The FO-20 Empire, New Coruscant

The FO-20 Empire, New Coruscant
Intro
Established in 20 ABY by Commander Ram Askaari, the title
"FO-20" refers to the Imperial Navy designation for the capitol
planet of the FO-20 Empire. Commander Ram Askaari, a Mandalorian
turned Imperial Special forces, led an Imperial splinter faction
through a wormhole. This wormhole led to unknown space, where
the native technology was incomparable in some respects and
inferior in others. Nevertheless the Imperial Navy secured a new
home world and a NEW empire was founded with Ram Askaari as its
Emperor.
The Empire of FO-20 is overseen by Emperor Ram Askaari IV, and
administered by an Imperial Senate elected by popular elections
for each region of the Empire. A Region contains nearly 1
million Imperial Citizens.
FO-20, the name behind the Empire
"The Empire of FO-20", "The FO-20 Empire" or simply "The Empire"
are three of the most common names for our area of space. FO-20
was actually an Imperial Navy designation for the area of space
we now inhabit and does not refer to a planet but rather a
region of space. Not having an official name for the new
civilization the people began to refer to themselves as the
FO-20 Empire, and what started as a joke became law in 23 ABY.
The capitol of the FO-20 Empire is New Coruscant.
Xenophobia
Most Imperial Citizens are Xenophobic, a long standing tradition
from a galaxy far far away. But despite their misgivings about
aliens, Imperials are well cultured, mild mannered and morally
conscious. There is however, a small faction on the Imperial
home world of New Coruscant that wishes to return to their home
galaxy to help bring an end to the Rebel Alliance (later known
as the New Republic) which was notorious during the Galactic
Civil War. Of course, contact with the "Origin Galaxy" (as they
call their original galaxy) has never been initiated as it is
technologically impossible at this moment in time to build a
communication device powerful enough to cross the distance. The
Empire has recently joined the United Federation of Planets (27
ABY) despite the opposing opinion of its people, in order to
protect Imperial interests and security in the region.
The Imperial Armed Forces
The IAF (Imperial Armed Forces) consists of the Imperial Navy,
Army and Starfighter Corps. The IAF is dominated by the Imperial
Navy, as they provide all supplies and resources for the Army
and Starfighter Corps. The Imperial Navy has been in command of
Imperial military operations for over four decades and this
increases the chance of victory, decreases casualties and allows
for massive devastation of the enemy.
The Imperial Navy -SSD Emancipator

The Executor Class Super Star Dreadnought or "Super Star
Destroyer", SSD Emancipator, is the mightiest weapon in the
arsenal of the Imperial Navy. The Emancipator is stationed above
New Coruscant, protecting it from any foolish attempts to attack
us.
Brief History Behind the Executor Class:
"With the Executor under my command, I will be the ultimate
power in the universe!"
―Admiral Kendal Ozzel, only moments before being killed by
Darth Vader
The Executor-class Star Dreadnought, colloquially known as the
Executor-class Super Star Destroyer, Executor-class Star
Destroyer or simply Super Star Destroyer, is a heavy warship
class in the Star Dreadnought league, often used as command
ships and flagships in the Imperial Navy. They are among the
largest vessels in the galaxy, and are almost invincible in
combat, although they are costly to operate. The Executor-class
measures 19 kilometers in length and is 100 times more massive
than the ubiquitous Imperial-class Star Destroyer.
Its shields handle much of the power generated—an amount
equivalent to the total power of a medium star. Shield
projectors are placed throughout the hull, which decentralize
the protection system and decrease the chance of all shields
falling at once. Known shield segments include the dorsal,
ventral, bow, aft, port and starboard shields. In later-model
ships, an extra shield generator was mounted in the middle of
the ship.
In addition to the shield generators, several Executors had
cloaking generators or stealth-armor fitted to the vessel, in
order to perform sneak attacks on enemy targets.
The geodesic domes located on and around the Executor's bridge
tower (similar to those of Imperial-class Star Destroyers)
served dual purposes. Inside the dome are hyperwave transceiver
coils for supralight active sensors, while vanes jutting out of
the dome serving as shield projectors for the surrounding area.
There are many such geodesic domes scattered around the ship.
The ship also possesses long-range scanners, which also ensures,
alongside Viper probe droids, that the Emancipator locates
hidden bases and starships.
These domes were not vulnerable to external attack as long as
the shields remained intact, but concentrated capital ship
bombardment—such as that ordered by Admiral Gial Ackbar during
the Battle of Endor—could knock out this protective field. The
sensors and shield projectors thus became vulnerable to attack,
as demonstrated by Rebel starfighter pilots.
In terms of detention facilities, these Super-class Star
Destroyers possessed six detention blocks that were used for
crew discipline alone. In addition, they held ten additional
high-security blocks that were used for enemy prisoners.
Furthermore, they contained three cargo areas that were designed
for the secure transport of large quantities of slaves, refugees
or even prisoners of war. Adjacent to the large landing bays
used by the bulk shuttles were holding areas that were equipped
with only minimal facilities in terms of water taps, ventilation
and food dispensers. These regions of the ship were considered
adequate for up to a thousand people.
280,734 Imperial Navy officers, gunners and enlisted men are
said to have crewed each vessel.Though several variants of the
Executor-class exist, all followed similar design-attributes in
terms of structure. In terms of length, it was also tied with the
Vengeance-class dreadnought as the largest ship class within
Star Dreadnoughts or Super Star Destroyers.
The bridge tower is almost a star ship in itself and is a
standard module on many different KDY warship classes. It is
equipped with heavy shielding to compensate for its highly
visible location, and contains mess halls, special quarters for
officers of high rank, and large escape pods. The admiral aboard
the vessel even has his own escape pod, directly above the
command bridge and next to admiral's suites. The command tower
also has its own power generators, relays, and life-support
systems. It is connected to the ship's main reactor by a cluster
of power feeds. The tower's shaft is also littered with thin
flaps that have a variety of purposes, including heat-sink
panels, small radiators, antennas, and even defensive cannons on
occasion.
The bridge of the Executor has the same basic layout as standard
Star Destroyers. The outer-most part features nine triangular
view ports. The center contains two crew pits which house the
control consoles for the ship. As the crew pits inhibit the
flight data officers, tracking systems specialists, and combat
supervisors' ability to see through the bridge's view port, the
crew focuses on their consoles without unnecessary distraction.
Between them was the command walkway. To the right and left
sides of the bridge are two alcoves containing the weapons and
defense stations. Behind the bridge are the communications
stations, a turbo lift, and a HoloNet pod for ship-to-ship
communications. On the level directly beneath the bridge is the
main navigation complex.
Additional tower-structures are located throughout the ships
main superstructure, including a forward structure similar in
design to the Munificent-class Star Frigate's command tower.
These are some specifications on the Executor class of vessel,
which the Emancipator follows:
