       Meeting of September 17th, 2011

       People present:

       Start of the meeting:
       Lady starts the meeting and asks San Robin to go through the
       orders of business. (Lady's computer was lagging, and her copy
       of the Agenda refused to open)
       First order of business: APR members in BoH chat
       Lady states that they have agreed that APR members should spend
       more time in their own chat as they do in BoH chat.
       now most people have stopped spending more time in another chat
       then in their own
       There are however some members that don't do that, one would
       tell everyone that he's busy and goes "AFK" but after that chats
       in BoH chat.
       and another just doesnt show up in APR chat.
       Sainsbo asks what we should do about this.
       Chaoto Suggests that if people dont go to their own chat, they
       are banned from the other untill they become more active in
       their own.
       Talion suggests that Leaders of the clan should take
       responsibillity over their members, by Ie. requesting a ban from
       the chat for that member.
       Lady states that once a member of a clan misbehaves in another
       chat, he/ she will get punished by both clans.
       Second order of business: Meetings
       Lady asks if these meetings should be once a month
       Everyone agrees, but they would like the opportunity to plan in
       extra meetings if needed.
       Anyone who wasn't there during the meeting can PM lady or a
       leader from APR if they disagree on a once a month meeting.
       Lady asks if the meeting time and day is still the best for
       everyone.
       Everyone agrees.
       Third order of business: Warmonger Sigs and Badges
       Talion shows two signatures, everyone like them.

       These are just rough drafts he might make them differently.
       Lady suggests to make some sigs for female members too.
       True Mortal didn't have enough time to make another badge since
       the last meeting (interns are busy people).
       Badge he already made (amethyst badge): There is supposed to be
       a link here, but it is not working for some reason...if you
       would like to see the preview of the badge that is done, please
       ask TM for a preview of it.
       Everyone likes it.
       Zumosmorph offers help, in case Stelios needs it.
       Lady agrees and will send the list of sigs to him.
       Any other questions?:
       Sainsbo asks if every meeting from now on will be held in the
       Lair of the Lady.
       Answer: Yes.
       Lady adjournes the meeting.
