Faerdin (came late, said he over slept... not a big deal since
he didn't know I needed someone to cover for Chisagen who could
not make it)

I. VooDoo Master
He told APR it he was leaving because he did not feel his
English was good enough to contribute to a clan/guild. Though
his English on the AE forums seems to be pretty good.
II. Lord Kaho
Stelios was not sure why Kaho left APR, but said he was not
very active in their chat and came across as concieted about his
artwork. Though he did not come across that way when in our
chat. Zumos said that Kaho left because he felt he was not clan
material.
They have no problem with us offering him a place in BoH,
though I don't think he will accept.
III. Warmonger Signatures and Badges
Are we still planning on doing these? Not sure, as stelios
no longer has time to work on any of them and zumos never got
feedback for what he did work on. Zumos sent me his siggies so
that i can get BoH feedback for him. Will post them to the
Visual Arts board.
I still have the list of rankings if anyone needs them.
Will post them on our forum.
Lady states that we now have at least 2 -sometimes 3-
artists that can work on the siggies and avvies.
Gingkage asks if Serenity isn't a option since she can do good
art too.
Lady is not sure if Serenity does sigs but says we will keep her
in mind.
Lady states that she will leave a message for Talion and Alanna
to come back at her about the warmonger sigs and badges.
Any other ideas for Warmonger stuff?
Lady suggests a chanhe in the types and rankings.
Meaning that instead of individual war ranks being gems and
overall war ranking being metals (The other way around)
Zumosmorph says that this will cause the remake of the
signatures already made.
Gingkage says that it does make sense because gems are
considered more valuable than Metals/
Lady states that its a matter of what metal it is about.
Zumosmorph states that he likes the metalic signatures and
suggests to combine gems and metals for the sigs and then medals
for badges.
Lady states that that might work.
Lady suggests that sigs could be make for each rank.
Zumos states that there won't be so many badges needed.
Lady states that the badges were supposed to be for the
individual war rankings.
Lady shows a sig and some badges.
Zumosmorph states that he doesn't know if he can do that kind of
stuff./
Lady thinks that Talion uses Flash or Photoshop.
Stelios says that he can see the badge was made in flash and the
sig in photoshop,
Lady states that we may need to meet about the Sigs, avvies and
badges again.
Everyone agrees.
Lady suggests that the list of ranking should be posted in each
forums and as members reach certains ranks they can request a
sig from the artist of their choice.
Gingkage states that the only potential problem she sees is the
risk of Favoritism.
Zumosmorph states that he thought the sigs and badges were going
to be combined.
Lady explains that by personalized she meant the Gem and metal
combined with warmonger rank.
Lady asks if there should be BoH and APR somewhere on the sig.
Sains says yes because otherwise the forumnites may not get the
concept behind the use of them.
Zumosmorph asks if both clans should be on the sig or only the
one the member is in.
Lady says both.
Gingkage agrees.
Zumosmorph likes to have one guild.
Sainsbo suggests that if you're in APR have the APR symbol and
if in BoH have your pillar symbol.
side note: We forgot to discuss whether we could do some sort of
alliance symbol that would represent both clans on the siggies.

IV. BoH/APR In-game and War Challenges/Goals
Lady and Sainsbo think that because of different timezones
there should be another way to communicate besides Xat,
Sainsbo suggested a joint forum,..
Lady and Gingkage agree.
Lady suggests that there could be a board for that on the BoH
forums.
Sains says that a new forums would work better.
Zumosmorph states that an alliance section on the BoH Forums
might work.
Eric agrees. and states that it would be better to use the
existing forums since we already have a lot of forums.
Faerdin agrees too.
Lady asks if everyone agrees.
Everyone does.
V. The Alliance as a Whole
Sainsbo says that the clans are allied, yet dont have any
kind of role to play in each other’s clan.
Eric and Lady state that we support each other and that's about
it.
Sains asks if there isn't anything else we could do.
Lady says that that's what the war challenges are for.
Sains adds that the joined forums could help too.
Lady suggests sending the list of challenges / goals the BoH
came up with to the APR, or posting them in the new alliance
board on our forum.
Sainsbo like that.
Lady suggests some purely alliance signatures, that say
something like, "BoH/APR Alliance: We are here for each other."
Sainsbo Agrees.
Lady suggests another text for the sig like "BoH/APR Alliance:
We rose to give you hope"
Ging Liked that.
Faerdin suggests somthing like "Uniting in the face of evil".
Eric agrees.
Lady says that members of both clans can post suggestions for
this on the Alliance Board when it is set up.
VI. New BoH Forum
Allies are allowed there and can see and post on certain
boards there.

Lady showed screenies that showed why she and most of the
Beacons do not want Raylas on their forum.
VII. Any other Business
Zumos, made it so that we can also register for APR's
