Impromptu Meeting of November 20th, 2011

Lady Greydawn starts off the impromptu meeting by stating the
reason that we were called.
Vera had Eric call Lady R into chat.
Vera was worried about Guthixnite, he was in a depressed mood,
talking about leaving the clan.
She did not know that Guth does this monthly, and will not leave
the BoH no matter what he said.
She also did not know that only members of the BoH and the APR
leaders were allowed to call Lady R into chat.
Lady R was annoyed at the inconvinience, but not angry.
Lady R asked Raylas if any APR leaders were in chat, so that she
could have a leader of both clans stress that she was not to be
called by APR members.
Raylas responded rudely, and the rudeness continued into the APR
chat.
Lady Kito and Zumosmorph will spread the word that BoH leaders
are not to be summoned.
BoH members are not to summon APR leaders into chat, same the
other way around.
After meeting with Zumo on the matter in APR chat, Lady R
corrected a spelling error of Raylas's.
He responded she was never to speak with him again.
She banned him for 24 hours from the BoH chat.
Raylas sent messages through Vera to Lady R asking to apologize.
Lady R responded to apologize after the ban.
Eric notes that Raylas caused trouble to him when he first
became an intern.
Raylas had fought over something that was not his business.
Lady R tried to contact an APR leader about the ban, but none
were online.
Vera had informed Zumo about the ban.
Sainsbo talked to Vera, no hard feelings.
Vera apologized for Raylas, Lady R informed her it was not her
fault.
It is agreed Raylas made things worse, and would have to deal
with them himself.
Being protective is one thing, but Raylas had gone too far,
angered Lady R.
Raylas continued to be rude after the ban in the APR chat.
Raylas was calm around Vera.
Melissa wishes to discuss Vera also.
Sainsbo had already talked to Vera about the amount of time she
was in the BoH chat.
Melissa says Guth was RP fighting with Komoto, Guth said
something and Serenity told him to sh*u. He did.
A minute later, Vera tells Serenity that she did not think that
was appropriate.
Melissa told Vera to "Shhh it". She did.
That is the second time that Vera tried to tell BoH members what
to say.
First time she yelled at Komoto for calling Xat stupid.
We agree Komoto was correct, Xat is stupid.
Melissa informed Vera that this has happened before, Serenity is
not out of line.
This results in a stricter look on the RP rule.
RP fighting can be fun, but some tend to take it to far, makes
it unenjoyable.
Melissa concludes with saying she likes Vera and she is
helpfull.
We agree that Vera made a mistake but nothing needed to be
punished for.
She needs to be reminded that she can't comment on what she
feels is inappropriate in the BoH chatroom.
We decide that Raylas can kiss Lady R's ass.
It was beyond rudeness. It was some nutted up friggen
whackoness.
In all seriousness:
Raylas is lucky he was not perma banned from the BoH chat.
Lady R will take him up on his offer. She will not speak to him
again.
It is decided that he is to be banned for life from the BoH
chat.
Raylas stalks Eric.
Drake has stopped coming to chat at all.
Meeting adjourned.
After APR meets with Raylas and he acts like a complete ass
again... it is decided that he will definitely be permabanned
from BoH chat. He has been banned for 24 hours from APR chat for
his attitude.
