       I've introduced a Kudos feature by the side of posts, you can
       show your appreciation to members - once per hour- just for fun!

       Also, if writing a message you do the @ followed by username, it
       might get attention etc..
       ie:
       @Rickover is our leader
       Go @KissMyHawk
       Bizarrely, I can't find feature to make guys Admin in here! I
       did it for @KissMyHawk when he wanted the board, but can't seem
       to find it now...
