Misto Miru, the 2nd City of New Coruscant

Misto Miru, the second city liberated during the War of
Unification on New Coruscant, Misto Miru had been given the
distinct honor of hosting all diplomatic functions for the
Empire. There is zero military presence, only a small security
force of volunteers from the Imperial Navy are in place to
combat terrorism. Here it was away from the crowded capital city
and always open to foreign dignitaries...

down below. "Hi I'm Fran I have been chosen by the Fedonain

"Greetings Fran," a man in casual clothing appears on the
screen, "my name is Renn. I'm sending the landing coordinates if
you shuttle down... and now I'm sending beam down coordinates if
you have transporter systems. I will be your guide when you land
and will conduct all negotiations and talks on behalf of the
Empire. Welcome to Misto Miru, the Second City of New Coruscant
liberated in the War of Unification. We hope you enjoy your stay
and make full use of our facilities while you're with us. We
have all manner of amenities that you may possibly need." The
transmission ends and Renn waits for the Fedonians.

A man wearing formal clothing stares at a monitor with the
message above displayed on it. He scratches his head and waits
patiently, standing by the monitor.
"Steve what are you doing?" Hiss coworker asks.
"Well the monitor told me stand by so.. I'm listening to it."
Steve answers, still standing by the monitor.
"Have you been huffing paint again?" The coworker asks.
"No," Steve says defensively, "I got in trouble last time I
didn't do what the computer told me to do. So from now on I'm
doing everything it tells me."
"How did you get in trouble?"
"Well, the screen told me to be at a meeting real early in the
morning but I was tired and said no so I slept in instead and
then the next day they told me I was fired." Steve finishes, out
of breath.
"Wait, they fired you?"
"Yup."
"Then why are you still here?"
Steve suddenly realizes he'd been working for free for a month
now.
"Dang it!! I was wondering why I had no money and I got evicted
from my apartment, they're not so strange to me anymore." Steve
takes out a knife and chloroform, and begins moving closer to
his coworker.
"Steve... what are you doing?"
"Shhhhhh... it'll all be over soon."
"Steve! Steve! Wait... you don't wanna! Noooooooooo!" Steve's
coworker dies silently.
"I'm gonna wear your face" Steve says cheerfully as he
delicately maneuvers his knife.

"Renn will do just fine! I'm officially known as Ambassador Renn
Eclipse, but I prefer to be less formal so we can all be more
comfortable. But if your culture's ways insist on formality I
will respect that and conform to your wishes. If there is a
title by which you would prefer to be addressed as, please let
me know." He said cheerfully.

"Well isn't that dandy." Steve locks on to the transmission and
traces it to the source. "You guys are nuts, this is a place of
peace.. which happens to have the full might of the Imperial
Navy able to be here at a moments notice. Any adverse action
would just be foolish." Steve said, now wearing his coworker's
face. "I suggest you go to the Klingons and say the same thing,
they'll just love it!!" He laughs as he terminates the
transmission.

"Fedonian culture doesn't demand formality unless the host
want's to have formality. And if you want to call me by my title
it's Elected World Council Member Fran Felipe but I prefer to
just be called Fran. I know this a little strange to ask this
first would it be possible we could do a culture exchange. It
would good opportunity for both our civilizations but will be
find if you deny it."
