Open to New Relations with Reverna

With the new settlement of the planet Reverna, a new country
pops up. This new country, named after the planet, is new to the
interstellar community. They are open to new relations with any
countries they come across, or any countries that come across
them.

A Cizerack Battlecruiser and its escort fleet are in a nearby
sector of space when their sensors detect life forms on a planet
about a three hour detour from their current course. "Ma'am,
sensors detect life forms on a planet about three hours from our
path. They appear to be space capable. And I am detecting
signals stating that they welcome relations with other species."
the ships captain, Captain Myr'lyxannia walks to her command
chair and sits down and looks over the readings from her
console. "Interesting. Good find Lieutenant. Inform the fleet
that we are heading to this planets system. We'll stop just
outside the systems boundaries and signal the planet. Let us see
what the creatures have to off the Cizerack people shall we?"
the Lieutenant signals the fleet the change of course and head
to the systems boundaries.
The Captain "Open communications to the planet. All channels."
the Lieutenant does so "It's open"
"People of Reverna, this is Captain Myr'lyxannia of Cizerack. We
have heard your communications of willingness for relations with
other species. If your sensors are able, we are at the following
coordinates (insert coordinates of your systems boundaries where
we are at.). You will see our fleet awaits outside your systems
border. If you are capable of on screen communications, you will
see that we are a large felinoid species. And we wish peaceful
trade relations with Reverna if at all possible. Your signal has
been heard and well received Reverna." communications close and
the Cizerack await response.

"Sir! We may have just found a breakthrough!"
"Why's that, Colonel?"
"We just received a message from a fleet just outside our
borders. Patching it through the speakers sir."
The transmission replays.
"Open communications, Colonel."
"Yes sir. Open."
"Captain Myr'lyxannia of Cizerak, I am Captain Irson Kvyat of
The Hopeful. We are the closest ship to your location, and we
will be there very soon. We ask that when we arrive, weapons on
all ships, yours and mine, be powered down. The people of
Reverna welcome you."

Captain Myr'lyxannia hears the incoming transmission and
responds
"Agreed Captain Irson Kvyat. Weapons are powered down and we
await the arrival of the Hopeful. Myr'lyxannia out" and
communications are closed.
"Lieutenant, let the fleet know of the Hopeful's arrival. All
weapons are to be powered down. Keep an eye open, I don't want
any surprises. This Irson sounds like a male. He may prove to be
like most males and not to be trusted. But we'll see. Cizerack
has been ordered to be friendly with males due to the Vulcans
and those...Imperials I believe." *sighs "Great Den Mother help
us if this goes bad."
All Cizerack weapons are powered down and await the Hopefuls
arrival patiently. The massive ships sitting there like hulking
metal astral bodies.

The Hopeful draws closer to the fleet, with all weapons powered
down. Captain Kvyat opens transmissions with the fleet.
"Our weapons are powered down, I trust you have done the same.
We have sent a message down to the princess back on Reverna. She
wishes to meet you, and I would like to arrange that. She says
she completley understands if you don't want to. In fact, she
gave us a tape before our mission to play if we met anyone. I'll
patch it through." Kvyat stops talking, and soon, a young
woman's voice can be heard.
"Hello, unknown race. I wish I had the pleasure of meeting you,
but I have recorded this message for you. My name is Lucia
Revern. I am part of the Revernan Royal Family. Our request is
peaceful relations between our two countries. I wish to meet you
soon." The tape ends, and then a silence can be heard on The
Hopeful's side, symbolizing that a response is wanted.

Cizerack sensors are scanning the immediate (solar system size
in all directions) area for any possible threats. Weapons and
shields are down. When the Hopeful's Captain contacts the
Cizerack "Our weapons and shields are down Captain. As we are
scanning the area, you may scan our vessels. You will see our
gun ports are closed as are the missile tubes." the Cizerack
listen to the message carefully and as it plays, the Cizerack
Captain makes a comment while the transmitter is off "So they
are lead by a female. Maybe there's hope for this species after
all." and when the transmission ends "Captain Irson Kvyat, I
would be honored to meet with your Princess Lucia Revern. You
may inform her that the Cizerack come in peace and will meet
with her at a place and time of her choosing. Our two species
may indeed have a chance for peaceful relations. Contact me when
you have received the time and place. Captain Myr'lyxannia out."
and coms are closed. "Lieutenant, contact Cizerack Command.
Inform them of our status and what has been accomplished." the
Lieutenant "Yes Captain." and gets to work informing their
command as to what is going on.

After a few minutes, comms open back up. "Princess Lucia has
arranged for a meeting in Davinguard City, at these
coordinates." (Digital) Information is sent to the Cizerack
fleet, which contains a map of Revern, with coordinates on it,
the coordinates of the meeting place, and a picture of Princess
Lucia (a rather young looking female, with long blond hair and
light blue eyes), so they know her when they see her. "The
meeting has been scheduled to start in one hour. She looks
forward to seeing you. My ship needs to continue its patrol
around the planet. I will keep weapons powered down until I
leave the area. Captain Kvyat out." The transmission ends, and
The Hopeful starts moving away.
OOC: Just wanted to inform you that the Revernans are a form of
human. They look mostly like Russians, but speak with a more
British accent, and Revernans are generally a bit taller than
the average humans.

The Cizerack fleet stays outside the system as the Captain and a
small crew board a long range shuttle and head towards the
destination at maximum speed. The ship resembles a sleek stark
white large fighter (Think a snow white SR-71 with no windows.).
It has powerful shields and two forward facing disruptors and a
torpedo launcher as well as a rear mounted disruptor turret.
Weapons are powered down. WHen they get in orbit of the planet,
they wait for the exact moment to beam down to their
destination.
OOC: The Cizerack as Ia m sure you know are massive felinoids
resembling earth's large cats but even larger. The white
saber-tooth's are the rulers. This Captain happens to resemble a
Black Panther the size of a massive tiger. As do all of her
crew.

Down on the surface...
A servant knocks on the door of the Princess's chambers.
"M'lady, it is time to go. They will bee here soon."
"I'm just finishing up, Leo. I'll be out soon." Lucia says, her
voice muffled by the door. I have the honor of meeting the first
other race we've found. I'm not sure how this'll go. she thinks.
She walks out of her room, and, now accomponied by two guards,
is escorted to the meetings location. Once she arrives, she
dismisses the guards and makes sure everything is set up
accordingly. After she is done, she looks at the clock. She lets
out a sigh of relief. "Just in time" she says to herself. "They
will be here any minute now."

At the proposed time, the Captain and two of her guards beam
down to the designated location. The larger than normal 2 meter
long and 160 kg Burthka Illiriat's pitch black fur and glowing
green eyes stand out to the area's surroundings as do the two
slightly smaller 1.5 meter guards of similar color. Non-mental
ability people within twenty feet feel an eerie presence flow
over them when they see these Burthka Illiriat. Anyone that has
mental abilities feel intense mental abilities from these three.
The Captain more so than the guards. Some have even said that
when they see the Burthka Illiriat, that they are looking upon
death himself and that they are the harbingers of death. But the
Burthka Illiriat reputation isn't known here and yet the people
feel that these three are indeed not normal.
Upon materializing, the Captain sees the Princess Lucia Revern
and her guards. The felinoids are on all fours at this point.
The Captain is in nothing but a white metal collar with
beautiful gems studding it. The guards are in black light armor
with a rifle mounted to their backs. The rifles are pointing
downwards. They have 3 rocket tubes on each forward shoulder but
no rockets in the launchers. The Captain purrs slightly and then
says "Greetings Princess Lucia Revern. I'm Captain Myr'lyxannia
of the Cizerack Battlecruiser White Death. And on behalf of the
Cizerack people, I bid you greetings and extend a hand in
friendship." and when she says that, she stands up onto her back
feet and is now over seven feet tall and extends her right paw
and as she does, retractable fingers come out and the Princess
now sees four fingers and a thumb revealed.
