       Kahless, as citizenship will eventually allow a member to vote
       and participate in our regional government what I've done is
       move this to a new category of embassy requests, embassies. I've
       also set up a board for you to construct an embassy in here:

       for the confusion. Being such a young region I really didn't
       expect anyone to take notice of us yet and try to set up an
       embassy.
