       $110 to spend.

I've won the lottery and have $110.00 or thereabouts to spend.
What should I buy? The shocker is very tempting but there has to
be other bargains out there. It does not have to be a light. It
could be components, batteries, chargers or whatever. Please
       help. All suggestions welcome.

       Shockershockershockershockershockershocker...
You will need 3 decent cells to use with it; Panny 3100s or
3400s are a great pairing to this torch.

As of right now I would tell you to buy the Shocker. It simply
put is way more than I expected it to be. Go look at my
       beamshots again. LOL!
       You know you want one.

Ilike. There is not a hope I'm going back to your beamshots.
I've been there enough that if I do go back one more time I know
whats going to happen. ;). keeping that in mind though due to
popular thought the shocker is on the short list.

That can be added to the short list. So far we have a Shocker
and steel. I do need new cordless drills. Batteries have died in
       both.

What would a half descent variable power supply cost. I would
not know good from rubbish. Something from around 3 volt up to
20 volt output and maybe 10 amp output should cover most bases
       if it was reasonably priced.

I've been looking for one as well, and I don't expect much
       change from $200USD.
The Mastech 30V 5A unit has three outputs, two of which can be
       bridged to supply 30V @ 10A (or 60V 5A)

Thanks ChicagoX. The Mastech with the 2 5 amp, 1 3 amp output
appear to be 110 volt input. In Aus we need 240 volt input. They
do have a smaller one that takes 220 volt input but to me would
       be a bit small.
