree to the triathlon. Let's make it clear, IT WAS ALEX WHO
STATED IT! She reacted to some pictures Pam posted of her
biceps. Alex claimed she was stronger and a better athlete than
Pam. And it was Alex who interrupted our press conferences
looking for a fight. Finally it was Alex who challenged Pam to
the triathlon. She figured she had participated in some and
would have the advantage over Pam - maybe even make her look
foolish.
Pam asked me if she should ignore Alex or not. I told her there
was only one way to treat someone who was bullying you like Alex
was. You have to stick up for yourself or she'll just keep it
up. I was bullied growing up: got hit with bats; had my hair
pulled out; and even had my hair set on fire. So I know what I
speak of when it comes to bullies. Punching some of them out was
the only way to stop it.
Naturally Pam admires me. I am "Dirty, Sexy, Funny!" I am a
great comedienne and smart, not to mention strong. Pam is also
know for her comedy and not taking herself seriously so I make a
natural role model.
But I do remember we had some good times together and I still
consider you a friend when you don't open your mouth too much
and say things you don't really mean. I remember the fun we had
on the set of Baywatch when I appeared on a couple of episodes.

I even got to make some announcements in the shows because I
have such a powerful voice. Almost as powerful as my arms. Too
bad they sometimes made me wear yellow because some evil witch
or nasty witches were jealous of me in the red Baywatch bathing
suit. I think Alex was one of those as she certainly had little
to fill out a suit.

It was true that a lot of celebrities liked to work out in this
gym and liked the more private rooms. It was even more so for
ex-Baywatch babes who, to this day still caused a stir when they
walked along the beach or the boardwalk. Yasmine Bleeth was one
of those. Yasmine was quietly doing pushups off to one side.

Yasmine heard all the commotion between Carmen, Pamela, and
Jenny. There was no way she could miss Jenny's booming voice.
She got up and walked over to the three women.
Carmen, how can you be friends with these two blonde bimbos?!
Don't believe a think Jenny says, she is obviously lying again.
I mean when did she and Pam become friends. What I remember for
Baywatch is that for the two episodes Jenny misacted on her only
demand was she not be on the set with Pamela. That was
non-negotiable.
As for Ms. Anderson, she was always jealous of me. It wasn't all
blondes I didn't get along with. I got along very well with Gena
Lee Nolin

steal the limelight from her that she crowded in almost all
still shots I was in with some one else.

I really got on well with Alexandra Paul and so I hate to see
these lies being told about her. SHE IS STRONG AND ATHLETIC and
A CLASSY LADY. But Alexandra also seemed to have the hots for
Pam although I don't understand why. Whenever I tried to get in
a picture with Alexandra, Pam would wiggle her fat a*s*s between
Alexandra and me. She did it both on and off the set.

I really hope Alexandra beats the pants off Pamela in this
triathlon. And you should support Alexandra more rather than
cozying up to Pam and Jenny. God I hate that B*I*T*C*H! Can't
wait to get Pam in the cage someday.

looked her up and down as if evaluating her ' threat level'.
Suddenly realizing that she was staring she said, "If what you
said is true, perhaps it was Pam who had the hots for Alex," she
said glancing at Pam who had been silent for a while. "Or
perhaps it was be-" she stopped as she realized what she was
going to say could be seen as hostile. "Damn, I have to be
careful," she thought, "It's like I'm in the middle of a
minefield." She looked at Yasmine and Pam, "…perhaps they wanted
to put someone between the two of you to enhance your womanly
figures…I mean, if you wanna look lean, stand next to the fat
guy. If you wanna look well endowed, stand next to Alexandra
Paul!"
