Yvonne has also said that some of the actresses who claimed to
have done fight scenes obviously never did and they were
terrible. Some of them were very good. In particular she noted
Nicole Richie as being excellent.

"I do all my stunts!" How many times have we heard that? I
believe when Jackie Chan says that and he has the broken bones
to prove that.
Nothing to do with fighting, but something I picked up when
searching for info on the Alex/Pam story: Some of the
actors/actresses couldn't swim, even if it was a requirement.
Extras and guest stars who had 'swimming' on their resume were
hardly able to stay afloat. Alexandra Paul actually had to
rescue one of the actors from drowning.
Alexandra's stunt double was good at falling and being thrown
around, but was not a good swimmer. Due to scheduling changes
the double was once used in a swimming scene. When Alex saw the
result she had said "Never again!"

I don't think Yvonne claimed she did all her stunts. Close
inspection of her Chuck fights shows this not to be true. But
she did no a large share of the action, which is also obvious if
you watch the fights closely.
If you don't treat Yvonne better she just may end up as a PGG.
She is a gorgeous grappler after all

Didn't mean to imply that Yvonne has made any such claims.
