Opening New Relations between New Coruscant and the Terran Feder

On Earth a signal is received by an unknown source, it is a
pre-recorded message with audio and visual. A human male of
about 50 in a slate grey military uniform speaks in the message:
"Greetings, I am Fleet Admiral Tillisk of the Empire of New
Coruscant. We have been told there were other humans in this
galaxy and would like to meet you. Emperor Ram Askaari IV, our
sovereign and Supreme Commander, wishes to visit your home world
and meet with your leader or leaders if that is the case. If you
are interested in meeting us then please respond to this message
as soon as it is convenient." Tillisk raises his right fist to
his chest and bows his head slightly as the transmission ends.

A video transmission was sent to Fo-20 in response to the
message they sent. Upon opening the transmission, they see a
young man (about 18), with black hair and dark brown eyes, is
standing in the transmission.
"Grettings. I am Shiba Hiroyuki. In your language, however, I
would be called Hiroyuki Shiba. I am the leader of the Japanese
Confederation, as well as the main leader of the Terran
Republic. We have heard about your empire, but we have never
seen it. We would love to engage in peaceful relations between
our two countries. We are very interested in meeting you. I hope
to see you soon."
The transmission then ends.

Several days pass...
The Super Star Destroyer Emancipator and a fleet of 12 Star
Destroyers exits hyperspace just outside of the Terran system.
The Emancipator opens a hailing frequency to Shiba Hiroyuki and
a man appears on the view screen, his face is worn and tattered
by decades of ceaseless warfare but he appears to be in his late
50's. He wears a stark white Imperial Navy Uniform emblazoned
with awards and decorations from his tenure as a soldier.
"I am Emperor Ram Askaari of the Empire of New Coruscant, this
is my escort fleet. Only with your direct permission will we
enter your local space with a military force. We do not wish to
make you feel threatened, it's just that we have a few enemies
that would pounce at the chance to eliminate me and anyone in
the vicinity."

"We will allow you to move your ships into our space. Keep in
mind, however, we are scrambling our cruisers and fighters just
in case. Just precautions, nothing against you. Once you are
ready, we can begin peaceful talks."
Hiroyuki turns around and, now speaking Japanese, gives an order
to a soldier in the room. Soon after, the soldier salutes and
then leaves.

"The Empire is grateful for such a tolerant host." Emperor
Askaari tilts his head slightly as the transmission ends. The
Imperial fleet begins its advance through the Terran solar
system, passing Jupiter and navigating through the asteroid
belt. Now finally within distance to establish safe orbit over
Earth, the Emancipator beams down Emperor Askaari along with a
small detachment of Imperial Guardsmen and Fleet Admiral Tillisk
who is essentially the second in command of the entire Empire.
Emperor Askaari looks around at the scenery and smiles with the
knowledge that these humans were cultured, their architecture
was brilliant much like that on New Coruscant and their people
carried themselves with pride. Admiral Tillisk stood directly to
Emperor Askaari's left and the Imperial Guardsmen stood behind
their emperor in a semi-circle.

Hiroyuki, accompanied by two armed guards, approaches the group.
"Welcome to Earth! Beautiful, isn't it?" Hiroyuki says, smiling.
"You are currently in our capital of New Tokyo. We will be going
to the palace to discuss peaceful relations. I hope we can both
get along, and that our countries can both prosper."

The Imperials bow their heads slightly as a sign of respect and
the proceed to follow Hiroyuki.
"Yes," Askaari comments, "Your planet is very beautiful and your
city appears to be well built. Is there a title by which I may
call you? I don't wish to be too familiar and refer to a foreign
leader by his first name."

"Here in our culture, we call each other by their last name if
the situation is formal. So you can call me Shiba then. However,
if you prefer, you can call me President Shiba."

Askaari thought for a moment on how to react and then spoke:
"I will honor your customs and refer to you as Shiba, while
visiting. And to that end you may call me Askaari." They had
approached the palace and the Imperials followed Shiba's lead.

"Thank you."
The group walked into the palace, in which they then went to a
maximum security wing in the building. At the end of the wing,
on the left, was a room which was built specifically for meeting
with ambassadors, as well as leaders. They group all sat down at
a table in the middle of the room.
"Let us begin."
