       All Recovery Groups

       Each Group Leader will manage their own Recovery Teams where
       there are ones operating. Not all areas have to operate Recovery
       Teams, some areas don't as other groups fulfill that position.
       They will need to have a suitable vehicle or at least one with a
       towbar if there is equipment you can borrow within your group
       such as a trailer or dolly
       All Recovery Teams will need to be registered and prove they are
       properly insured to carry motorcycles. You will be trained on
       how to load and secure vehicles safely.
       We are willing, once time served to aid the Recovery Operatives
       through training to become qualified for those that are not
       already. This training is industry standard and will enable you
       to collect roadside, accident and motorways.
       As we are all self funded volunteers, we will attempt to recoup
       some funding in to pay towards fuel and so on. This is in the
       planning stage and we will poll opinion to see if a flat charge
       of £25 to recover a bike, or if by funding via insurance
       companies is viable.
