       Hi all

Found this site while searching for an alternative to some other
flashlight forums. This seems like a friendly place to enjoy
some great light discussion and to learn.

High and welcome lightguy. I'm not a very light guy myself but
then I tell people that to get to my size takes a lot off time
effort and money. Sorry, I reckon you meant your into lights.
Silly me. What lights are you into? Do you like modding or
building lights or just lights full stop? Cheers.

Welcome to the family, Lightguy! Glad that you stumbled your
       here. :)
Like MRsDNF said, what lights are you into the most? Are you
just starting out or have you been into flashlights for some
       time now?

I prefer right out of the box lights. No modding here, no talent
for it. I have a Mag-Tac, some Fenix, Olight, 4Sevens, Novatac
and things like that. Prefer primary cells but have recently
been trying 18650 cells. I have loved lights for many years. My
first LED was a CMG Infinity which I miss terribly.
       Glad to be here!

Hi lightguy and welcome to our little corner of the flashlight
world. I'm glad you could join us.
It sounds like you have a real nice collection of lights and it
would be great to see some pics if you have any and you're
       willing to share :)
I have to admit to being an 18650 kind of man myself. I do like
the size/runtime factor they give. I'm becoming very tempted to
venture over to 26650's though.. all I need is an excuse LOL
Anyhow, make yourself at home and have fun.

Those are all great lights you have, LG! I'm not a big primary
fan but I am a big fan of 16340 cells and lights. I'm also a
big fan of 18650 and 26650 cells and lights. Once you move into
18650 cells a ton of great lights open up. Li-Ion's are
perfectly safe as long as you use quality cells and use common
sense. Primaries are too expensive for my blood and Li-Ions
just make sense for me. The storage factor for Primaries is
hard to beat though. ;) A necessity for the old bug out bag.
