SENTINEL EDC / Self-Defense Anglehead Flashlight

This light looks very interesting. *edit* I've contacted the
manufacturers asking if a single 18650 will work in this light.
They say they will test it and get back to me... Cool :)
I wonder what it will be like. No real info on it yet but it
comes out at the end of May.

its interesting, cant help feeling that we wont be allowed to
have it over here, its practically a kubatan with that spike,
their best bet is selling it as a safety light with gladd
breaker for safety in a vehicle.

ROFL, that's very true, I never even thought of that :D
It's pretty cool looking though, I just wish they detailed more
about the internals of the light itself. It would be pretty cool
to have in the pocket :D
I'll bet they won't be cheap though.

So wait; they took the most useful feature AWAY from an angle
light ?
???
I only bought one because it could stand on end...

Hello everyone in this forum, first of all we like to excuse our
english, but we are German company. We are real thankfull to
everyone who give us other suggestions here, so please continue
it :) :) :)
I "Smitty" would like to say a little bit about the concept of
"Sentinel EDC" in the name of the manufacture "CenturioGroup"
and make a few notes.
Few quick answers:
A) More informations: We place on our website a lots of
informations please visit
HTML http://centuriogroup.com/manufacturing/lights-lllw-devices-overview/sentinel/
HTML http://centuriogroup.com/manufacturing/lights-lllw-devices-overview/sentinel/
B) Tailstand: thank you for the imput, that helps and support us
a lots and make a decision mush easyer, we will produce one
without the main spike by end of the year.
C) We like you funny artwork ;D did you have any problems if we
use than on our blog? ;D
Please note: The idea came to us because of the strict weapons
laws in Germany, the concept is out of the view of a legal carry
self-defense tool. CenturioGroup has a patented strobe
technology wish we call "Lightning Less-Lethal Weapons(LLLW) and
is use by many european law-enforcement departments. We also
provice a own training division and with a own self-defense
concept "Fight with Light". More information you find at
www.CenturioWorkout.com
HTML http://www.CenturioWorkout.com
I will answer as soon as I can guys of your posting or emails.

Hello Smitty and welcome to our new community, it is a pleasure
to have you join us.
Thank you for the information about your products and insight
into the evolution of the Sentinel EDC flashlight. It's
interesting about the 'Carry Laws' you mentioned. I'm not sure
how our 'UK' laws compare to Germany, but ours are now very
strict too..
It's good to see you didn't take offence to my image of the
Sentinel embedded into a log for tail-standing :D
Please feel free to use it in your blog, it's nice to see you
also saw the humour as it was intended :)
I'm sure we will all be keeping a keen eye on the development of
the Sentinel and other products you may have in the pipeline (at
least I will be)
I hope you enjoy your stay with us, and please feel free to
share 'or ask for' any suggestions about your current and future
products.
Best wishes
Spas

Perhaps an adaptor out of Delrin or rubber may be a good
solution to the tailstanding issue, without compromising the
defensive concept.

Welcome to the forum smitty, good to have you here.
I like your design, I just don't think it would be uk legal
carry for very long before being rated as a weapon. A tail
standing model would be an excellent way to use the majority of
the design and keep a market open. I can even see a loop hole
there tbh.
What other designs do you have on the drawing boards? It would
be interesting to be in on a new force in the market.
