[font=arial]Joe: Welcome to the 9[sup]th[/sup] fight at Sin City
Slugfest IV. This upcoming fight is a Super Hero themed fight.
While neither of them are actually Super Hero's they will be
wearing their costumes and that alone should be exciting[/font]
[font=arial]Brendan: Joe, you know how much I love looking at
Wonder Woman. That costume is my all time f a v o t i t e. Gal
is soooo sexy.[/font]
[font=arial]Joe: Melissa is no slouch in her Supergirl get up.
[/font]
[font=arial]Brendan: Besides their attires, both of these ladies
can fight and I can't wait to see them punch each others lights
out.[/font]
[font=arial]Joe: [/font]I see that Melissa is ready.
[font=arial]Melissa makes her way to the ring dressed in her
Supergirl attire. She is accompanied by Jessica Simpson and
Pamela Anderson. Melissa waves to some fans and stops to sign
some autographs but Pamela grabs her by the bicep and pulls her
towards the ring. Melissa gets cleared by the ring officials
then Jessica splits the top two ropes and Melissa slips into the
ring.[/font]
[font=arial]Gal's entrance is a little more theatrical as she
waits for the theme from Wonder Woman to start then picks up the
spotlight as she dramatically makes her way to the ring. She is
accompanied by Elizabeth Gilles and Karen Gillan. They soak up
the attention as Gal gets checked in by the ring officials while
Liz and Karen prepare The Hellfire corner.[/font]
[font=arial]Referee Jenny McCarthy brings the fighters to the
middle and goes over the rules. Gal is very confident but seems
distracted by some commotion in the audience as some fans are
arguing with security. After the introductions the fighters
return to their corners and wait for the bell.[/font]
[font=arial]Brendan: It looks like we have some fans that are
being removed. They may have had a few too many.[/font]
[font=arial]Joe: Wait, Travis just informed me that those fans
are giving up their seats to some VIP guests. OH MY! It looks
like we have Oprah Winfrey, Camila Harris and who is that next
to them?[/font]
[font=arial]Brendan: Why that's no other than the richest woman
in the world, Joe. Mackenzie Scott is the ex-wife of Jeff Bezos.
She could but Vegas is she wanted to.[/font]
[font=arial]Joe: I wonder why they are here?[/font]
[font=arial]Brendan: Not a clue, Joe. Maybe they are just
fans.[/font]
[font=arial]Referee Jenny McCarthy looks over at the VIP guests.
Oprah nods her head and the bells rings.[/font]
[font=arial]Round 1: Melissa is out fast working the left jab
keeping Gal at arms length. Gal feints a left hook, slips under
a right cross then shoulders Melissa into the corner. Gal rests
her chin on Melissa shoulder and starts pumping rights into
Melissa ribs. Melissa grabs Gal by the shoulders and spins her
around and works the body with some stout right hooks but none
of the heavy shots have much of an effect as Gal's protective
leather halter is soaking up all of Melissa's punches. Jenny
McCarthy pulls them apart and resets them in the middle of the
ring. Gal misses wide with a left cross and Melissa buries a
wicked right hook to the solar plexus but Gal isn't the
slightest bit phased and now it looks like Melissa may have
injured her wrist. Pamela Anderson is leaning into the ring and
screaming at the ref with claims of illegal attire but Jenny
let's the fight continue. Gal is using her reach peppering left
jabs into Melissa's face then backs away when Melissa throws
combo's. 1 minute left and Melissa is pushing the pace working
her own jab which Gal calmly brushes away until the bell. Jenny
sends them to their corner and it's Gal who takes Round 1 and
leads 10-9.[/font]
[font=arial]Pamela is all over Jenny McCarthy and isn't about to
let up and the two former Playboy Playmates of the Year are
bumping their chests into each other. Elizabeth Gilles steps in
the fray and is telling Pamela to get her ass back in her
corner. The two are pulled apart and Jenny has restored order.
The officials are now in Gal's corner and decide that the
leather halter has to go. Karen Gillan and Elizabeth Gilles
protest but by the time they turn around Gal has removed her top
and will continue the fight in a sheer black bra. Jenny motions
the trainers out of the ring and starts the second round.[/font]
[font=arial]Round 2: Melissa is still forcing the action and now
her body shots are starting to pay off. Gal keeps poking the jab
but Melissa is happy to eat a few in exchange for working the
ribs and chest. She backs Gal into the corner and leans in hard
unloading hooks and crosses into Gal's belly and ribs. Gal is
finally able to tie Melissa and gets a much needed break. Her
respite is short lived as Melissa fights her way through a few
crosses and goes back downtown and Gal is in big trouble.
Melissa muscles Gal into the ropes and she starts to work those
tender ribs then drives home a hook into Gal's unprotected belly
and it's one to many. Gal spits out her mouthpiece and almost
slips out of the ring as Melissa is escorted to a neutral
corner. Gal rolls onto her side at 4 then gets to her hands and
knees at 7 and beats the count but isn't out of the woods quit
yet. Jenny rinses off her gumshield and the fight resumes.
Melissa is going for broke and Gal is on her bicycle almost
running away. The crowd has turned on Wonder Woman and are
openly booing and throwing drinks into the ring mainly at the
Marvel star. Oprah has seen enough Wonder Woman for a night and
her and her entourage abruptly leave the arena as the bell
sounds the end of the round. [/font]
[font=arial]Gal is slumped over on her stool as Jenny McCarthy
is asking her if she wants to continue. Elizabeth gives Jenny a
shove and goes back to work on her battered and bruised fighter.
[/font]
[font=arial]Round 3: Gal is late off her stool as she steadies
herself knowing that a few more shots to the ribs might put an
end to her night. Luckily, Wonder Woman has her feet back under
her and it's enough to keep her out of trouble but this isn't
going to stop the fact that she's getting shut out on the
scorecard. Melissa isn't able to get back to those sore ribs but
is doing enough to keep out of danger mixing it up just enough
to keep Gal on her heels. Melissa is now getting frustrated and
is taking unnecessary chances and that costs her as Gal lands a
stiff jab flush on the nose. Another jab splits open her upper
lip and a straight left to the forehead knocks her back into the
ropes. Gal has come to life and starts raining down haymakers
but Melissa is able to bob and weave and most of the shots miss
or land on her arms. She wraps Gal up and holds on until Jenny
calls for a break. Gal steps forward swinging for the fences but
gets **** in the ribs forcing her to take a knee. The bells
sounds and Gal is in trouble and may have a broken rib or two.
[/font]
[font=arial]Jessica Simpson does her best to stop the bleeding
but Melissa's lip is split open and she may have a broken nose
as the swelling under her left eye is threatening to close it
shut. Gal is moaning in agony as she holds her side while
Elizabeth and Karen try to rally Gal who may have had enough.
[/font]
[font=arial]Round 4: Both fighter leery as one well placed punch
could spell catastrophe. Gal now in a southpaw stance keeping
those damaged ribs as far away from Melissa thudding right as
possible. Gal back to that nasty jab and all of Jessica's corner
work is for naught as her nose is busted open and her lips is
spilling a lot of blood. They square up circling to the right
feinting without many followups. Gal lands a straight to the jaw
then misses with a right cross leaving herself wide open.
Melissa swings from the hip but the lanky Israeli ducks under
and Melissa spirals to her left her red cape flying over her
head covering her face. Gal starts to unload punches to
Melissa's cape covered face. Punch after punch land cleanly as
Melissa stumbles into the corner. Jessica is very concerned and
is looking for a towel to throw in but Pamela isn't having any
of it as Melissa is still blindly swinging away. Melissa is
getting destroyed and Jenny McCarthy is about to step in when a
wild uppercut from Melissa lands square on Gal's jaw lifting her
clean off her feet. Gal is completely out before she crumples in
a heap at Melissa's feet. Melissa is still wildly swinging as
the bell sounds ending the fight. Pamela is finally able to
coral her fighter and when she pulls the cape off her face she
pulls it back over and immediately escorts a bloodied Melissa to
the locker room.[/font]
[font=arial]Supergirl Melissa Benoist wins by KO at 2 minutes
and 10 seconds of Round 4[/font]
