The Summit, Creation of The Star Confedracy

A day has passed since Geos has completed the first long
duration mission of the Fedonians. He had been tasked with
medium for the summit. He also took the liberty to invite the
civilizations he accoutered except the Empire since he knew they
were coming. Geos heads to the council room.

He see the FSF head enter the room. "Good morning Yule.
Everything is in order. All now is we have to wait.""Yup Geos.
Your mission is something that will be remembered for a long
time. Remember you have to stay neutral during this summit.
Since you are going to decide what will go into the final
constitution that's going up to the World Council. I'll go wait
for our guests to arrive."

A Terran Republic ship arrives through hyperspace, and then the
Fedonians recieve a transmission.
"Hello. We are The Wayfarer, a ship from the Japanese
Confederation, and we are here because we were invited to the
summit. Requesting premission to beam down."

Yule gets the transmission. "You are permitted to beam down at
these coordinates. Welcome to Soul Bia." Yule pokes his head
into the council room. "Geos representatives from the the TR are
coming. Also I need to thank you for the info you shared that
you got from Shiba." Then goes back to be ready for when the TR
representative come down.

The TR representitive beams down, and is then escorted to the
council room.
Once he enters, he introduces himself to Geos.
"I have been informed that you are the one who set up the
Summit. I'm sorry, I haven't introduced myself have I? My name
is Kirigaya Kazuto. The Japaese Confederation was the country
put in charge of coming here. Unfortunately, President Shiba
could not come, he's trying to get a bill passed in the TR
Council. Instead, he sent me. It's a pleasure to meet you." He
finishes.

"Nice to meet you Kirigaya. I'm Geos the person who responded to
your transmission was the FSF's chairman Yule. I'm not the only
one put the summit together. World Council and the FSF also did
their part. I think I know what bill Shiba is trying to pass.
I'm going to let you know I'm going to be the medium during the
discussion. We are waiting the Empire of New Coursant's
representative.If you need anything while waiting for the other
representatives. Let Yule know and he'll let the right people
know what it is you want. We may also have another race join us
for the summit. This Summit is a big event for us Fedonians."

don't really want to know how you know what Shiba is trying to
pass. But since you do know, I'll give you an update. The
majority is voting in favor of the bill." As Kirigaya finishes,
there is an uneasiness in his voice.

Geos notices the uneasiness of his voice. "What's up with your
uneasiness sir? But if you don't want to reveal it. That's fine
you are entitled to keeping a secret. Shiba didn't want to talk
about something in front of the other TR representatives. That's
how I found your nation was planning on Colonization on a planet
and it's moons close to Fedonian space. But if you haven't been
informed on that mission keep a secret from the other TR
nations. That's why I think what's he trying to pass a law to
allow colonization outside the Sol system."

"That's fine. I'm aware it was breaking the international law. I
made sure that none of what me and Shiba talked about about got
out to the other nations of the TR. You need to know this. Soul
Bia over a millennium ago was consumed by war and greed. Soul
Bia was like a major battleground. This period was around 500
years of turmoil. Fedonian have to thank the Council of
Fedonians which has become what we know as now The Confederacy
of The Fedonians for ending the turmoil and uniting Soul Bia. So
you should know your race hasn't seen the worst that turmoil can
be. You have the right to worry about your nation but we should
not talk about this in front of the Empire and the other
Civilization. Good we got taken care of this now and not during
the actual summit meeting."

clears his throat.

Kirigaya says. "It means 'Thank you for everything.'"
