Co-Main Event
Vanessa Marano vs Sydney Sweeney
Official Weigh-In
The Main Event between the Badass Barbies and the Awesome Aries
is about to begin. After racing out to a commanding 4–2 lead,
the Barbies have stumbled badly, dropping the last three bouts
in a row. The two stable leaders laced up their gloves and laid
it all out in a thrilling Co-Main Event that saw Kylie Jenner
finally beat Katherine McPhee after losing her previous 3 bouts
to the Lost Wildcat Leader. Kylie's win put all of the focus on
the Main Event.
Both Stables are saving their best for last. The Barbies are
holding an ace in reserve—Sydney Sweeney. Fresh off starring in
the Christie Martin biopic, Sweeney has spent nearly nine months
in a serious training camp, working with some of the best
trainers in the world, including former world champion Christy
Martin herself. This isn’t a cameo appearance or a gamble. It’s
a calculated move to stop the slide and swing the series back in
the Barbies’ favor.
Vanessa Marano, the older sister of UCC standout Laura Marano,
has steadily climbed the rankings and now sits as the top of the
heap in the UCC Welterweight Power Rankings. Her 6 fight win
streak is highlighted by her Welterweight Mini Dress Tournament
Title recently won in Spain. Vanessa did not just win the title
but brought down the Welterweight Tile Holder Megan Fox in the
process.
The two crossed paths once before at the Baby Oil Brawl, where
they served as the co-main event. The match was competitive
through the first two rounds, but Sydney ultimately pulled
ahead, taking the final two falls to secure an 8–6 win. The bout
showed how evenly matched they are physically, though it ended
in controversy when a late Mexican Surfboard nearly caused
serious injury. Like her sister, Vanessa refused to tap, a
moment that underscored both her toughness and the risks
involved. Luckily Vanessa survived the bout without sustaining
serious injury but the loss is still fresh in her mind as she
prepares to face Sydney.
As they approach the weigh-in both are focused and engulfed in
their camps. Sydney easily got back to her routine while Vanessa
spent time with the star of Sin City Slugfest, Katharine McPhee.
With the aid of Laura, Vanessa comes in not only in the best
shape of her life but with the skill set needed to take on a
fighter of Sydney's caliber.

As they approach the scale, neither looks at the other, both
entirely focused on the task at hand. Sydney goes first, pulling
off her sweats to reveal a tight sports bra holding back her
world famous rack. Her fitted yoga shorts highlight the curves
of her hips, and her stomach is flat and sculpted.
She smiles at her adoring fans and steps onto the scale, tipping
it at 119.2 lbs. She flexes her biceps and twists her right leg,
displaying thick thighs and defined calves. Her confidence is
soaring as she shadow boxes and shuffles her feet. Vanessa’s
calm, unwavering stare from across the room reminds Sydney that
this fight won’t be easy but she is confident that her skills in
the ring will shine through and the fight should go her way.
Vanessa steps up next, and the arena reacts audibly. In a bold,
uncharacteristic move, she removes her sweats and stands on the
scale in a skimpy bikini top and a thin black thong. Her
transformation is striking — tight, bulging biceps, a flat,
ripped stomach, and a toned physique that leaves none of her
former softness. She tips the scale at 121 lbs.
Sydney forces a steady expression, masking the sudden tightening
in her chest. She had expected to impress, to command the
spotlight, but Vanessa’s presence and sheer conditioning demand
respect. As the crowd buzzes about the newly forged,
battle-ready Vanessa, Sydney silently vows to adjust her
strategy, to push harder, and to take control once the bell
rings. She knows exactly how stubborn the Marano sisters are,
and what once felt like a cakewalk has now turned into a serious
challenge.
The Official Vegas Odds
Sydney had clearly been the heavy favorite, with some
sportsbooks even temporarily halting bets due to the rush. She
had climbed as high as 8-to-1 favorite, but after seeing Vanessa
in person, the odds began to shift. By fight time, Sydney was
still favored, but at -240, she was far from a guaranteed win.
Opening Bell Odds
- Sydney Sweeney: -240
- Vanessa Marano: +130
The Walk in and Rules
Vanessa walks out first, flanked by Katherine McNamara and her
younger sister Laura. Her expression is razor-sharp, her head
slowly bobbing up and down as she marches straight to the ring.
After being checked in and having her mouthguard placed,
Katherine and Laura split the ropes, and Vanessa surprises the
crowd by taking two lightning-fast laps around the ring. She
reaches her corner, drops her robe, loosens up, and throws out a
few phantom jabs as she shuffles her feet, her focus absolute.
Sydney makes her way to the ring next. Her careless demeanor
from the weigh-in is gone, replaced by a deadly focus. She’s
accompanied by Joey King and Dove Cameron. She passes
inspection, slips through the ropes, and takes a brisk lap
around the ring completely ignoring Vanessa and almost running
into Katherine,. Katherine steps forward, but Joey meets her
chest-to-chest. The two exchange heated words until the referee
steps in and issues warnings. Both sides settle back just as
Bruce Buffer steps into the spotlight.
The arena goes dark, the crowd buzzing with anticipation, as
Bruce’s voice cuts through like a thunderclap:
“Ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to the fight the world has been
waiting for! Live from Las Vegas… we are ready to bring you a
night of adrenaline, skill, and unrelenting action!”
He turns dramatically toward the red corner:
“Introducing first… fighting out of the red corner… she’s
fierce, she’s focused, and she’s ready to prove why she belongs
in this ring… standing five feet four inches tall, weighing in
at 121 pounds… from Los Angeles, California… the tactical
powerhouse… VANESSA MARANO!”
The crowd erupts, the cheers and chants echoing, Vanessa pumping
her fists in acknowledgment, eyes locked on Sydney.
Bruce spins toward the blue corner with equal flair:
“And her opponent… fighting out of the blue corner… precise,
relentless, and ready to take control… standing five feet four
inches tall, weighing in at 121.2 pounds… from Seattle,
Washington… the ice-cold competitor… SYDNEY SWEENEY!”
The crowd explodes again, and Sydney raises her gloves, but her
usual confidence is shaken slightly by the roar greeting Vanessa
— a rare moment of attention shared.
Bruce steps back, voice rising one last time:
“Ladies and gentlemen… the time for talk is over. The score will
be settled… RIGHT HERE – RIGHT NOW!”
The referee moves forward, and both fighters step nose-to-nose,
the tension so thick it could be sliced with a knife. They slam
gloves down hard and head back to their corners.
ROUND 1
Sydney opens aggressively, stepping in with crisp, snapping
punches that showcase her superior accuracy and heavier hands. A
sharp right cross tags Vanessa early, followed by a pair of
hooks that push her backward. Vanessa attempts to jab her way
into rhythm, but Sydney’s explosiveness makes it difficult to
settle. Sydney’s output is steady and precise, but Vanessa’s
defense is impressive — slipping, parrying, and using her jab to
control distance.
Sydney swats away a jab and steps in with two solid shots to the
ribs, making Vanessa wince. But a thudding hook to Sydney’s
midsection immediately commands her attention, forcing her to
step back and reassess. Vanessa maintains range, her jab
disrupting Sydney’s forward momentum.
Sydney adjusts, snapping off a double jab that jerks Vanessa’s
head back, then barrels forward, shouldering her into the
corner. Sydney leans in, chin near Vanessa’s shoulder, and
drives sharp left hooks under the breasts. Vanessa doesn’t
relent, returning body shots of her own, forcing Sydney to
absorb some of the impact as well.
As the round winds down, Sydney’s punches continue landing clean
and forceful, snapping Vanessa’s head and rattling her
midsection. Vanessa absorbs the blows and fights back when she
can, but Sydney clearly dictates the pace, establishing herself
as the early aggressor while Vanessa stays cautious, focused on
survival. By the bell, both fighters are breathing hard, muscles
tense, and bruises already beginning to show across ribs and
arms — the fight already leaving its mark.
Sydney - 10
Vanessa - 9
ROUND 2
Sydney continues pressing forward, her hands in Vanessa's face,
trying to assert control early. Vanessa adjusts immediately,
circling, dipping her head, and forcing Sydney to miss wide
hooks. She begins targeting the body, thudding hooks into the
ribs and chest, knowing that even small damage will sap Sydney’s
stamina over time. Vanessa is willingly absorbs some shots to
the shoulders, head, and arms to land her own, and her attacks
earn a grunt from Sydney, forcing her to step back and reassess.
Sydney still out-punches and out-scores Vanessa, but she’s
unable to land the clean, punishing blows she managed in the
first round. Vanessa trades volume for power, making every body
shot count and forcing Sydney to become more cautious and step
back. Sydney’s guard drops slightly as Vanessa’s jabs poke
through, but Vanessa struggles to fully capitalize, unable to
set up a major combination.
Vanessa makes herself a smaller target, shrimping forward,
leaning in, bobbing, and weaving to avoid damage. Each time
Sydney loads up, Vanessa slips short shots to the ribs, keeping
the pressure and making Sydney think twice about overcommitting.
While Sydney continues landing sharper head shots, Vanessa’s
activity and clever positioning allow her to quietly win
exchanges in the second half of the round. It’s a tactical,
competitive frame. Sydney’s speed and precision give her the
edge on the scorecards, but Vanessa’s improved composure and
body work signal she’s not going down easily and Sydney knows
that she is in for a fight.
Round 2 Score: Sydney 10 – Vanessa 9
Fight Total: Sydney 20 – Vanessa 18
ROUND 3
Sydney’s volatility shows early, and this time it pays off. She
times Vanessa stepping in and detonates a thunderous right over
the top that lands flush, snapping Vanessa’s head back and
rocking her badly. Vanessa stumbles and immediately clinches as
Sydney surges forward, firing reckless but dangerous follow-ups.
The punches come fast and heavy—wide, imperfect—but the power
forces Vanessa into full survival mode.
Sydney keeps pressing, ripping hooks to the body and following
with straight shots upstairs, driving Vanessa onto her back
foot. Vanessa is off balance for several moments, forced to
retreat and reset, and the few punches she does throw are mostly
parried or answered with sharp counters meant to discourage
Sydney from charging in unchecked.
Mid-round, Sydney continues mixing levels, going body-head and
head-body, forcing Vanessa’s guard to work nonstop. Vanessa
stays composed, elbows tight, chin tucked, absorbing what she
must and rolling with the rest. Sydney’s pace begins to slow
slightly in the final minute, but she’s still throwing with
intent, maintaining control of the ring and dictating the
exchanges but her breathing is becoming labored.
Vanessa steadies herself late, defending intelligently and
landing occasional counters, but she never fully turns the
momentum. When the bell rings, it’s clear Sydney has taken a
third straight round on control, damage, and ring command—her
boxing IQ continuing to separate her from a tough, durable
opponent.
Round 3 Score: Sydney 10 – Vanessa 9
Fight Total: Sydney 30 – Vanessa 27
ROUND 4
Sydney’s pace dips just enough for Vanessa to finally time her
entries. For the first time in the fight, Vanessa steps forward
with intent, pumping a firm jab and digging persistent hooks
into Sydney’s midsection. The steady pressure frustrates Sydney,
who starts swinging bigger and missing more often than she
lands. Vanessa leans on her, works inside, and forces Sydney to
stay busy, grinding every second out of the round. Sydney still
fires sharp counters, but Vanessa’s consistency begins to make
this a competitive frame.
Midway through the round, Sydney recognizes the shift. She takes
a step back, exits the pocket, and resets. Using feints, she
draws Vanessa in and unloads quick, compact combinations. The
sting isn’t quite what it was earlier, but the accuracy is still
there, and Sydney manages to back Vanessa up. She mixes shots
upstairs and downstairs, then slips out of range as Vanessa
struggles with the timing.
Damage is beginning to show on Vanessa. Welts form beneath her
eyes, her cheeks puffing slightly, and her lower lip splits,
though she keeps her guard tight and her jab active. Vanessa’s
best moment comes in a brief six-punch burst, but most of it
lands on arms and gloves. In the final seconds, Sydney explodes
with one last surge, clipping Vanessa clean on the side of the
head just as the bell clangs.
It’s a strong finish for Sydney, but as she sits on her stool,
she’s breathing hard, chest rising and falling rapidly with
sweat dripping down her cleavage. Her corner immediately urges
her to pace herself as Vanessa is still composed.
Round 4 Score: Sydney 10 – Vanessa 9
Fight Total: Sydney 40 – Vanessa 36
ROUND 5
Vanessa comes out with renewed purpose, knowing the fight is
slipping if she doesn’t bank rounds. She presses behind a busy
jab, stepping into range and targeting Sydney’s body with short,
digging hooks. The work slows Sydney further, forcing her to
circle more, bring her elbows in tight and reset rather than
plant her feet. Vanessa’s pressure is steady and intelligent,
not reckless, and for long stretches she’s the one dictating
where the exchanges happen.
Sydney answers with discipline. She keeps her guard high, picks
her moments, and counters sharply when Vanessa overcommits. A
crisp right hand snaps Vanessa’s head back, followed by a quick
left that stops her forward momentum. Vanessa absorbs it and
keeps coming, landing another solid shot to the body that draws
a visible reaction. The crowd senses the shift—this round is
razor close.
Mid-round, the tempo evens out. Vanessa works in combinations,
touching the body and finishing upstairs, while Sydney responds
with cleaner, more accurate counters. Vanessa lands more often,
but Sydney’s shots are sharper and more telling, briefly backing
Vanessa up and reminding her of the risk every time she steps
in.
The final minute is tense and measured. Vanessa continues to
press, landing in volume, while Sydney stays composed, slipping
just enough punches to fire back with precision. In the closing
seconds, Sydney lands a clean one-two that snaps Vanessa’s head
and sends Vanessa stumbling back into the ropes but the bell
sounds as Sydney rushes in. It’s tight, competitive, and hard to
score—but Sydney’s accuracy and late success give her the
slightest edge.
Round 5 Score: Sydney 10 – Vanessa 9
Fight Total: Sydney 50 – Vanessa 45
ROUND 6
Sydney digs deep and gambles big. She plants her feet and
unleashes a sudden, violent left hook that detonates flush on
Vanessa’s jaw. The shot lands perfectly. Vanessa drops hard to
the canvas—the first knockdown of the fight—legs folding beneath
her as the crowd erupts. She beats the count at eight,
glassy-eyed but upright, and Sydney immediately pounces.
Sydney swarms her with heavy, urgent punches. The intent is
ruthless, but fatigue dulls her precision. Hooks crash into
Vanessa’s guard, crosses thud into shoulders and ribs, and a few
clean shots snap Vanessa’s head back. Vanessa survives through
grit and instinct—tying Sydney up, leaning her weight in,
forcing the referee to step between them. The stubborn
durability runs deep, the same refusal to go away that defines
the Marano sisters.
Sydney is all over her, trapping Vanessa in the corner and
unloading a vicious series of body shots. Hooks dig into the
ribs, straights hammer the midsection, and short uppercuts sneak
through when Vanessa’s guard opens. Vanessa absorbs, clinches,
and breaks—over and over—each exchange costing Sydney more
energy than the last but now Sydney's body work seems to be
paying dividends.
By the final minute, the momentum subtly shifts. Sydney is still
throwing, but she’s visibly gassed now. Her punches thud into
arms and gloves instead of finding clean targets. Vanessa,
battered but composed, tightens her guard and waits. Then, with
seconds left, she shoves Sydney back and creates space. Vanessa
steps back in, feints a high cross then rips a scything hook
into Sydney’s liver.
Sydney freezes. Her body locks for a split second as the pain
shoots through her core. Vanessa follows with a hard shot to the
ribs and a sharp right cross that snaps Sydney’s head sideways.
The crowd instantly jump to their feet as they sense a turning
point in this fight. Vanessa is all in and unloads her entire
arsenal. Sydney stumbles, barely staying upright as the bell
clangs. Sydney’s corner rushes in immediately, catching her as
she bends sharply to her side, breath shallow and controlled.
She nods that she’s okay—but the delayed reaction to that body
shot tells a completely different story.
Vanessa walks back to her corner slowly, beaten, bruised, and
swollen, but very much alive in this fight.
Round 6 Score: Sydney 10 – Vanessa 8
Fight Total: Sydney 60 – Vanessa 53
ROUND 7
Vanessa stays composed, refusing to rush the moment. She doesn’t
go all out, perhaps having missed her best chance earlier, and
allows Sydney time to regain her legs. The opening minute plays
out evenly, both fighters trading solid, controlled shots.
Sydney snaps quick counters to the head, while Vanessa answers
with firm body work, neither willing to give ground.
The second minute shifts into a grind. Vanessa steps in and
clinches repeatedly, leaning her weight into Sydney and forcing
her to carry it. The referee allows the work to continue as
Vanessa keeps punching on the inside. It’s subtle but
effective—short, sharp shots to the ribs and rack that sap
Sydney’s energy without drawing much attention from the crowd.
In the final minute, Vanessa tightens the screws. She leans in
again, mixing compact body shots with a sudden short uppercut to
the chin. Sydney’s legs wobble noticeably. Vanessa presses,
landing heavy punches to the belly and ribs, then finishes the
sequence with a clean right hand to the side of the head that
snaps Sydney off balance.
The bell sounds, and Sydney stands still for several seconds,
hands on her hips, forcing her breathing under control before
making her way back to the corner. Vanessa walks away bruised
but steady, having clearly taken control of her first round.
Round 7 Score: Vanessa 10 – Sydney 9
Fight Total: Sydney 69 – Vanessa 63
ROUND 8
The bell for clangs like a death knell. Both women are running
on fumes, chests heaving, faces slick with sweat and smeared
with the faint red of old cuts reopened. Sydney, the veteran,
looks spent—legs heavy, guard sagging—but her eyes still burn
with that dangerous, cornered-animal fire.
Vanessa, emboldened by her corner's screams, leans in again,
digging back to the body with thudding hooks that sink deep into
Sydney's midsection. But this time, little sister Laura—barking
orders from the corner—changes the script. "RACK! GO RACK!" she
shrieks. In the next clinch, Vanessa shifts her attack upward.
She drives short, vicious uppercuts into the tender undersides
of Sydney's breasts—Laura's signature cruel tactic, one she's
used to break countless opponents in the ring before. The shots
land with sickening thuds, lifting Sydney's chest armor and
forcing guttural grunts from her throat. Sydney's face twists in
pain and fury as her eyes go wide.
She shoves Vanessa off and backs up a step, clearly steamed,
breath hissing through clenched teeth. Vanessa smells blood and
surges forward for the kill shot—a looping overhand right. But
Sydney, even exhausted, is almost pro-level in her timing. She
slips inside and unleashes a vicious uppercut that explodes
under Vanessa's chin.
The impact is horrific. Vanessa's head snaps back violently; her
feet leave the canvas for a split second. She crashes to the mat
on her back, the back of her skull bouncing twice off the canvas
with a dull, frightening smack. Sydney throws her arms up,
certain it's over. The crowd roars and celebrates. The ref
starts the count.
One… two… three…
At four, Vanessa rolls to her hands and knees, the arena falling
into stunned silence.
Five… six… seven…
At eight, she pushes up, legs shaking but defiant. The ref wipes
her gloves. Vanessa raises her guard, eyes glassy but burning.
Sydney stares at her in open disbelief, mouth hanging open.
"Come on, fight!" the ref barks.
The final minute is pure chaos. Sydney, sensing the end might
still be hers, goes all in—throwing bombs with whatever gas she
has left. Big shots land flush: a hook to the body, a right
cross that snaps Vanessa's head sideways. Vanessa eats them all,
wobbling but refusing to go down, covering up and clinching when
she has to.
The bell finally rings. Vanessa staggers back to her corner,
somehow still upright. Sydney doesn't move. She stays in the
center of the ring, bent over, hands on her knees, staring at
the canvas as she sucks in ragged breaths—utterly drained,
unable to believe Vanessa is still standing.
Round 8 Score: Sydney 10 – Vanessa 8
Fight Total: Sydney 79 – Vanessa 71
ROUND 9
As Sydney trudges back to her corner between rounds, the
ringside microphones catch her ragged, frustrated snarl: “How
the hell did she get up?” The words hang in the air, raw and
exhausted, revealing the crack in the veteran’s armor.
Across the ring, Vanessa is already off her stool, pacing,
shoulders rolling loosely. She’s visibly upset, jaw tight as she
argues with Laura about the brutal rack attack that nearly ended
her in the previous round. Laura raises her hands defensively
and backs off; her fighter is in no mood for lectures. Vanessa’s
eyes are locked on Sydney—fierce, almost predatory. She has
taken everything Sydney has thrown and still looks hungry.
Sydney rises slowly, legs heavy, chest heaving. A final icy
spray of water from her corner snaps her awake. She shakes it
off, raises her guard, and meets Vanessa’s stare across the
canvas. The younger woman looks ready for war. The first minute
is tense and close: both women circle, jabbing cautiously,
trading single shots, neither willing to overcommit. The crowd
buzzes with anticipation.
Then Vanessa finds her range. She dips low and starts ripping
hooks into Sydney’s ribs—sharp, thudding blows that echo through
the arena. Each one forces a hiss from Sydney’s lips. Vanessa
follows with heavy punches to the solar plexus that fold the
champion forward. A few sneaky uppercuts slip up into the
underside of Sydney’s breasts again; Laura claps her hands from
the corner, approving the cruelty.
Sydney, for all her skill and experience, can’t keep Vanessa
off. The body attack is relentless. Soon she’s clinching
desperately, wrapping arms around Vanessa just to breathe, to
survive. She knows the fight is still hers on points, but right
now survival is all that matters. In the final minute, Vanessa
feels the shift. She shoves Sydney off a clinch, feints low,
then splits the weakened guard with a monstrous straight
uppercut. It detonates flush on Sydney’s chin. Her head snaps
back violently; she hurtles backward into the ropes and
collapses onto her side, gloves scraping canvas, mouth guard
hanging from her lips. The crowd roars. Vanessa head to a
neutral corner.
Sydney shows her championship heart. She drags herself up the
ropes, legs trembling, eyes unfocused but defiant. She beats the
count at eight and raises a shaky guard. The last thirty seconds
are pure agony. Vanessa swarms, landing hard shots to the body.
Hooks to the ribs, crosses to the gut, uppercuts to the breasts.
Sydney is fading, fading fast but she somehow manages to cover
up, slips the last barrage, and somehow stays on her feet until
the bell. She staggers to her corner, face swollen, body a
complete wreck. Vanessa returns to hers breathing hard but
triumphant.
Round 9 Score: Vanessa 10 – Sydney 8 (some judges might even
score it 10–7)
Fight Total: Sydney 85 – Vanessa 81
ROUND 10
The bell for Round 10 tolls like a funeral dirge, the arena
electric with tension. Sydney, the glamour boxing celeb, knows
the math: survive these three minutes, and the judges' cards
seal her victory. Her body screams in protest—ribs ****, belly a
furnace of agony, breasts throbbing from those vicious
uppercuts—but her corner's urgent pleas echo in her skull: "Just
hold on, Syd! Points are yours!" Across the ring, Vanessa sways
on her stool, blood trickling from her busted nose, eyes swollen
to slits, every breath a knife twist in her lungs. But that
Marano never-give-up fire burns bright; she's a warrior forged
in pain, refusing to yield.
Sydney summons her last reserves of heart and explodes out of
the corner like a cornered beast. She feints high, then
unleashes a massive hook that crashes into Vanessa's jaw with a
crack that reverberates through the crowd. Vanessa's head whips
sideways, legs buckling for a heartbeat, her world spinning in a
haze of stars. Sydney's eyes widen in shock—how is she still
standing? Pressing the attack, Sydney winds up and fires a
haymaker straight to Vanessa's nose. Cartilage crunches; blood
sprays in a crimson arc, painting the canvas red. Vanessa
staggers, face a mask of gore, but like a relentless cyborg, she
shakes it off and plods forward, gloves up, eyes locked on her
prey.
The first minute drains Sydney's tank. Her arms turn to lead,
swings slowing to labored heaves. Vanessa, sensing the shift,
surges in the second minute. She take a double jab to the nose
but burrows inside, ripping short, savage hooks to the
body—thud, thud—each one sinking into Sydney's softened
midsection like a sledgehammer on raw meat. Sydney gasps,
folding at the waist, but Vanessa doesn't relent: body, rack,
body again. Uppercuts plow into Sydney's breasts, drawing
guttural moans of agony. Sydney clutches her belly, vision
blurring with tears of pain, her once-mighty frame crumpling
under the onslaught.
The ref jumps in, prying them apart. "Back up! Standing eight!"
he barks, counting as Sydney sways, sucking wind through gritted
teeth, every fiber screaming surrender. The fight resumes, but
Sydney's guard is a ghost—arms dangling, punches feeble
whispers. Vanessa unloads hell: a whipping left snaps Sydney's
head back, a right follows like thunder, rocking her jaw. Then
the killer sequence—a digging hook to the liver that explodes
white-hot torment through Sydney's side, buckling her knees.
Vanessa chambers low and fires a straight right from the hip,
burying it deep into Sydney's lower abdomen. The impact is
cataclysmic: Sydney's core implodes in gut-wrenching agony, her
arms fly back, her body folding forward over the embedded glove,
mouth agape in a silent scream as waves of nausea and fire rip
through her.
Her knees give way first, dropping her to the canvas in a heap.
She topples forward, face-planting with a thud, her large rack
spilling out to the sides in humiliating defeat. The ref starts
the count, but at five, he waves it off—Sydney's out cold, body
limp in utter ruin. The crowd erupts in disbelief.
Vanessa raises her gloves in triumph, but victory's toll hits
hard. Her own battered frame betrays her; legs wobble, and she
collapses to her knees, chest heaving, tears mixing with blood.
The ring is a battlefield of broken warriors, but Vanessa Marano
kneels—as the new queen, claiming a stunning knockout in the
final stanza.
Round 10: Vanessa via TKO at 2:15
Final Result: Vanessa Marano defeats Sydney by Technical
Knockout
Post Fight
The is silent except for the ragged breathing of the fallen
warriors and the low hum of a stunned crowd. Medics swarm Sydney
first. She lies prone, face down, her once-proud body sprawled
in defeat, cheek pressed to the blood-flecked canvas, arms
splayed, her large breasts flattened and spilling sideways
beneath her. Gentle but urgent hands roll her onto her back. A
collective gasp ripples through the arena as her battered face
comes into view—eyes half-lidded, lips parted, chest rising in
shallow, pained breaths. Dove, her loyal teammate, immediately
kneels, cradling her head and tucking her swollen left breast
back into her tattered top. Sydney’s body twitches involuntarily
a faint groan escaping her lips.
“Did I win?” Dove gently places head back on the canvas and
pull the hair off her face.
Across the ring, Vanessa sits slumped on her butt, legs
outstretched, gloves resting on her thighs. Blood streams from
her shattered nose, dripping onto her chest. Her eyes are
glassy, staring at nothing, chest heaving as the adrenaline
crash hits like a freight train. She sways slightly, barely
holding herself upright.
Despite her big sisters condition, Laura is in full celebration
mode jumping up and down raising her arms up whipping the fans
into a frenzy.
Bruce Buffer and Joe Rogan climb into the ring, but the scene is
too raw. Buffer hesitates near the center; Rogan lingers on the
apron, mic lowered. Neither fighter is ready. The moment belongs
to exhaustion and agony. After a long minute, Sydney’s eyes
flutter, then snap open. Pain floods back in a wave, but so does
awareness. She winces, hand instinctively clutching her battered
midsection.
Vanessa, still seated, lifts her head. Their eyes lock across
the ring—Sydney propped on elbows now, Vanessa breathing through
her mouth. For several heavy seconds, they hold the stare: no
hatred, just the raw acknowledgment of shared hell. Then Sydney
dips her chin. Vanessa returns the nod—slow, deliberate. Mutual
respect forged in brutality.
Another minute passes. Sydney grits her teeth, pushes up to a
sitting position, then—grunting with effort—rises unsteadily to
her feet first. The crowd stirs. Moments later, Vanessa follows,
swaying but upright, both women standing on trembling legs. The
referee brings them to center ring. Bruce Buffer steps forward,
mic raised, voice booming with trademark drama as he prepares to
announce the winner.
“Ladies and gentlemen, after ten rounds of war… the referee has
stopped the contest at two minutes and fifteen seconds of the
tenth round… declaring the winner by technical knockout VANESSA…
… MARAAAAANOOOOO!”
Winners Interview
Joe : “Vanessa, holy hell—what a war! First off, be real with
me: for eight full rounds, Sydney was beating the brakes off
you. She dropped you in six, had you hurt multiple times, was up
big on the cards. You were getting your ass handed to you for
most of this fight. What was going through your mind out there
when it felt like she was seconds away from finishing you or
cruising to a decision win?”
Vanessa (wiping blood from her lip, voice hoarse but steady):
“Joe, I get it, you gotta say it like that, but come on, man. I
was in a fight with one of the best in the world. Yeah, she
landed clean, yeah, she had rounds—but I was never out of it. My
mind? Just keep moving forward, keep working the body, wait for
my moment. That’s it. I knew if I stayed in the fight long
enough, pounded on her frame, things would turn.”
Joe Rogan: “Those body shots to the ribs and especially that
rack attack—Laura was screaming for it—how close did those
uppercuts to the chest come to breaking Sydney in round eight?”
Vanessa: “I'm sure they hurt like hell, I’m not gonna lie. Laura
knows what works. Just ask Olivia Rodrigo, Dove Cameron, or
Victoria Justice. Those shots made her back off. But break her?
Nah. They pissed her off more than anything. Made her dig
deeper. It kind of backfired.”
Joe Rogan: “Is that was the argument with Laura was about?”
Vanessa: “Listen, sisters squabble especially in the middle of
an intense fight so just drop it, Joe. What goes on between
Laura and I is . . between Laura and I.”
Joe Rogan: “When Sydney landed that massive uppercut and dropped
you hard in round eight, the arena thought it was over. Hell,
even thought it was over. What do you remember from hitting the
canvas and finding the will to get back up?”
Vanessa (eyes narrowing at the memory): “I remember the lights
flashing, head bouncing, hearing the crowd go crazy thinking
it’s done. But I also remember thinking, ‘Not like this. Not
tonight.’ Laura’s voice cut through everything—‘Get up,
Ness!’—and I just… refused to stay down. Simple as that. I
wasn't getting knocked out by a Barbie.”
Joe Rogan: “You busted Sydney open badly with that haymaker to
the nose early in ten, but she kept coming. Did you feel her
slowing down in that final round, or were you just running on
pure instinct at that point?”
Vanessa: “Both. I felt her punches getting heavier, slower—like
her arms were filling with cement. But me? Pure instinct by
then. Everything hurt, vision blurry, but my feet kept moving
forward. That’s what we train for. Take their best shot and come
back for more until they fold.”
Joe Rogan: “That liver hook and then the straight right buried
deep in her gut—walk me through that finishing sequence. When
did you know she was done?”
Vanessa: “I dug the hook to the liver—she froze, just for a
second, but I felt it. Then I loaded up and threw everything
into that right hand low. When it landed and she folded over my
glove, arms dropped, face went blank… yeah, right then I knew.
She wasn’t coming back from that.”
Joe Rogan: “Sydney was ahead on points going into the tenth—all
she had to do was survive. How frustrating was it hearing her
corner yelling that, knowing you needed a miracle finish?”
Vanessa (a small, tired smirk): “Frustrating? Nah. Motivating. I
heard them yelling ‘Just survive!’ and it lit a fire. Told me
exactly where she was at—running on fumes, trying to hang on.
That’s when I knew I could take her. That she had given me
everything she had but now I owned her. All I had to do was put
her on her ass and she wasn't going to get up.”
Joe Rogan: “You were visibly hurt, bleeding everywhere, but you
kept marching forward like a terminator. Where does that ‘never
quit’ Marano mindset come from tonight when everything was
telling you to fold?”
Vanessa: “It’s in the blood. Laura, me—we don’t fold. Growing
up, we learned real quick that quitting isn’t an option.
Tonight, every time my body screamed stop, I just thought about
everyone who said I couldn’t hang with Sydney. Kept walking
forward because stopping wasn’t who I am.”
Joe Rogan: “Laura’s tactics—going to the body, then the
rack—clearly paid off in the end. How much of this game plan was
designed to wear down a bigger, stronger fighter like Sydney
over the championship rounds?”
Vanessa: “All of it. We knew Sydney’s tough as hell, great
technique, heavy hands—but over ten rounds, body work breaks
everybody. The rack stuff? That’s Laura being Laura—mean, smart,
and effective. I think she saves that for the plastics over at
the Barbies. We planned to make her carry damage late, and it
worked.”
Joe Rogan: “When Sydney knocked you down and then couldn’t put
you away, did that flip a switch in you mentally?”
Vanessa: “One hundred percent. When I got up and saw the look on
her face—shock, frustration—that told me she spent everything
trying to finish and didn’t get it. That’s when I knew the fight
was turning.”
Joe Rogan: “You collapsed to your knees right after the
stoppage—how close were you to not even being able to celebrate
because your body finally gave out?”
Vanessa (laughing weakly, voice cracking): “Real close. The
second the ref waved it off, everything shut down. Legs gone,
lungs burning, head spinning. I raised my arms because I had to,
but then my body just said ‘We’re done.’ I’m barely standing
right now.”
Joe Rogan: “This was one of the most brutal women’s fights we’ve
ever seen. Sydney showed insane heart too. What do you say to
her after sharing that kind of hell with her?”
Vanessa (voice softening, looking toward the ring door where
Sydney left): “Respect. Nothing but respect. She’s a warrior.
She pushed me to places I didn’t know I could go. She’s really
good—damn good and kind of whipped my ass in the oil pit. But
tonight… she just wasn’t good enough.
Joe Rogan: “Vanessa—against all odds you came out on top and won
the event for the Awesome Aries. After getting dominated for so
long, how sweet is this comeback knockout victory?”
Vanessa (eyes welling up, voice rising with emotion, a little
fire flashing as she leans toward the mic): “Joe, I heard you
keep saying I got dominated—yeah, she won rounds, she hurt me
bad. But I fought my fight. I took it, I absorbed it, and I came
forward every damn second. “This is the sweetest thing I’ve ever
felt. Our rivalry with the Barbies and now the Princesses is not
going to go away. Beating them for the fifth time in six events
kind of gives up bragging rights. They may be better in the cage
but once outside we dominate.
Joe Rogan: “Congratulations on thee amazing comeback. You really
showed heart and determination.”
Vanessa (grinning ear to ear): That's just what Marano's do.
Take your best shot and come back with a vengeance!”
Losers Locker Room
The locker room door swings open, the air thick with the
metallic tang of blood and the sharp sting of antiseptic. Sydney
sits on a stool, hunched forward, ice packs pressed under her
swollen breasts and jaw, her once-glamorous face now a swollen
map of bruises and cuts. A medic dabs at her split lip while her
team hovers nearby, murmuring encouragement. Erin Andrews steps
in, microphone in hand, her expression a mix of empathy and
journalistic steel. The camera rolls, capturing the raw
aftermath.
Erin Andrews: Sydney, first off—tough night out there. You were
dominating early, winning the first five rounds handily with
sharp counters and that explosive power. What shifted in round
six when you dropped her with that violent left hook—did you
think that was the beginning of the end for Vanessa?
Sydney: Yeah, Erin, I felt it land clean. She went down hard,
and I poured it on. Thought for sure she'd stay down. But credit
to her—she's got that f^cking Marano grit.
Erin Andrews: You kept the pressure on after that knockdown,
trapping her in the corner and ripping body shots. But she
survived. In round seven, Vanessa turned it around with those
clinches and inside work. Did you feel the momentum slipping
there, or was it just fatigue creeping in?
Sydney: It was a grind. She leaned on me, held me in a bearhug
and the ref just let her get away with it. Let her get back into
the fight. Vanessa is good, real good. She worked the body
smart. I was still in it, but yeah, those shots started adding
up.
Erin Andrews: Round eight was chaos—you were overheard on the
mics saying, "How the hell did she get up" after dropping her
again with that vicious uppercut. Walk me through the
frustration in that moment when she beat the count at eight.
Sydney: Pure disbelief. I hit her flush, saw her head bounce.
The crowd thought it was over. I thought it was over but she got
up... again. That's when I knew this was going to be a war to
the end.
Erin Andrews: Vanessa's rack attacks in eight and nine—Laura
screaming for them from the corner—those uppercuts to the chest
were brutal. Did they hurt more physically, or did they **** you
off knowing Laura's tactics?
Sydney: Yeah, kind of made me mad, but that was Laura in her
ear. We all know how Laura loves working the breasts. Probably
jealous deep down from having little ****.
Erin Andrews: Wow, are you going to stick with that? Laura
Marano has little ****?”
Sydney: Laura is Laura, and that's all I'm going to say.
Erin Andrews: In round nine, you took a standing eight after
those relentless body shots to the ribs and solar plexus. You
were clinching for survival. Did you gas out there, or was it
just the accumulation of damage?
Sydney (voice rising, eyes flashing anger): Listen, I hit girls
with punches far less devastating, and all of them went down.
Vanessa's tough as nails, and no matter how hard I hit her, she
wouldn't stay down.
Erin Andrews: Heading into the tenth, you were up on points—all
you needed was to survive three minutes. But Vanessa busted your
nose with that haymaker and kept coming like a cyborg. Did you
feel yourself slowing, arms like lead?
Sydney: Absolutely, everything was heavy by then. I stunned her
early in the round, but she absorbed it and turned it up. My
body was screaming, but I was trying to hold on.
Erin Andrews: That finishing sequence—the liver hook and that
gut-wrenching straight right to the abdomen—folded you
completely. When it landed, did you know it was over, or were
you still fighting through the pain?
Sydney: It was like a bomb went off in my core. Nausea,
fire—everything gave out. I tried to get up, I really did but...
yeah, that was it.
Erin Andrews: At the weigh-in, when Vanessa pulled off her
sweats, your shocked face trended everywhere. Did you expect her
to be so toned and ripped?
Sydney: The last time we fought in the oil pit, she was in
shape—firm, but not ripped like that. She changed for sure.
Erin Andrews: Did that make the difference tonight—you
underestimating her conditioning and preparation?
Sydney: I didn't underestimate her, Erin. Listen, I gave it my
all, and Vanessa won. End of story.
Erin Andrews: You were the huge favorite coming in, expected to
dominate. Only 45 seconds left in the fight, and you could've
won on points, setting up the final bout for your team's series
win. Do you feel like you quit out there, or let your team down?
Sydney (pausing, voice steady but edged with emotion): Quit? No
f^cking way. I was fighting until I couldn't. As for the team...
it hurts, yeah. I wanted that win for them. But Vanessa earned
it.
Erin Andrews: One last one—do you think you'd muster up the
courage to fight Vanessa again? She seems to have your number in
the ring.
Sydney: Courage? Really, Erin? Of course I'd fight her again.
Vanessa's tough, but I also never back down.
Erin Andrews: Thanks, Sydney. Get some rest—you showed heart
tonight.
Post Fight Celebration
The Awesome Aries and Lost wildcats celebrated deep into the
night. With their fifth victory in the last six events, their
domination outside the cage. Katherine McPhee and Daniela
Hantuchova could celebrate tonight but knew all too well that
Kylie Jenner and dove Cameron were already working out their
next step.
