What should she wear / who should she be?

I'm not sure... but I leaned towards Major Eden Sinclair from
Doomsday, so that got my vote. :)
All good options though!
Her Strike Back character almost won me over. Those two were the
toss-up.

I went back and forth between those same two options. In the
end, I decided the Maj. Dalton attire had that team leader look
to it. Since that's not going to be her role, I decided the
Maj. Sinclair attire was the better look.
Yes... I realize that means I spent too much time thinking about
this. :P

I watch Strike Back, so I know her best from that role. She was
a very f**ked up character in the end, but also pretty awesome.
But then again, what about her uniform in the Ali G movie?
