Admiral Tillisk beam into the office..
Fleet Admiral Nathetianix, Vice Fenib Maturt Ratum Ala
"Commander T'Prael of the Vulcan science vessel T'Vran, this is
my Kazakh Tarut counterpart Fleet Commander, Vice Kazakh Tarut
Ratum Ala Tesharee. Fleet Commander, Vice Kazakh Tarut Ratum
Ala, this is Commander T'Prael of the Vulcan science vessel
T'Vran."
Fleet Commander, Vice Kazakh Tarut Ratum Ala Tesharee "Fleet
Admiral Nathetianix, Vice Fenib Maturt Ratum Ala and Commander
T'Prael, this is Admiral Tillisk of the Imperial Navy acting as
an emissary for His Imperial Majesty Emperor Ram Askaari the
fourth of the FO-20 Empire and its territories."
The two Cizerack sit next to one another and watch the
interaction intros between the Vulcan and Imperial.

Admiral Tillisk renders the Imperial salute to the Cizerack,
"Fleet Admiral Nathetianix, Vice Fenib Maturt Ratum Ala, on
behalf of New Coruscant and Emperor Askaari I thank you for most
honorably hosting this impromptu meeting." He turns to the
Vulcans and salutes them as well, "I believe I have been
properly introduced by our most honorable hosts, to whom do I
have the pleasure of speaking? And whom do you represent?"
Tillisk finished, lowering his salute.

T'Prael gave Admiral Tilisk the Vulcan Salute,"You honor us,
Admiral, with your presence. As has been previously stated
Admiral I am Commander T'Prael of the Vulcan Science vessel
T'Vran." Indicating the other two Vulcans with her, " These are
my First Officer Sorik and Chief Science Officer T'Keht." Then
finally folding her arms back in front of her finishes,"We
represent the Vulcan People indirectly, perhaps more directly
though we represent the Vulcan Science Directorate of the Vulcan
High Command."

"Commander, it is an honor to make your acquaintance." Tillisk
said to Commander T'Prael. "The Empire has heard little about
your people. We understand that you hold logic as your highest
code, it is the core of your beliefs. We also heard that your
people have telepathic abilities, possibly telekinetic?" Tillisk
asked T'Prael, still wondering if this galaxy did indeed have
Force users... his worst fear about meeting new species was
running into Force wielding freaks. "This is Captain Terek
Lendix," Tillisk turned to the other Imperial, "He commands the
Imperial Star Destroyer Dauntless, a warship that has seen
conflict in two galaxies." Tillisk finished.

"It is likewise an honor, and a curiosity, to meet your
species", T'Prael began. "It is the first time since Vulcans
went to space that we have encountered Humans who did not
originate from Terra. To answer your questions. Yes, Vulcans
practice a philosophy centered on casting out emotion and making
decisions based only on logic. Yes, Vulcans are also natural
touch telepaths. That is why in our culture it is considered
rude to touch someone without their permission. Some, with
stronger than average abilities, can use their telepathy over
short distances. Some of our strongest minds, such as the
Priestesses of Mt. Seleya, have abilities that are in fact
astonishing."
After a brief pause T'Prael went on, "As a people though,
Vulcans value their privacy. There are many parts of our culture
that are simply not for off worlders because we view them as
personal. For similar reasons many Vulcans never use their
telepathy, except for a bonding, because in most cases it
creates a two way link."
T'prael pause for another moment,"Some other things you might
find of interest about Vulcans. We are 'practical pacifists' as
some have said. We always wish to engage peacefully, but will
defend ourselves if we must. We are vegetarians. We do not eat
with our hands."

Both Cizerack smile at the peaceful talking going on. The
smaller of the two proud she was able to bring these talks to be
and not her larger counterpart. But both are pleased with their
work.

Tillisk fights his gag reflex at hearing the words 'practical
pacifist', he came from a society where the only honor to be had
was in military service and accomplishments. These Vulcans were
strange but at least they were not hell bent on destroying the
Empire like so many others.
"Commander T'Prael, you said there were humans in this galaxy?
We have yet to encounter any other humans. In the seven years we
have been calling this galaxy home all we have seen is aliens,
often times they are humanoid but other times we meet people
like the honorable Cizerack. But on a side note, we would be
interested in exchanging ambassadors. I know we've only just met
but if the Cizerack enjoy your company then so must we."

Fleet Admiral Nathetianix, Vice Fenib Maturt Ratum watches the
two talk then looks to her smaller counterpart and in Cizerack
(Growls, purrs, pheromones, body language) "Do you think the
Imperial can be trusted? He obviously appreciates military
power. But he is a male..." and Fleet Commander, Vice Kazakh
Tarut Ratum Ala Tesharee responds in Cizerack "I do. The Vulcans
and the Imperials would be good allies. The Vulcans, even those
they don't like combat will not shirk from it when needed. The
Imperials, they seem to seek combat or at least prefer it. You
know...The orbiting base...we could turn it into a orbiting
embassy and defense platform. One where all our allies could
come to in peace and not only do political talks but embark on
joint research & development. Make Cizerack a truly neutral area
and a safe zone. We could make it so any and all races and
factions can be here in peace. All of them have something to
offer us. And vice versa." Nathetianix nods "I never realized
you were quite the political prospect. You do your kind
justice. Lets see how they interact and then decide what to do.
But I am inclined to think a formal agreement between our
nations will be a good thing." and the two go back to watching
the Vulcan and Imperial

"I'm sure the Vulcan High Command would be most interested in
further contact between our people", TPrael began. "However,
anything further than first contact is for those in positions
over me. Do you have any specific arrangements you would like me
to place in my report?"

"Yes I would, Commander. If your government could arrange to
send a diplomatic envoy to New Coruscant that would be most
appreciated. Our diplomatic corps is a new concept for us, our
society is run by a military administration and we've always
used Admirals and Captains as ambassadors. Emperor Askaari is
making efforts to have highly trained ambassadors and peace
talkers ready hopefully soon so that we can use our officers
exclusively for military operations throughout the galaxy. The
time is irrelevant, as long as we receive advance notice of your
arrival via long range communications so that we do not fire
upon your vessels." Tillisk replies to the T'Prael.
