       Pros:
       Good build Quality
       Good strong performance for size
       Good runtime
       Good mode spacing
       Potential to use 14500 Li-ion cell (certain units only - will
       not fit all units due to battery tube width variation)
       Cons:
       Specifically for this model, the lowest 'moonlight' mode setting
       is higher than Mfr specifications
       Reports of 'Hazy' hotspot on 'some' units
