chers spas, cant see longer range beam shots happening as I have
no camera, the driver that's in is only a sense resistor away
from 4.5a so that'll be staying in there. Also remember, this
is a nw emitter, it would be even more ridiculous if you got
hold of an xp-g2 r5/s2, just this gives a nice beam rather than
being purely a lux generator. Its one reason I've not got a
light meter yet, I prefer to either be happy with what my eyes
percieve or not. Or I prefer to build useful tools rather than
       toys ;D

That'll be a monster at 4.5a :D Nice work though, it looks and
performs great. I really do like that host. How wide is the
       reflector in there Graham ?

lense is 62mm, a zy-t08 bexel almost drops into the l2 bezel,
the little xp-g2 looks tiny in there lol.
it could also be built as a single cell hd2010 killer, just use
a nanjg or my favourite single cell driver and away you go, you
have to use a 21mm contact board, whichever driver you use.
I like the host, its big without looking too big, classy
looking, well balanced, it just should have a side switch,
       that'd be awesome. 8)

What a great job on a great host, Graham! I'm still managing to
hold off on getting an L2 but I'm not sure long I can resist.

I dont think the quotes are working.
gords, did you take any measurements of the reflector comparing
       it to the HD2010?
