       Each student is allowed a personal house. If they so choose,
       they can also have a roommate of their choosing, and have a
       medium sized house. If one wishes to live by themselves, they
       will be given a smaller house. They will be given a monthly
       stipend, as well as compensation for furnishings (should they
       need / desire it).
