to the weighin ceremony for the matchup between Hellfire Girls
Club fighter Peyton List and the Awesome Aries fighter Vanessa
Marano. I see both girls are in place and ready for the weighin
so lets do this. Vanessa how about you stepping up first.
[/font]
[font=arial]Vanessa steps up to the scales and pulls off her
robe which she hands to her sister Laura and steps on the scale.
The scale goes back and forth and finally settles on her
weight.[/font]
[font=arial]Joe: [/font][font=arial]Vanessa you look great and
your weight is 121 pounds thank you step down and Peyton its
your turn.[/font]
[font=arial]Peyton steps up to the scales, slips out of her robe
and turns to hand it to Debby Ryan but instead turns to Laura
and hands it to her.[/font]
[font=arial]Peyton: [/font][font=arial]Oh here Laura, I see that
you are holding the robes. It’s a good job for you. [/font]
[font=arial]Laura glares at Peyton with a look to kill but Debby
steps in and grabs the robe and motions for Peyton to get on the
scales. The scale goes back and forth before settling on her
weight.[/font]
[font=arial]Joe: [/font][font=arial]Thank you Peyton, you can
step down. It looks like your weight is 117 pounds. You look
stunning. [/font]
[font=arial]Peyton steps down and gives Laura another look and
then she squares up with Vanessa for their glare down and photo
opportunities. After a few very tense seconds Joe steps between
the two and Vanessa turns to walk away. Peyton though turns to
Laura and flips her the bird. Laura cant stand it and drops
Vanessa’s robe and attacks Peyton. The two go at it for a few
long seconds[/font][font=arial]throwing wild punches before
security steps in and gets the two separated. A small cut has
appeared on Laura’s cheek and a sliver of blood begins to
trickle down her cheek. Debby and Ariana Grande lead Peyton
away who has a smile on her face and another flip of the bird
for Laura. Before Laura can escape Vanessa grabs her sister and
leads her back to the locker area.[/font]
[font=arial]Joe: [/font][font=arial]Well that was a strange
event I guess that is all for now lets get ready for the next
weigh in and we will see you for this bout tomorrow
night.[/font]
[font=arial]The next day the excitement in the Grand Ballroom is
very high as the lights come on and Bruce Buffer stands in the
ring with his microphone.[/font]
[font=arial]Bruce Buffer: [/font][font=arial]Ladies and
Gentlemen thank you for joining us I see that everyone looks
ready for this battle so lets get this started. First off in
the Red corner fighting out of the Hellfire Girls Club. Join me
in welcoming Peyton List to the ring.[/font]
[font=arial]Peyton makes her way down the aisle dressed in a red
and blue silk robe followed by her teammates, Ariana Grande and
Debby Ryan. Peyton looks absolutely incredible as Ariana and
Debby hold the ropes for Peyton who slides into the ring and
begins a very confident stroll around the ring flexing and
showing off her incredible physique.[/font]
[font=arial]Bruce: [/font][font=arial]Thank you Miss List. And
in the blue corner fighting out of the Awesome Aries stable lets
bring to the ring Vanessa Marano.[/font]
[font=arial]Vanessa wastes little time making her way from the
locker area to the ring followed by her teammates Mary Mouser
and Hayley Orrantia. Vanessa looks confident in a Blue and
Black silk robe and while Mary and Hayley hold the ropes for
her, she slides under the ropes and makes her way around the
ring ignoring Peyton who gives Vanessa a glare. [/font]
[font=arial]Bruce: [/font][font=arial]Your referee for this
battle is Cindy Crawford.[/font]
[font=arial]Bruce leaves the ring as Cindy brings the two
together and gives them the rules and what she expects from the
two fighters. Meanwhile we join Joe Rogan and his guest Randy
Couture.[/font]
[font=arial]Joe: [/font][font=arial]Welcome back all. We think
that you will enjoy this bout as Vanessa Marano has challenged
Peyton List.[/font]
[font=arial]Randy: [/font][font=arial]This one could be intense.
I understand that recently Peyton destroyed Vanessa’s little
sister Laura back in the Open Fight Night. I heard that it was
not a pretty fight and Peyton gave Laura one of her worst
beatings ever. [/font]
[font=arial]Joe: [/font][font=arial]You heard right Randy.
Laura suffered a small leg injury as she hyper extended her leg
and Peyton ended her night with a vicious overhand punch that
then broke Laura’s cheekbone. Laura has completely recovered
from those injuries but she has not done anything to repay Miss
List. [/font]
[font=arial]Randy: [/font][font=arial]I missed that one but I
Know Vanessa will get revenge for Laura.[/font]
[font=arial]Joe: [/font][font=arial]Well you missed the weigh in
where Laura showed that she was not afraid of Peyton and that is
why she is not at ringside to be with her sister. At Vanessa’s
insistence, Laura has been told not to interfere in the match
and thus she has been banned from ringside. Anyway it looks
like our referee Cindy Crawford is ready to get this battle
underway.[/font]
[font=arial]Round 1: [/font][font=arial]Cindy has motioned for
the bell and this bout is underway. Vanessa looks a little
nervous as the two touch gloves and Peyton smiles an evil
looking smile at Vanessa. The two engage and dance around
looking for an opening as they throw ineffective jabs at one
another. Peyton is the aggressor as she lands the first jab but
Vanessa does a great job of warding her off and dancing
backwards carefully. The round goes by quickly and neither has
done any damage but Peyton keeps the pressure on and when the
bell sounds to end the round, it is obvious that Peyton has won
the round with the more aggressive moves. Peyton leads the
scorecard 10-9[/font]
[font=arial]Round 2: [/font][font=arial]Both corners are working
to get their fighters ready for the next round especially Mary
and Hayley who are offering a lot of advice to Vanessa. The
bell sounds and the bout continues like the last one ended.
Nearly 2 minutes into the round, Peyton lands a short jab that
seems to have hurt Vanessa and she goes to work keeping Vanessa
backing away with her longer jabs. Vanessa is breathing a bit
heavier than the first round but she is still able to dance away
and keep her distance from Peyton. Peyton keeps the pressure on
for the remainder of the round and Vanessa is having problems
slowing Peyton’s momentum. Again the round flies by quickly and
the bell sounds ending the round. Again Peyton’s aggressive
moves have won her the round and she wins the round 10-9 and now
leads the card 20-18. Mary Mouser is really giving it to
Vanessa offering a lot of advice and Vanessa seems to be really
confused.[/font]
[font=arial]Round 3: [/font][font=arial]Peyton is in command of
this bout at this point but Ariana is cautioning Peyton not to
let this get to her head and Debby Ryan keeps telling Peyton to
let go and finish Vanessa off. The bell sounds and the two
fighters approach one another and the bout continues. Vanessa
finally gets in and lands a quick series of jabs and hooks to
Peyton’s body and suddenly the momentum switches to Vanessa’s
advantage but Peyton does a good job of countering Vanessa’s
attack. For the
3[/font][sup][font=arial]rd[/font][/sup][font=arial] round the
two go back and forth and the round goes by quickly with Vanessa
fighting back and gaining some much needed momentum to win the
round 10-9 but Peyton still leads the card 29-28.[/font]
[font=arial]Joe: [/font][font=arial]So Randy what do you think
so far.[/font]
[font=arial]Randy: [/font][font=arial]Well to this point the
bout is still Peyton’s to win, even though Vanessa won that last
round.[/font]
[font=arial]Round 4: [/font][font=arial]Ariana and Debby are
offering a lot of advice to Peyton especially her over
confidence. Peyton waves them off in saying that she has this
and is on her feet ready to go as the bell sounds. Vanessa has
a little swelling under her right eye but it does not seem to
hinder Vanessa’s vision as she moves out for the beginning of
the round. The two exchange jabs and Peyton seems to have
regained control of the bout. Peyton moves quickly to keep
Vanessa from landing half of her jabs while managing to land
most if not all of her jabs. The action heats up a bit as
Vanessa seems to shrug off the effect of Peyton’s punches and
gets in some well aimed punches. For the
4[/font][sup][font=arial]th[/font][/sup][font=arial] straight
round the round seems to fly by and Vanessa lands a lightning
quick series of punches just as the bell sounds and Peyton
retaliates angrily with a shove to Vanessa’s chest. Cindy moves
in and gets the two separated and warns both not to press their
luck. Peyton wins the round 10-9 with her early round action but
it was very close as Vanessa made a late surge. Peyton pushes
her lead on the scorecard to 39-37. Both corners try to get
their fighters attention but both are beginning to get irate and
are not concentrating.[/font]
[font=arial]Round 5: [/font][font=arial]Ariana and Debby manage
to get Peyton to think and concentrate on the job to do while
Mary and Hayley continue to work on Vanessa. When the bell
sounds to begin the
5[/font][sup][font=arial]th[/font][/sup][font=arial] round,
Peyton is on her feet while Vanessa gets up after the sound of
the bell. Peyton ignores her corner and goes right after
Vanessa with a brutal series of punches and Vanessa falls into
the ropes. Peyton follows her in and continues to punish Vanessa
with even more punches. Vanessa tries to clinch up with Peyton
but Cindy quickly moves and breaks the clinch and warns Vanessa
about clinching. Peyton wants to finish Vanessa but also wants
to hurt her rival and is confident that she can do just that.
Cindy motions for the bout to continue and for the next minute
or so Peyton toys with Vanessa landing taunting jabs at will
content to let Vanessa stagger around the ring. As the second
tick by Peyton does not look to end Vanessa’s night and she
keeps Vanessa against the ropes. When the bell sounds, Vanessa
has enough in her to angrily shove Peyton nearly knocking her
down and Peyton just smiles at Vanessa. Peyton wins the round
10-9 and her lead grows 49-46.[/font]
[font=arial]Joe:[/font][font=arial]R andy that was quite an
interesting round. Vanessa showed some spunk there at the end
of the round but she is not looking stable on her feet.[/font]
[font=arial]Randy: [/font][font=arial]Vanessa has suffered some
punishment and how will she win this bout, Peyton has dominated
her just like she did her little sister.[/font]
[font=arial]Round 6: [/font][font=arial]Vanessa looks exhausted
and spent in her corner and Mary is talking to her while Hayley
tries to get her revived. Across the ring Debby and Ariana are
warning Peyton to finish Vanessa and quit toying with her. The
bell sounds and Peyton moves towards Vanessa. Peyton throws a
flurry of punches backing Vanessa back into the ropes and is
taunting her, inviting Vanessa to come on and fight her.
Vanessa again pulls Peyton into a clinch and uses some short
rabbit punches in the clinch. Cindy separates the two but as
they separate, Peyton throws a wild left hook that catches
Vanessa in the side of the head. Vanessa lunges at Peyton and
the two engage in a furious slugfest. Vanessa is holding her own
against Peyton and Cindy allows them to go at it but is watching
closely and that’s when the bell sounds to end the round.
Unfortunately Vanessa has Peyton against the ropes and the two
are holding onto one another and Cindy struggles to separate the
two. After getting the two separated Cindy turns to the judges
and deducts a point from each fighter for not following her
directions and a second point from Peyton for her ill advised
late punch earlier. When the dust settles Vanessa has won this
round 9-8 but is still down on the card 57-58.[/font]
[font=arial]Randy:[/font][font=arial]That was a good comeback by
Vanessa and she still has three rounds to win this fight but
Peyton is still in control.[/font]
[font=arial]Round 7: [/font][font=arial]Vanessa is furious in
her corner but Mary has her in control while Debby and Ariana
are trying to calm Peyton down. Peyton is absolutely furious
and glares at Vanessa and her corner and yells something
directed at Mary. Mary turns and glares at Peyton but keeps
talking to Vanessa until the bell sounds and the two step up and
start going at it toe to toe. Both girls are throwing some wild
punches and this is working to Vanessa’s advantage as she gets
under Peyton’s longer reach. Debby and Ariana are yelling from
their corner as Vanessa works some heavy body punches and Cindy
is looking for illegal punches. This round flies by with
Vanessa beginning to overepower Peyton and keeping her close to
the ropes. The two end up in another tight and physical clinch
but before Cindy can separate the two Vanessa slides free but
Peyton allowed this and unleashed a vicious punch to Vanessa’s
ribs. Vanessa drops to her backside but was saved because it
was a late punch that knocked her down and both corners are
going berserk. The situation breaks down pretty quickly as
Ariana and Debby enter the ring arguing with Cindy and this
causes Mary and Hayley to jump into the ring to argue as well
while Peyton seeing an opportunity throws a vicious kick to
Vanessa’s ribs that no one except the spectators see. Security
leaps into action to keep everyone civil and Cindy goes to the
judges again as the girls go to their respective corners. After
a long break allowing Cindy and the Judges to converse, Cindy
again rules a point deducted from each fighter making this a 9-9
round leaving Peyton still in the points lead 67-66.[/font]
[font=arial]Joe: [/font][font=arial]I think that Vanessa is in
serious trouble here, her ribs have to be hurting but Mary and
Hayley are giving her a good massage, we will see if that
helps.[/font]
[font=arial]Round 8: [/font][font=arial]Vanessa looks hurt but
she gets to her feet before the bell and the two are glaring at
one another. When the bell sounds Peyton motions for Vanessa to
bring it on and the round begins with another wild slugfest.
Peyton uses her longer reach to her advantage and backs Vanessa
into the ropes but Vanessa is able to unload a powerful overhand
right to Peytons forehead and Peyton goes down hard. Cindy
pushes Vanessa into a corner and issues a long 8 count to Peyton
drawing a protest from Hayley who gets Cindy’s attention. Cindy
admonishes Hayley and threatens to send her to the back and then
motions for the battle to continue. The two engage and continue
to throw a lot of punches as Peyton seems to have recovered from
the knockdown but Vanessa is now clearly the aggressor. Debby
from Peyton’s corner has taken charge of cheering on Peyton but
the blond fighter is taking some heavy punishment from Vanessa
and a nasty cut has appeared on the corner of Peytons head.
Peyton is hurt and is nearly out on her feet but she refuses to
go down and is finally saved by the bell which rings and both
girls stagger to their corners. Vanessa wins the round 10-8 but
is still in trouble as she is holding her ribs. The scorecard
reads 76-75 now in Vanessa’s favor.[/font]
[font=arial]Round 9: [/font][font=arial]Cindy checks on both
girls before the bell for the next round and is concerned about
the blood on Peyton’s forehead and Vanessa’s rib injury. Both
girls want to continue this battle and Cindy reluctantly motions
for the bell and the next round begins. Peyton comes out on a
mission and ducks a looping left hook by Vanessa and drives
Vanessa into the ropes with both holding onto one another. Cindy
tries to let them fight out of the clinch but both girls are
looking a little worn out and eventually with nearly 2 minutes
gone in the round Cindy steps in and separates the two with the
warning to keep boxing and not clinching. The round continues
and both girls are starting to use their jabs to gain some
momentum. Peyton though is frustrated as Vanessa is able to
punch and dance away lightly and not allowing Peyton to hit her
solidly. Vanessa is doing a good job of protecting her ribs by
keeping the pressure on Peyton. The round goes by quickly and
the bell sounds to end the round. Vanessa wins this round 10-9
and the scorecard reads 86-84 in Vanessa’s favor. [/font]
[font=arial]Randy: [/font][font=arial]That round was a little
tense, Peyton looks like she may be running out of steam and
whatever Vanessa’s corner has said to her is working.[/font]
[font=arial]Joe: [/font][font=arial]You are right about that
Randy, Mary Mouser has some history with Peyton so I am thinking
that Vanessa is listening to what Mary is telling her. [/font]
[font=arial]Round 10: [/font][font=arial]The final round is here
and all Vanessa has to do is keep Peyton at a distance and she
should win this bout. Cindy is ready and the bell sounds to
begin the round. Peyton comes out with a nasty vengeance on her
mind and lands 5 straight jabs to Vanessa’s head but Vanessa
blocks some of them and counters with a couple of hooks to
Peyton’s body. Then out of the blue, Peyton changes a bit and
hits Vanessa with a hook to her body and Vanessa goes down
looking like she is in pain. Cindy pushes Peyton to a corner
and begins the count on Vanessa. At the 8 count Vanessa is on
her feet and Cindy checks to make sure that she is okay.
Vanessa shakes her head that she is fine and Cindy lets the bout
continue. Peyton charges in and hammers Vanessa’s body but
Vanessa protects her ribs. Nonetheless, Vanessa falls back into
the ropes and somehow lands a perfect punch to the side of
Peyton’s head and Peyton goes down. Cindy pushes Vanessa to a
neutral corner and begins the count of Peyton. Peyton though is
already back on her feet and is furious that Vanessa hit her.
Cindy proceeds on a slow 8 count and then allows the bout to
continue. Peyton moves in and the two start slugging it out.
Vanessa manages some combinations to Peyton’s head and body that
keeps frustrating Peyton. The action heats up as tempers begin
to flare and both are ignoring some pain. Luckily the bell
sounds but neither girl seems to notice and Peyton drives
Vanessa into the ropes with a flurry of punches. Cindy senses
she could lose control of the two and tries to separate them.
Mary, Hayley, Ariana and Debby all jump into the ring and a
brief maylee erupts as Mary goes after Peyton. Security rushes
into the ring and after a few seconds manages to gain control
and gets everyone separated. Peyton has won this round
10-9[/font]
[font=arial]Randy: [/font][font=arial]So who won this bout,
according to my card, Vanessa still won even with Peyton winning
that round. [/font]
[font=arial]Joe:[/font][font=arial]I guess that we are about to
find out. Everyone has calmed down and Peyton and Vanessa are
the only two left in the ring with Cindy and Bruce and I still
don’t see Laura but we know that she is watching backstage.
[/font]
[font=arial]Bruce: [/font][font=arial]Ladies and Gentlemen,
after 10 rounds of one of the most exciting bouts we have seen,
we now have a winner in this bout. Judge 1 scores this bout,
96-95 in favor of Vanessa, Judge 2 scores the bout 95-94 in
favor of Peyton. So it comes down to Judge 3 who scores this
bout 95-95 according to the Judges we have a draw but now we
turn to Referee Cindy Crawford and she scores this bout 96-93 in
favor of your winner, Vanessa Marano.[/font]
[font=arial]Peyton is stunned and furious and with no one to
stop her she attacks Vanessa and the brawl continues. Laura
Marano runs to the ring to help her sister not caring that her
match is next but Daniela Hantuchova her team leader stops her
just as Mary leaps into the fray and goes after Peyton. A wild
brawl ensues and Security moves in to gain some control and
manage to pull Vanessa out of the ring where Daniela and Laura
help her while Security tries to separate Mary and Peyton and
keep the others out of the melee. After nearly 2 minutes order
is restored.[/font]
[font=arial]Joe: [/font][font=arial]Well look who just showed up
it’s Jerry Lawler who will join me and Brendan Schaub for our
next bout between Laura Marano and Olivia Rodrigo.[/font]
[font=arial]Jerry: [/font][font=arial]Thanks Joe I got here to
get settled in before the next match, that is one that I would
not miss. I saw the last of this bout and I think that I agree
with the decision. It was a close even match throughout but
Vanessa showed me that she had heart and fought like she wanted
to win. This was a great battle.[/font]
[font=arial]Randy: [/font][font=arial]A bit of controversy but I
agree as well Vanessa showed that she is one to contend with in
her division. I hope her the best of luck in her future. The
Marano sisters are growing on me and I am becoming a fan of
theirs.[/font]
[font=arial]Joe: [/font][font=arial]Same here. I have seen both
sisters fight and they are as competitive as anyone. Lets see
what happens when Laura fights Olivia in just a few minutes as
we take a short break to get something to drink and relax before
that one happens. Join us for the next battle it should be just
as wild and Physical as this was.[/font]
