"I wouldn't want to disrespect your people, we came here to meet
the Cizerack. I'm sure we could arrange to meet the Vulcans at a
later date. I'm also not quite sure how they'll respond to my
armed escort, I've never met a Vulcan. It's harder for us to get
information on Vulcans than most other species, they detect our
agents with telepathy and we can't get into their computer
systems because they're too advanced and they're not big on
culture or entertainment. As a result of their habits we know
almost nothing. I would actually owe you a favor if you
introduced us Commander, and I don't often owe favors." Tillisk
says with a grin.

"No disrespect at all." she smiles "I'm more than happy to help
introduce you. And a favor is always a good thing to have. Let
us discuss things more between us then we can beam down to the
planet and see if an introduction can be made. So Admiral...what
exactly do you and your people need of Cizerack? I am able to
negotiate on behalf of my people in all matters. We have many
things to offer. Food, water, knowledge, star maps, racial
genetic makeups on all major species...and the materials used by
all major species and factions in their starships, weapons,
shielding, fuel, transporters...and even replicators. We once
salvaged a federation starship more than a decade ago and now
have our own replicators and use them on a daily life schedule
now. "

"You're too generous Commander. It would be greatly appreciated
if we received a copy of any information you feel comfortable
trading with us. There are numerous technologies you have access
to that we could benefit from, such as transporters and
replicators. What we would give you in return for such a gift is
our own computer files as well as advanced robotics and cloning
technology. Our galaxy may have been lacking on certain
innovations but our cloning and robotic technology is superior
to anything we've found here. The Emperor also proposes that the
Cizerack and the Empire exchange military units. You would send
an elite garrison of Cizerack to New Coruscant to train some of
our troops on your strategies while we sent an elite
Stormtrooper garrison here to do the same for you, the lessons
learned from this exchange would benefit the two of us for
future joint military operations. I think also later down the
road when our peoples are more familiar we would have an
exchange of permanent military bases on each others home worlds.
Oh, we would exchange ambassadors after these talks as well. But
of course this is just an initial offer and completely open to
negotiation. If military cooperation is to soon just say the
word, we don't want to rush your people into something they
don't want."

"We will download our database of all commonly available
knowledge. This library will aid you in many endeavors. We are
willing to trade transporter and replicator technology as well.
Your robotics and cloning technology does interest us greatly.
Though I will warn you, cloning and genetic manipulation is
frowned upon in the Federation. In fact I think it is outlawed.
The Klingons are tempted by such technology though their
sciences are many years behind the federation. They focus on the
military aspect of their empire followed by other things. The
Romulans...not a whole lot is available on them. But what we
have is yours. As tempting as the military troops trade sounds,
I don't know how viable it is. See, Cizerack as a whole don't
trust males and having an alien military on our homeworld may
upset many powerful members of Cizerack. If you could guarantee
that all Imperial troops would be female and would respect our
customs, then I think it is a viable offer and one I could agree
to. Or if you would be willing to station your troops here on
my station. That is also doable. But so many males planet
side....I am afraid for right now...that is too much. We're just
now willing and able to associate with outsiders. One thing else
we would like is schematics to your ships. See, as I have said
before, our system has every material needed to build any ship
from any species. And I am sure that also includes your imperial
ships. We could offer supplies for building your ships and if
you permit us schematics, we could even assist you in designing
Imperial Ships using this universes materials and weapons. You
of course would have access to our ship designs as well. Maybe
you could learn something from our worlds technology. I would
agree to an ambassador exchange as well."

"I was informed of the Federations laws on genetic manipulation,
but our people perfected cloning decades ago. Our medical
technology is way ahead of what is available in the Federation.
If the Federation wants our medical advancements that they have
barely reached, then they'll have to permit us to continue
producing clones for our Stormtrooper Corps. We have nothing to
fear from the Klingons because we are prepared for any
deviousness they may have in store." He says with a laugh. "In
fact, just the other day we received a report that a Klingon
vessel was going to attempt to raid our cloning facility for
information. The Klingons didn't make it out alive, but they
were smart enough to activate their ships self-destruct before
we got our hands on it." Tillisk thinks for a moment. "And about
the troop exchange, I am OK with the troops we send being all
female. Unfortunately due to the rarity of females in our
military none of them would be very useful for training other
soldiers, they're mostly in support roles and rarely see combat.
But we could have our veteran male soldiers here on the station,
probably a small compliment of 20 ISF soldiers. Our star ship
schematics will be included in the data transfer we agreed upon,
and I can have engineers begin working on ways to incorporate
yours and our technology into one. Do you have anything further
to discuss before we meet the Vulcans, Commander?"

"I would just suggest keeping your cloning secret. Say the
cloning facility was destroyed and just have it moved somewhere
else. What the federation doesn't know won't be of their
concern. And thank you for understanding our concern with the
troop exchange. Maybe someday my kind will be more accepting. We
do have a lot of land where the troopers stationed on the base
could train our soldiers without drawing any attention. So thank
you. Let me contact the planet and arrange a meeting."

"I assure you Commander that the location of our clones is very
safe." Tillisk replies. He receives a data pad from Captain
Lendix who had gotten up and then soon returned from the
Stormtrooper at the door. Tillisk held the pad and inspected it,
giving it a look of shock. Seeing the Commander was busy he
waited to discuss the new issue.
