We swore not to close the facilities/stable for the sake of a
birthday again, but...

For those who didn't make the party, it was a blast. Sophia
sends her thanks to all that attended.
And then, the very next day, I had to jump on a plane for some
18 hrs. Yay, recruitment tour!
But it was a fruitful one, and I now have the pleasure of
introducing to you all, three rookies set to debut for the Den
mighty soon.
Firstly, please welcome, from Brooklyn, New York, Melanie
Iglesias!

Mel will enter the ESL Welterweight division; being the first
Den fighter to do so. She gets stuck in alright, but if we can
get her to think a little more about defence, she's going to be
a force to be reckoned with. And I dare say the male contingency
of fans will appreciate her presence at the Den also. Welcome,
Mel!
Secondly, please join us in welcoming our first Swiss fighter,
Maya Stojan.

Maya will be entering the ESL Middleweight division, alongside
our very own Shay Mitchell. Expect Maya to turn heads with those
long legs of hers from day one. And by that, I mean the heads of
her opponents may just do the exorcist-style 360 spin on the
shoulders, because seriously, this woman can kick. We're looking
forward to having her on the team. Welcome, Maya!
And lastly, but certainly not least, please welcome with us,
friend and countrywoman of our up-and-coming Blanca Suarez, the
third Spanish fighter to call the Den home, Andrea Duro!

Andrea will be a FAC Welterweight and we're very excited to have
her join the Den. I had been in talks with Andrea for quite some
time, so I am absolutely chuffed to announce that our dealings
have concluded positively and I'm telling you now, Andrea is
going straight to the top. She is an absolute powerhouse. I
don't know that I've ever seen someone move the way she does in
that cage, and I know Sophia had the same reaction when we
paired them up together yesterday. So another massive welcome
from us, this time for Andrea. Welcome!
A big welcome to all our new fighters, and we are sure the fans
won't be able to wait to see you all in action.

WOW, they look impressive. It was definitely worth the 18 hour
flight.

I like the Iglesias GIF, too... but, let's not overlook the fact
that Maya is looking pretty badass, herself. :o
I would certainly say you made good use of your time on your
trip. ;)
